Bob was great. He listened got me into test drive a couple models and found me the exact truck I wanted and the color I wanted. Never treated me like I didn't know what I wanted even though I am a female. Definitely have already recommended him and would continue to accommodate him

Absolutely terrible customer service, can't get ahold of anyone at 330 pm on a Thursday, the phone number that google calls when you click "call" isn't even the number for the shop for one, and doesn't have an answering machine. And the number on their actual website just rings and rings then says sorry and hangs up on you, what are you even doing there, guys?

The purchase of my car took FAR too long. Part of this was at no fault of the dealership or the sales person, but the IRS not getting their act together to allow me to take advantage of the federal electric car tax rebate.The day I picked up my car took far too long. I had been emailing and texting and calling with my salesman for WEEKS and he had all my information well before I got to the dealership. I had my financing done elsewhere so we didn't have to do a credit check or anything. I didn't want any of the extended warranties. Even with all that preparation and whatnot I was still sitting in the small dealership on a Thursday night (the only customer there mind you) for about two hours while they did their thing. My time is important, but it didn't feel like the dealership felt that way.My salesman, was okay. When I had specific questions about my car he didn't seem to actually know any of the answers. The two biggest ones I had were, "When is the first scheduled maintenance and what does that entail?" and "Since I'm not having GM come and install the plug for my new electric car, what public charging credit company do I get a credit for?". He did not know the answers to either one of these questions, nor did he make any attempt to find those answers while I was waiting for the deal to be processed.After the sale was done and I drove home I emailed my salesman a few days later asking about getting the public electric credit because I had not received anything. I got a reply from him about the charging credit a few hours later saying that it takes a few days to process and I'd get an email about it, coincidentally about eight minutes before he sent that reply I got the email he was speaking about from EV-Go. From a my standpoint (I'm not saying this is what happened, just my theory) he forgot to set it up for me and wouldn't have remembered unless I sent him the reminder.All in all it was a painless transaction, however it wasn't perfect.

This was by far one of the most comfortable decisions I've been able to make choosing a vehicle. I was provided many options as well as thorough information and details regarding vehicle specs as well as different financing. Thanks to the upmost patience, professionalism, and proper suggestions by multiple employees and my specific salesman, I was able to learn what I needed to know and get into the right vehicle that suits my needs. Since the purchase, the staff has followed thru with reaching out to me and keeping me updated. I couldn't have asked for a better and easier experience than what the good folks over there provided me. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody that is looking for a genuine, honest, and informative experience. Thank you everyone!

This is my first time buying from Lamoille Valley Chevrolet, I was well qualified and paid a significant down payment. When I purchased the truck, the windows (on the inside) were filthy. The salesperson was very nice but did not seem to know anything about the truck I was purchasing. (lack of training). I asked if the truck had a factory trailer wiring harness and was told I do not know and then a "No". To verify, I had to crawl under it find out. (it did) When I bought the truck, I also purchased the extended warranty with the underbody and interior treatment. No one scheduled the service at the time I was in the dealership. I was told I would receive a call to schedule. I waited, then called and left a message but had to call the dealership a couple of times during the week to schedule. When I dropped the truck off, the service staff was not overly friendly and seemed bothered that they had to assist me. I received a loaner truck that had not been detailed inside (had an empty soda can in the passenger side door), or outside and the check engine light was on. I was told it would be okay, (some) "flap was not closing" in the front of the truck and was told "someone must have hit a turkey or something". When retrieving my truck after the service/detailing, I first had to find the truck in the lot. The interior looked great; however, no windows were detailed (still dirty), and I found some undercoat product on the paint when returned home. (I wiped it off). The undercoating was still tacky and not dry when I picked up the truck. To end on a positive, they did take my high mileage 2022 RAV 4 and gave me a nice trade in value, dog hair and all!!! I do love my Colorado Trail Boss, and I did enjoy my salesperson, but the customer service (in Service) needs some attention.

From Connecticut, my Silverado 1500 broke down at Jay Peak on a holiday weekend. Ed the sales manager at Chevy helped me out in a big way. Got AAA to tow truck and me to dealership where Ed and his associates had me in a loaner within minutes of arrival to use for the remainder of the weekend till the service dept opened.Service dept opened on Monday (President's day), Charlie took care of making sure it got taking care that day. I got the truck back and was back home that night to be ready for work/school.This my friends is great service and me and my family are really Thankful for it.Thanks again to everyone at Lamoille Valley Chevy. From start to finish, my salesman Donny Cota was phenomenal. In my opinion, he is the type of salesman you d want to work with for buying a vehicle. Knowledgeable, upfront and honest, and above all just a great guy to talk to and work with. Plain and simply put: I found the truck I wanted on the website, Donny called me soon thereafter, I stopped in for the test drive, and everything after that was smooth as can be. Dylan and his colleagues were exceptional. Paperwork and vehicle were ready when I arrived. Everything was explained to my satisfaction and more. I cannot thank the team at Lamoille Valley Chevrolet enough.Our Silverado had engine issues and the work was extensive. Charlie the service manager went out of his way to make sure that our extended warranty (purchased through a 3rd party) covered all of the work. I'm sure he was sick of me calling every other day for a status update but he always greeted me with a great attitude. Although it took a little over two months, the team always made sure my family had an adequate loaner.We are so happy to have our Truck back running better than ever. Thank you so much for all the hard work by the service team.We are also extremally grateful to Bob on the sales team. While all of this was going on with our Silverado we also decided to trade in our old RAV4 buy a new Equinox! Jenny has never been happier with her heated seats and heated steering wheel!LVCHEVY provided a great experience all the way around, would recommend to anyone.

We were on vacation and our truck was coming due for an oil change. Called and set an appointment. Mother nature kicked up and when the appointment time came, I couldn't make due to flooded roads. Later in the day, the road between us and the dealership was opened. I called and they were able to fit me in before closing. This worked well for us, as we were leaving out the next day. All the folks there were courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this dealership if you need service.

If your credit score is not 700 plus, don't waste your time. Salesmen are not friendly and do not return calls. Also, if you are initially denied, they are done with you. They will not put in an effort to find you something else cheaper. It's a 1 time denial, and you are done place. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.

Went to look at a used Bolt EV priced at $24k. It had 27k miles and numerous dings and chips showing it had had a tough life. It also had no DC fast charging port so was useful only as a car for around town, something the salesman neglected to mention. Inside the building were three scowling men sitting at a table like the America s Got Talent judges. It was a decidedly unfriendly vibe. The next day I found an immaculate Bolt EV with half the miles at an extremely welcoming and forthright dealer in Rutland. Same price

Worked with Dylan Reed as the Product Specialist. He was polite, professional and knowledgable. Dealing with the "Salesman" is usually the worst part about buying a new car. They are generally pushy, tell you what to buy and how much to pay. Not Dylan. He listened to my concerns. Assessed my needs. And for lack of a better description, blew me away with his attention to detail.We test drove multiple vehicles and Dylan even let me bring the vehicles to my fianc� to test drive. At the end of the day, we knew we needed two vehicles and decided that we trusted Dylan and Lamoille Valley Chevrolet to make our buying process fun, easy and quick.The Manager I dealt with, John Guyette, was very helpful throughout the entire process.We ended up not making a decision that day, but we should have! We wasted our time going to several other dealerships and driving too many vehicles to count. Lamoille Valley Chevrolet was the first dealer we visited and ended up being where we purchased both of our vehicles.If you find what you're looking for in a vehicle, don't waste your time and possibly lose the vehicle! I was prepared to spend all afternoon at the dealership, so that part was okay. I was disappointed that one of the people I'd interacted with during the ordering of my car was off the day I came in, but not for any other reason than just wanting to see him again. I suppose it adds to the confidence of the customer in the process. The waiting was comfortable, the people were truly nice, what more could be asked for?

Seamless experience from start to finish. The truck I wanted was on the lot. After a phone call to Bob, the salesperson, we arranged for a test drive that day. Test drive confirmed it was exactly what I wanted. Bob, Ed and Steve then efficiently went through the process so that I could drive it home right away. Instead I came back in a couple of days so that a cover could be added to the bed and I could clear out my trade in.The dealership took care of EVERYTHING. Plates, insurance plus an enjoyable tutorial and set up of the features.Hassle free and very friendly.

Lady at the counter was nice b everyone else in the dealership ignored my. Just not a friendly feeling. Also my bottom on the stearing wheel still not work right and get worst
