Great service, reliable, and efficient! They did everything that was needed on my vehicle at an affordable price. They also have the cutest, well behaved pups while waiting. Definitely a place I will recommend to everyone I know, and I will be back!

Went to location for a clamp. Individual at location stated that there was a $50.00 yard charge to pull the clamp but that he MIGHT be able to sell the part for $20.00. When I said "Wow, I didn't realize how expensive such a small clamp was" He immediately changed his tone and stated he didn't have it. When I asked him if I had some how offended him. He stated it was how I said it. He then proceeded to state how he knew my "type" and how I expected him to give it to me for free! As I was leavinghe made mention to go to a hardware store.Well, in fact I did take his advice and was fortunate to find exactly what I needed at the local hardware store for $2.59. I did some research later and found that these particular clamps are sold as a set with included star screws, and shipping for $16.00. It seemed like he wanted to charge me $20.00 for one. Most of the reviews here are favorable and anyone can have a bad day at some point but I was still shocked at how immature and condescending this guy was to a potential customer over such a simple matter. I learned an important lesson though. The days of the customer always being right is long gone especially at this location. If I was to give any advice to this guy for future reference He should be careful how he talks to people because someday he might insult the wrong person especially in today's environment instead of just getting a negative review .............

I have been using this business for quite some time now and have never had a negative experience. The staff is always courteous and super friendly. They go out of their way to help, and the work done is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Hello EVERYONE I'm in Desperate need of a Front tire ( Two ) if possible.... At this point Two Dummy tires would help... Does anyone know the prices of Used tires?? Or again the prices of Two dummy tires??The size is ( 215/65/R16 ) ( 5 lug ) Thanks you

I had an accident with my car. I called Fairfax and they handled the towing and were able to bill insurance. I didn t have to do a thing. My car gave them a hard time and it took a couple try s to get it figured out and they stuck with it to the end. Friendly and honest service. Will definitely go back for other repairs

I owned a car dealership for 41 years in Vermont before retiring and I have finally found a group of honest people to deal with, the way I used to deal with my customers. 12/20/22 Fairfax Salvage and Repair What a great place! A friend referred me awhile back to have my vehicle diagnosed as I was getting the run around from other shops. Dennis and his team were very helpful with all questions and accommodating.Yesterday 02/28/23 i sent an email to the team about an issue I had with my vehicle. The team called me in a timely manner and was able to get me in for a same day appointment to diagnose the issues my vehicle had. Rather than scheduling me weeks to months out Robert was able to get me an appointment for the next day 03/01/23 to have my flex pipe fixed, not only was the environment open and friendly we had a great visit playing with the three dogs while we waited (Goose, Ollie and Axel) Robert gave my seven year old daughter two boxes of cookies which put a big smile on her face which he didn t have to do. I highly recommend checking out Fairfax Auto and Salvage if you haven t before!! Alexa and her pal Axel!

It's a dirty auto shop and that shouldn't surprise anyone. But the service and EDUCATION they provide is very helpful to me. I ask about how my car parts are supposed to work ask for work around or cheaper options and Dennis will answer everything and let ME decide my best option. I really value that.

Unbeatable customer service! Daughter found a nail in her tire. Brought it to the shop and within 10 minutes, nail was out, tire plugged and was back on the road. Thanks Dennis!! Will definitely be back!

Denis and his shop are top notch. Prices are fair and I personally have never had any issues, I think these days it's more about the word trust than it is money and Denis and his crew have my full trust and confidence in all they do. Wish all shops were like this.

Excellent service in all aspects, the office assistant, Caitlin was incredibly knowledgeable. She was exceptional both over the phone for scheduling and in person at the time of my service. Jeremy was fantastic and efficient in the shop to get my vehicle back to me. Everyone was upfront about the costs and what I needed. There were NO added charges or fees unlike others. Highly recommend Robert and his fantastic crew!

Amazing service! Buying a good used vehicle these days is not an easy task. The guys at Fairfax Salvage took great care of us. We ll definitely be going back whether to service our other vehicle or buy a new vehicle.

Recently purchased an EJ25 NA long block from Fairfax. Spoke a few times to Dennis who was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. I am in WI and Dennis was able to ship the motor to me in a very timely manor. I am a Subaru technician and made it clear that I needed a healthy short block. Upon receiving the engine I stripped it down to the short block. I see no signs of spun bearings, excessive piston slap, or other catastrophic engine faults. I am happy with the engine I recieved. I can try to update this review when I get it all back together and running. This engine hasn't been produced in well over 20 years it was hard to find a running healthy engine. Big thank you to Dennis and Fairfax salvage.UpdateEngine has been put back together without changing anything on the short black. I cleaned the heads and revealed the engine. No catastrophic failure. Engine is running great. Thanks again to Fairfax Salvage.

Not many more day s till Christmas and these guy s gave me the best deal ever on a transfer case for my Chevy equinox. Definitely will use these guy s for future parts. Curtious and fast service.

What a great place! A friend referred me and it was such a good experience. I'd been getting the run around from some other places. Dennis was awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. He's really funny too. Not that it matters but kind of made the visit fun, which I don't think I've ever described getting tires as fun.Recommend this place 100%.

The guys there are great! We had some laughs but they took care of what I needed with quickness and care. They care about other local businesses and the community. I will definitely go back when I need to.
