I had Crank shop build me a set of pipes for my 1996 polaris asphalt drag sled.They couldn't of fit or look better if they had my sled in there shop.Outstanding!!!THANK YOU!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a comet clutch puller that was advertised at 39.95 on their website, a week later I was billed $80 and never got a call letting me know of the "price increase" oh yea.... it was the wrong clutch puller too, they wanted ME to pay for the return shipping when THEY sent the wrong item. I tried calling then and getting an explanation of why I was charged $50 more than the website said. When I asked to speak to the owner (he wasn't there) I asked her to leave him a voice-mail for meHer response was "no you can call him yourself again tomorrow" will never do business with crank shop again or let my friends garage company with garbage customer service

Crank shop has the worst customer service of any company i have ever done business with. They do not return phone calls or emails when you do finally get a hold of them they give you answers like I don't know I'll have to see and I'll call you back and they never do call. The people answering do not know anything about the products they sell or anything about whats goin on in the company like products dates or shipping out dates. They also seem like they don't care if you give them your business or not.

Needed a float for dirt bike bad couldn t find it anywhere except one place crank shop had one left I got it 20 bucks cheaper and I just ordered it mo day it s Wednesday I got it already paid regular shipping they place easy to deal with pleasant glad I found them I ll use them again for sure
