Tony and Heath have taken great care of my wife and I for the past 6 years. Tony has gone above and beyond to help us many times. He is very honest and truthful and takes great pride in his work.I really appreciate the way he respects my wife and doesn t play games. He s very busy and always seems to get the job done. Highly recommended the Ludlow service center

This review is long overdue. My car broke down at this service center a couple of months ago and had to be towed to the nearest dealership. No work was done on my car at Ludlow Service Center, so I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, I can say that the owner, Tony, is an honest, knowledgable, straightforward, kind and caring person. I often travel to Vermont and I am seriously considering moving there from New Jersey because of the kindness of the locals. If I lived there, I would definitely bring my car to this service center.

We have been customers over 14 years.....owner has always been VERY HONEST and helpful regarding the condition and necessary repairs of our vehicles. We have recommended Ludlow Service to many of our friends, and they have all been extremely satisfied. Went to get an inspection and mistakingly had the wrong paperwork in hand. Instead of this being explained I was told to "use my head". Obviously this is not the treatment a customer wants or expects when going somewhere to pay for a service. Maybe its time for the owner to retire if he dosn't have the patience anymore to treat his clientelle with respect. Certainly wont be returning and will be spreading word to my clients and associates in the area to look for an alternate service center.
