I have used Tire Kingdom on Pearl St in Essex Jct for years. They always get me an appointment quickly and are very friendly. Most importantly the mechanics are very honest and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them !

After trying many places, these guys are the only ones I now trust. They've never let me down. I'm a woman and have a general distrust of mechanics, but these guys have proven to be honest and reliable time and time again. I trust them with my car and my kids. That says a lot.

Great shop. They're fast, reasonably priced and do great work. Great price for a VT state inspection and their work on both my Honda truck and my Subaru has been exemplary.

Always pleased with service and knowledge of the staff. Never try to sell me on anything I don t need and do their best to provide any discounts that are allowed. I will continue to go there without hesitation.

The employee I talked with on the phone was very considerate of my situation, talked through various options I could take and provided easy to understand yet thorough answers to my questions. The technicians at the shop were polite, helpful, and efficient workers.

The employees here are helpful and friendly and even have a sense of humor. Sometimes being a woman in a mechanic shop can be uncomfortable, but they aren t condescending or lecherous in the least here; they re respectful. The waiting room doesn t have any cool features like TV or coffee but there is a Dunkin nearby which is probably better anyway.

Talk about saving us a ton of time and money. We had a tire blow out on the highway on Saturday afternoon around 4:00 PM. Triple A picked us up and brought us to Costco, but they didn't have our tire size, and it was going to take them 2-3 days to get it in. A Costco employee called this business and they said Tire Warehouse said that if we were there by 6:00 PM, they would get the tire from a partner store and be ready for us to be on our way around 6:30 PM. (They were supposed to close at 6:00 PM). I put on the bubble tire and we drove over and they did just that. We were pulling out of the lot and on our way back to Massachusetts at 6:30 PM.Superb service. Without their help we would have had to pay for a hotel, wait until Monday (most places were closed on Sunday or didn't have the size tire we had...). THANK YOU!!!! - Dan & Cathy

I live in Massachusetts and my daughter in Vermont. My daughter was hearing a tire noise on a Saturday. I called tire warehouse and as busy as they were, Garrett took her right away to check the noise. Her tire was ready to fall off due to the having generic rims with a large center board. He didn t have to help her and he certainly went the extra mile. I can t express how thankful for Garrett s help. We ended up buying new tires a couple of weeks later.

I've been a loyal Tire Warehouse customer for years. This was my first time going to the Essex location and I'll never go back, even if they are my only option.They tried to upsell my fianc� a full set of tires when she only needed one replaced. I made an appointment for her and told her what she needed when she got there. If I hadn't, she would've been paying 700$+ that she didn't need to because they said that was her only option. They refused to help her, so I found a respectable business to swap out her flat for much less.I won't be going back, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I liked.

I d be remiss if I didn t share how positive an experience I ve had each time if taken my car to this specific Tire Warehouse in Essex, VT. I don t know much about cars but I know enough that they know what they re talking about and are honest with their dealings. The price is always lower than I anticipate and their customer service is second to none. They sincerely have the customer s best interests in mind. More than once I ve gone to them with a time urgent issue and despite being extremely busy they manage to take the time to attend to my needs with zero judgement or grumbling. I highly recommend them for many of your repair needs!!

Been a loyal customer since 2013 with a small series of vehicles. From State inspections to general repair, my vehicles always recieved proper care and was always been given any vehicle issues upfront. Thank you for the great service over the years!

I wanna Thank the team that fixed my wife's tire even telling me that they are super busy. Still got it done in 30ish mins Thank's alot you guy's are the best.. know where else could do it that day.. Not everyone can drop off a car all day.. Thanks again10 out of 10. Recommend place for sure

Came during peak season so I had to schedule ahead of time. They were able to get my tire patched up after other tire places said wasn t fixable. I also got my car inspected during the same visit. Garrett was incredible and I strongly recommend using these guys!

Honestly, I had a great experience at this location. The staff here are super friendly and very helpful. They gave me honest opinions on my different tire options, and when one of my tires started to leak soon after a change, they had me bring in my vehicle and fixed it on the house. Very professional, I will be recommending this location to all of my friends. Thank you Tire Warehouse of Essex!

I had a wonderful experience at tire warehouse. I brought my car in after making an appointment online to which I thought was scheduled on Monday for a simple tire changeover. Come to find out I failed to read the email carefully and my real appointment was not until much later in the month. I was fully ready to accept my goof and leave but I was very happily surprised that they said they could squeeze me in that same day. Mind you, they were slammed with phone calls and already pretty booked for the day. I really appreciate this business going above and beyond to help out their customers even though they could have easily just said come back on your scheduled appointment. I highly recommend them to anyone and I m truly grateful for their kindness and understanding.

I went in with concerns about a squeaking noise with my car and Garrett helped me out instantly. He booked me an appointment at the earliest time and got me in. Once he got me in he got everything figured out quickly and thoroughly. Other employees were also very welcoming, and respectful. He gave me all the details, pricing, and time I needed to ask questions. I will definitely be going back for future service! Thank you Tire Warehouse Team!!

This is the only shop I trust to be honest about what I need done (years ago they saved me $400 when Freedom Nissan said my brakes were dangerously in need of replacement and couldn t wait, turns out they re big liars!).They always find time to get me in around my crazy schedule, explain what I need done, apply coupons and are genuine down to earth people.I stopped in on my lunch break to order winter tires and make an appt (they were booking out at least a month) and they ended up having what I wanted in stock, had 40 minutes before their next appointment and got the new tires on immediately!Integrity is rare today, so when you find it, stick with it!I won t recommend any other auto shop!

Had state inspection done here, bought winter tires through them and had them put on, and got a headlight replaced. Staff are always friendly, and they always finish the work sooner than I think they will. Very open staff and made me, a car newbie, feel comfortable.Make sure you call to make an appointment.

SUMMARY: Poor communication and frequently wastes people's timeI've been to Tire Warehouse Essex a few times now and my overall experience has been less than stellar. The first time I booked an appointment online, and why they still have this feature on their site I have no idea, or why they don't just place it somewhere on their website that the online booking system is not integrated with the shop's system I don't know. I show up and they have no idea I was coming. Not too much of a problem; the next time I book an appointment by phone knowing better. The fellow I talk to on the phone says drop-off is 9:00 am, but it can be a little after 9 since that's when they open. I show up at 9:30 am, and they tell me my slot is already taken and I was supposed to be there at 8 am. On top of that, the gentleman gives me an attitude and tells me there's nothing they can do for me. I asked about overnight drop-off and they don't offer that either. I've done business with them before so they have my number and could have easily called me to see if I was on the way before giving away my spot. Maybe there's something I don't know, but it seems like poor business to me and I'm not interested in doing business with people who lack basic communication skills or will frequently waste my time.

This Tire Warehouse is amazing! Jason and his staff came highly recommended by a friend and I am recommending it to you.Jason was extremely accommodating fitting me into their busy schedule (twice!) and they really went above and beyond to complete the work I needed done to get my car back on the road quickly. The staff are all polite and professional and Jason does a great job communicating anything unexpected that comes up.This is one of those garages you search for and hope to find. I will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future. Thanks guys!

These guys are THE BEST!! We began going to them a few years ago and our entire family made the switch for this establishment to be our primary car maintenance place. The staff is very professional, thorough and honest. Cannot say enough positive things to say about Tire Warehouse in Essex! :)

This is the only place that I take my vehicles because I know they care about my cars as well as my family's safety. I have always received impeccable customer service and the guys are eager to quote me the best prices they can offer. The drive card is great for getting a discount on oil changes and helps stretch your budget on the larger jobs with 0% interest for 6 months. They have completed a wide range of services for me over the past few years and I've not once had an issue with anything they worked on. Great shop!

I had rear brake pads, one rear caliper and new tires installed last Saturday. They told me to come in a few days later to recheck torque on lug nuts. Today while driving, the brake light came on. I happened to be in the neighborhood so I stopped by to have them check the torque. When I mentioned the brake light, they immediately took the car and checked for leaks in the brake system. They found something had not seated correctly and was leaking. They repaired it without a hesitation. I have never had such great service. They kept me informed of what was going on and fixed the problem. The manager, Garrett, was great. I commend him for the great business ethics. Go see them. You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you!

Garrett and his team are the best! The tire and brake prices can t be beat! This store is a pleasure to visit and do business with because The exceptional service is always consistent. These guys are always open later in the day which works great for my work schedule. I highly recommend these guys for any automotive needs you ever have!

The crew at Tire Warehouse always goes above and beyond. I know honest techs are hard to find, but not at this shop! They are fair, honest, and always take good care of me. I would recommend them to anyone. They do more than just tires. They just squeezed me in because I had a brake light out, and had me in and out quickly, with exceptional customer service, as always. Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. I showed up an hour late because I put the wrong time in my calendar. I offered to come back a different time since I understand it's busy and it was totally my fault. They took me right in and had me out in 45 mins. Best prices on top of the good customer service!

Absolutely amazing service. Came here on a Tuesday no appointment, with an urgency for studded snow tires. They price match anyone making them the best in cost, not to mention the service is out of this world. They installed my new Goodyear winter command tires, studded them, and did an inspection on my breaks after a long drive from Florida. They even threw my old tires in the trunk of my SUV bagged up. Worth every penny.

Garrett and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered from start to finish.
