Shawn came to our house and fixed several electrical issues with our camper affecting the slide out, the outlets, and one of the taillights. The owner Shawn was really horrible to work with. After the RV tech arrived and told him it was warrenty work, he left multiple voicemails yelling and being so rude. He called and was literally screaming into the phone at me. I had to pull the phone away from my ear and couldn't get a word in. He wouldnt let up. I had to pass the phone to the tech because it was so bad! So unprofessional.First off, our communication prior was by text, what needs done and whats your address. My warrenty already cleared the work and pays on site that day.He also got his office assistant Trish all worked up as well, and had her calling me screaming at me too. Saying, I need to pay them immediately and have Alliance reimburse me and they've been burned in the past by Alliance. But their tone was just so rude and nasty. As if I've already stolen from them or something. Ok I'm sorry that happened to them before, but that's not me or my company. And that's not true, because Alliance is a new company that started in 2019.My service manager at Alliance called them and assured them they would be paid that day before they even left with a credit card over the phone. And they were paid no problem! All that screaming and disrespect for nothing! And why should I have to go through all that?A few weeks later, I still had some repairs that needed to be finished, that i was missing some parts for, which I now have. And asked alliance to call them and see if Chris could come out to finish it. Because he was good, and knew my issues. Now knowing they'd get paid. They told him it would be atleast 5 months. Which is a joke. They could've been mature about it and just finished the work. Overall terrible experience.
