I brought my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek in a couple months ago to have the rear hatch door repaired and the rear window replaced after a tree bough fell on my car during a wind storm and put a bunch of dents in the door and broke the window. They did an excellent job of repairing the door and window, and their customer service was prompt and friendly. I would not hesitate to go back to them.Service: Body & Trim

I purchased a brand new limited edition Focus RS from Lamoille Valley Ford. (Sister business to this collision center)Within a year of ownership the paint on my trunk started to flake and chip without any sort of contact happening to the paint.The dealer submitted my claim to Ford Warranty NA and sent me down the road to these guys.Although they did paint my trunk, provided me with a brand new loaner car, and had my car back to me very quickly, the paint started flaking again in the exact same spots a few days later.I called Bethany at this collision center. She was apologetic and sent a driver to pick up my car, provided me with another loaner, and painted the trunk again.Unfortunately the paint still started to flake in the same spots a few days later.This time Bethany told me it was probably faulty paint they were using.Being suspicious of this, I brought my car to 3 different body shops to ask their opinion and all of them swore to me that this was a product of poor prep and lack of letting the paint fully cure and had nothing to due with the quality of paint used.This time Bethany told me someone from PPG (the paint company) would be painting my trunk personally.This time it took about 2 weeks for the paint to flake again in the exact same spots.I ve now emailed and called Bethany multiple times and she is simply no longer responding to me.I have filed a complaint with Ford NA and am going to a different dealer in hopes that I can get my trunk properly painted.Although these guys might be quick and responsive at first, I d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a quality repair done by someone who understands how to prep a car and paint it properly.

Very good customer service. I brought my car here to have body work done after a collision and when I picked it up it looked great. I would definetly go back here to get any body work done if I ever needed to. The people were super friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and recommend this place to anyone who needs work done.
