I ve been to my fair share of auto shops and this place is by far the most welcoming crew I ve met, from helping diagnose a dash light to a weird noise that just started they can do it all. The mechanic Dylan even took the time to explain to me the safety concerns and possibilities that could be done to correct the issue. Really made it feel like I was in control of what took place next unlike most shops who just rack up a bill thinking you have that kind of cash laying around. I will definitely be back and bringing any car or truck I have a worry about. Better safe than sorry

Made appointments to do two tire swaps, at 9 and 10 AM, even though they charge $30 more for the job than other shops. Left them both vehicles at 9:00 and was still waiting at 11:30, since they decided to take a walk-in rather than finishing the work in the agreed time. Best possible service and experience! I found one of my rear tires flat on Saturday morning, and not only was Quick Lane one of the very few places open, they had no issue with me coming right there. They fixed my tire in, literally, under 10 minutes, and then when I went to check out, they told me there was no charge! Their policy is to not charge for tire repair to build good will. They could not have been more professional, competent, and pleasant. If I ever need tires, there is no question that I will return to these folks.Update: the following Wednesday I went to use my Jeep, having not used it since Saturday, and while driving to do a local errand, the tire pressure monitoring system told me the air pressure in the repaired tire was 16 PSI, so I went back to Quick Lane, explained the situation to the manager on duty (not the same person with whom I dealt on Saturday), and he immediately pulled the only automotive tech working that day off the job the tech was in the middle of, and him fix my tire. This time, the wheel was taken off, and the tire removed, and an adhesive patch with a stem was used to repair the tie from the inside. When the wheel was reassembled, I asked the tech if he would please high speed balance the wheel before re-mounting it, and the tech did, with no complaint. When I went to check out, I mentioned that I had asked for this additional service, and again offered to pay, and again was refused.If you ever have need of automotive service or tires, this is clearly the place to go. Unparalleled excellence in service and attitude!Update again: Today, 9/5/19, I noticed that the muffler on one of our Jeeps, a Compass only 9 months old, was hanging down, so I called Quick Lane, and they told me to come right over Up on the lift it was obvious that an OEM hard rubber bracket had come off, so the mechanic used two coat hangers and double wired the muffler back in place so it won't catch on anything and make a little problem into a big problem. Oh, and the charge? Nothing! I even asked if I could please pay, and they waved me off. These guys are the absolute best!

Called all over the area to get an appointment before driving back to Boston. Quick Lane was the only garage that agreed to squeeze me in. They did a few quick interventions and two test drives. They ended up not charging me. Good people.

Went in for an oil change, they told me my brake lights were out and that if it was an easy fix (lightbulb) it would cost $50 to fix. I declined.Finally got around to my normal mechanic and -- funny thing-- the break lights had been disconnected. So, they either disconnected my lights to trick me into buying something I didn't need, OR, told me my breaks were out without even checking whether they were connected. Either way, steer clear!

Where do I begin!These people, Bethany and Trevor took me in like u was family! My car had broke down on my way to Barre for school. I limped it on the shoulder to this place Lamoille Valley Collision and I got lucky, this was 130 I had class at 200. They started fixing my car and had a rental there within 20 minutes of everything!!! I have delt with 100's of garages. And this was just the coolest experience ever. If there were more stars to give I would. I highly recommend this business.

They added a shop charge for repair order with no explanation as to what it was for. I questioned this and was told it was for use of the tools. This was not mentioned when they quoted the cost for the work. I won't go there again!
