Excellent service. My tractor had some issues, and they were at my place right off to pick it up and bring it in. Fixed all issues and was treated very fairly on pricing. This is the place to buy tractors!

I'd like to say a BIG thank you to another local business CCR Sales and service in Essex! They gave prompt information and the best deal around by far (I went everywhere trust me). We dealt with 4 different people there and all were more than accommodating. They were even able to deliver same day! Best customer service around for a mower. Thanks again!

I have reached out via phone multiple times with no response. I walked in to showroom after 10 minutes no one even acknowledged me. So I left and went to Harvest Equipment and spent three thousand dollars. Apparently they were happy to have my business!!

Our good experience with CCR suddenly turned sour when our one year old Toro Snowblower refused to start. The service department suggested it needed to be looked at. So far so good. Without a vehicle large enough to transport it we needed a pickup and return. CCR is six miles away from us so the total traveled miles is twenty four. I d estimate somewhat less than an hour total travel time. The cost for pickup and delivery?$200 !!!I can t find anyone else around that charges more than about half that. When I asked why they were charging so much I was told that the cost of gasoline was the reason. The most gas hungry trucks get around 12 mpg. For two gallons of fuel and an hour of someone s time $200 is extreme.

Needed a part to fix my riding mower. Parts desk was very knowledgeable about the issue and made sure I had everything needed to get the job done. They went out of their way to be helpful with advice and follow up calls.

Best sales and service in the area. I started a landscape company over the summer called BlissView Landscapes. Tony helped get me outfitted with a great trailer. It was one of my best buying experiences for my company so far. The rest of the staff was very friendly and very helpful as well! This will be my go to spot for anything I need for the business.I hope in the near future they will become a Scag dealer!

I had the recent pleasure of purchasing a used 1626 Mahindra from the folks at CCR. Jake was very responsive to my needs and made the process effortless. l purchased sight unseen, from a neighboring state. Jake went out of his way to take extra photos and shoot a video of the tractor before I pulled the trigger. I decided on the purchase at 4:30pm one day, and the tractor was in my NH driveway by 9:30 the very next morning! All of the paperwork was complete and presented as agreed upon, and the delivery and driver was spot on as well- giving me a quick tutorial of the tractor after unloading it. I have been searching for almost a year for a good deal on a good tractor, and am thankful for CCR for ending my search! CCR is now looking at grapple options; the mod bug has already caught up to me! Consider purchasing from CCR, you will not be disappointed.

They picked up and fixed up our snow blower this winter. Very convenient, since we don't have a truck and it runs great now! That said, the pick up fee is a little expensive from where we live and their communication could be better. It was a bit of a mystery when we'd be getting our machine back.We also used them to put a tube in an ornery tire. The work itself was great, but they were pretty busy that day and it wasn't ready when I came back, so I had to wait around quite a while they finished up.We'll use them again, since they seem to do good work, but I hope they brush up on their customer service a little by my next visit.

AVOID THIS PLACEI took my chainsaw in for a repair and was told it would be about 1 weeks. After 2 weeks I hadn t heard anything so I called and was told they hadn t even looked at it yet. I was told they would have it ready by the end of the day. ALMOST A WEEK later I had to call again and was told it was ready for pickup!?!? So, after paying for it and picking it up, I used if for less than 2 hours before it STOPPED WORKING AGAIN!!!So, I took it back and was told they would look at it THAT SAME DAY and would be in touch. After NOT HEARING FROM THEM IN OVER 2 WEEKS, I d had enough and had already spent weeks working with whatever tools I could find around the house to get the work done. I called and told them I was going in to pick up my chainsaw in whatever condition it was in. When I walked in, the guy at the counter tells me, if I give him about 1 hour, he ll have it fixed as the part they need is in Milton and someone has run to get it!!! No explanation why they held on to it for so long without calling me and why I had to call them. No apology for having it (collectively) for over a month or for it not working the first time they fixed it. They simply charged me and sent me on my way. So, I get home and use it for 2 hours because the engine completely stops and now DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. Then when I look at the receipts, they ve charged me for replacing the same part both times.Just an unacceptable way to treat customers. It s a shame too. We ve had a hard time finding a good, honest place to work on our equipment. We have a lot of equipment they could have also worked on for us and we d even considered buying some expensive equipment there. I m sure glad we didn t.

Awful experience last week. They sold me a lemon, then repaired it, and got angry when I returned it because it still didn t work after the repairs . They then told me it s what happens when you buy a cheap Toro lawn mower for $400 list price. Unbelievable.

CCR staff was professional, friendly and kept me informed of the repairs to my machine. I would like to say thank you to Parker in the service department for his expertise and knowledge. CCR is a very important part of our community, we are lucky they are here in Essex Junction.

I have tried contacting someone in their sales department 4 times already. Have left my phone number each time. I have over $30,000 CASH in hand to purchase an agricultural tractor. They obviously do not want to sell. I will look elsewhere to buy a farm tractor.Edit: Someone did return our call the following morning after I left the review. They are looking to see what they have.

We purchased a Troy Bilt lawn mower from our local Lowes (yes I know a box store, not your store) and it ended up not starting. After contacting Troy Bilt they gave me the number to CCR as they are registered to do Warranty Work for them, upon my call I was told it wasn't something they wanted to deal with to call another place, if that place wouldn't help to call back and they would deal with it if they had to. Ended up only being the clutch on the mower deck that locked up and as a safety feature locked up the engine as well. Unfortunately you don't gain business by sending customers somewhere else, as I shared with Parker on the phone. Thanks to him though for sending us to Exit 18 Equipment, they will have our business from now on.

I purchased a new 2019 Kioti CK2610 HST in March of 2019. The salesman was okay with getting the tractor and implements. The tractor was dropped off at my home, and a few days later would not start.I called and CCR said they could send someone out in a few days. As an ASE automotive tech, I looked at the tractor and found the glow plug harness unplugged, not a huge deal. I also had missing decals, steering wheel emblem, and an SMV plate, which I still have not received despite several calls about. I also did not receive the exact implement I was told about, as far as the rear rake goes. After about 6 months, and 70 hours, I had an issue with the PTO not working. CCR had the tractor about a week, saying the problem was a rusted shaft for the PTO, which I found strange for a 6 month old tractor. The next week, the same PTO issue occurred, and I called CCR. The tractor was at CCR for almost 2 months, with many calls back and forth about when the tractor would be ready. In the end, the warranty repairs were done, but KIOTI and CCR both did not offer a loaner tractor, a credit or any other compensation for the frustration and loss of work that occurred for not having a new tractor for 2 months. I bought a new tractor so I wouldn t have to worry about down time, and it s unfortunate that neither company made things right with the consumer.

Bought a Toro Zero turn last September from CCR in Essex Junction, VT, been starting intermittent this mowing season, took battery to CCR for answers, they checked battery and said it needs replacing. Warranty on battery is only 3 months, what a joke, you spend $2700.00 on a mower and the battery craps out in less than six months and no coverage, WOW, not a happy customer to have to pay full price for a new battery, hope this one last into next season.

Huge shout out to Casey Mathieu and CCR Sales and Service for their outstanding customer service. Also to Parker Forsyth for helping as well! We couldn't be happier with our new mower, Ferris 700Z!! I've never seen an owner of a company step in and deliver the mower himself but, Casey does it all! It couldn't have been any better of an experience so, thank you so much Casey and Parker! This mower will probably be the first and last I may ever need. I would highly recommend CCR for your next purchase!

I own a landscaping company out of Williamstown VT and I purchased a 2016 Mahindra 4540 from Ccr about a YeR ago. The tractor has been awesome until recently when the Check engine light started flashing and was very underpowered. When I called the service Deptarment they where very knowledgeable about what the problem could be. After a few questions and talking with a technician they where positive it needed some type of re flash. This is where they went above and beyond Parker said he could have a technician drive to my house which is over an hour away and fix my tractor. They said they would be at my house by 2 that afternoon so at 153 when I showed up the technician was already there and had my tractor fixed! The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and how he fixed it. I also had a hose that was sliced from the fan he said he would order one and mail it to me and they did no questions asked. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you are in the market for a new tractor and want the best tractor and the best service you better give these people your business. Service after the sale is what it's all aboutThanks Parker and Mike you guys are awesome!

Never allow these guys to work on your equipment. Example, the replaced a valve body on my kioti DK45C. Now it has no float, or lift ability. They installed a valve body with no float capability. Never got my old valve body back. They replace the drive gear in the transmission it wont shift smoothly with out grinding. I spoke with them to no avail.

I do not know if I have ever been more disgusted by a business as I am with CCR. While there are a few good guys there, Parker, Nick, the two brothers who run it, especially Corey, were as dishonest and rude as possible. We bought a Mahindra mPact 750 two years ago from CCR. When we test drove it we noticed and mentioned the trouble shifting especially into reverse but the salesman assured us it was a minor adjustment and they would have it all fixed before they delivered it to us. To make a long story short, in spite of repeated calls, multiple trips to bring it back, it was never properly fixed. They kept telling us this was the way it was suppose to be. Even after the damn thing popped out of park and a hill and nearly ran me over! It took me reaching out to Mahindra themselves for help before they would fix it properly. But it took nearly a full year of back and forth with CCR and many many weeks of not having use of the vehicle we bought before they finally replaced the transmission at Mahindra's orders. Thank goodness there are now other Mahindra dealers in Vermont!
