Best body shop around! So easy they worked directly with my insurance. They communicated frequently and concisely. I highly recommend them if you have an insurance claim! So easy! Every employee went above and beyond with kindness! I appreciate you!

Rotunda s was nothing short of efficient and professional whilst delivering quality work on my car.I was rear ended back in October and an uncooperative at-fault party caused many delays in insurance being paid out, but Rotunda s remained responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. When it was finally time to drop my car off for the repair, Rotunda s had a turnaround time of 2 days.Picked my car up and the exterior as well as the interior had never looked cleaner in my life! They went above and beyond to detail and clean the inside of my vehicle which was such a pleasant surprise! My windshield had lots of streaks and fogginess and they totally cleaned that up. Thank you again Rotundas for going the extra mile for me!

They are awesome! Car looks wonderful, they had it done ahead of time, and I could leave my rental there at the shop for them to take care of. And there is a drop box for early morning drop off.

These folks do quality work, as noted in the before and after pics of my vehicle posted along with this review. They were excellent working with my insurance company for additional costs, and thorough. I can't tell it was ever damaged. Why 3 stars you ask? Their staff when dealing with them in person were less than friendly. Whenever I showed up to check on the status of my vehicle it seemed like they were annoyed with me for having to go and check on it. Today, when I arrived to pick it up my transaction declined because it was over my daily spending limit for my debit card so I needed to call my credit union and sit in their lobby for a bit while my credit union made adjustments to my spending limit to authorize the charge. Again, staff seemed annoyed by my presence and my trying to make small conversation to pass the time. So, 5 stars for their technicians, 1 star for thier counter staff equals 6, divided by 2 is 3.

I have a 2023 toyota 4 runner that was hit at the grocery store in the rear bumper. Needed to get a new rear bumper cover. Picked the vehicle up this afternoon and it looks great! Color is spot on and flawless! Thank you Rotundas!

My experience with Rotunda's Collision Center was absolutely excellent. Chris stayed in constant contact with updates and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. My repair was completed ahead of schedule, on budget, and the truck looks brand new again. I hope an uninsured motorist never hits me again, but if they do, Rotunda's will be my choice for repairs without question.

I brought my car there after reading all the wonderful reviews. I was on the interstate when I rounded a corner, just as a deer jumped the guardrail. The front bumper on drivers side was badly damaged. Rotundas worked endlessly with my insurance and kept in constant communication with me from start to finish. You would never know my car ever sustained any damage. They are polite, helpful, attentive and very professional. Although I hope I don t have to use their services again, if I ever need my vehicle repaired again they will be the first ones I call. I cannot say enough good things about them!!! We just received BOTH of our vehicles back from Rotunda's as they were in need of repair. Our experience was outstanding! From the onset they were helpful and efficient in working with insurance and car rental companies. The work they did on our vehicles was top notch and our vehicles were returned to us sparkling clean. This is a very reliable outfit if you are looking to have body work done. Fantastic folks doing fantastic work. Highly recommended.

The building is clean and thoughtfully decorated, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their work was fast and precise! I really enjoyed my experience with Rotundas and I'm glad they're right around the corner! Hopefully it's a long time before I need any major body work but when I do need it I know who I'll call.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My car looks brand new after my accident! I bothered them twice a week the entire 6 weeks my car was there and they were always so friendly, professional and answered all of my questions! You will not regret giving them your business. I recently had some work done on my vehicle ( damage from hitting a deer!). Rotunda''s did a great job! The front end looks like new! I am so impressed that they were able to get the work done promptly and in the time promised, in spite of the virus challenges. They even arranged for a rental and it was waiting at the shop when I dropped off my car. Everything was handled in accordance with virus protocols, so no worries there! A nice extra surprise was the gift card to a local restaurant that they gave me from their drawing. What a nice way to support other local businesses. Top marks all around!

Any time I need any body work done on any of my vehicles, this is my go to place every time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and competent. They follow through with what they tell you will be happening and keep you in the loop throughout the whole process. They will help you complete any necessary applicable paperwork taking a lot of the stress off you. You will immediately notice the quality of professionalism and the pride they take in their job when you see the final product completed. I have always been very satisfied with their services. I am confident that you will be too.

My wife s baby is back looking and running better than ever...and they sent her off with a hat and shirt to add to the koozie bling... so how could we not advertise a little more for this awesome place!! Thank you so much to all of the staff, owners, managers and mechanics at Rotundas for doing an awesome job on my truck!! As well as being professional, courteous, friendly and outstanding through the entire process!! Highly recommend to anyone needing vehicle repairs done right

I have had a few fender benders ( none of them my fault, of course!) and have brought my cars to Rotunda s. They have outstanding customer service and worked directly with my insurance company. What they estimated the cost of the work was the final price- there were no surprises. And each time when my car was fixed, no one could tell there had been any damage!

I recently had my first accident & was worried about the entire process. The staff at Rotunda's were extremely knowledgeable & helped guide me through my insurance inquiries. Scott & Mary did a fantastic job at keeping me updated throughout the process. They even discovered issues required that my insurance appraiser was not able to identify! Highly recommend to anyone in need of body work. Kudos!

So I updated my original post (see below) and changed my rating from 1 to 3 starts. Per the response below, I brought my vehicle back. They determined that a buffing would bring out the reflection better. They had the car for four hours, when I picked it up, it looked 100% better. Like the rest of the car you can now see you own reflection....very nice.OK this is a late review but a fifth person in as many years commented on the poor quality of the paint job I got at Rotunda's. 5 years ago I had a long, deep scratch from the right rear quarter across both doors and up to the right front fender from a wind blown canopy on my brand new CRV (less than a year old). So the rear quarter, both doors and the fender had to be repainted. I got the car back late in the day and did not have a chance to look it over. A few days later I looked and could see all the sanding marks and a dull, low reflection to the paint. Well life got in the way, (two deaths in the family, a new job, kids to college, and a few other disasters) and before I new it, it seemed a little late to go back and complain. Very recently an ex-body mechanic (friend) noticed the paint work. His comment was, "wow, I'd never have let a paint job like that leave my shop". So that finally prompted me to at least write a review, which quite frankly I never thought of before. So my bad for not getting back to Rotunda with feedback immediately, regardless the work was still of poor quality and people notice it to this day. On the positive side the color was a very, very close match.

The first time I needed my car repaired Rotunda's did a fantastic job. However, the second time they left an 18" crack in my windshield and refused to take responsibility. They changed their story multiple times: first it was chipped and the heat from painting it caused the crack, then eventually they settled on insisting the crack was there when I left it, and left me with the $300 cost of replacing it. In addition, they left all the interior lights on and the trunk was loose, which had to be repaired by my regular mechanic. When I bring my car to be repaired I expect it to come back fixed, not more broken. I will be sure to never use them again and tell anyone who needs a repair the same.Edit: For the sake of any future customers, I would like to add that I never received any such documentation about the windshield. If you are considering using Rotunda's or any auto shop for that matter, be sure to take before pictures of your car, or you may very well pay for their mistakes.

Excellent job of removing a dent from a ski-pole. They were extremely helpful, finished the job early (on the day they said they would), and cleaned the car spotless. They were able to keep the factory paint and polished off other scratches around the site. Dent was through the paint and the site only has slight residual change in contour. Really un-noticable. I was originally hesitant as this is the first Tesla they have worked on but would bring it back if more work was needed.

I just had my Volvo XC60 in for some auto body work. The molding in the front needed to be replaced. It was just amazing the quality of outside work. The I get inside the inside cleanup was much more than I expected.Certainly no questions asked if I need auto body work done, I must go to Rotunda'sThank you

I've taken two vehicles to Rotunda's for body work, and both experiences have been great. This most recent one, they even popped out a dent in the bumper (free of charge) that was from an unrelated mishap!
