Staff was very friendly and responsive. They were able to solve our problem on our 5th wheel when no one else could. Shop is big enough to accommodate big rigs. Repair was done in a timely manner. Though I didn't pick up my parts myself, the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had all the parts I needed (don't bother calling your local parts store for shackles and u bolts) and even made sure that the person I had pick up the parts didn't leave without necessary pieces that I didn't even order. 4 stars until I actually have something serviced there. These guy are awesome! They fixed my truck at the quoted price and did the work quickly. I hope to never break another leaf spring but if I do I know where I'll go.

Excellent service, very professional and friendly staff. I changed springs on my motorhome, the work was done faster and cheaper than quoted and very professionally. Our family was even offered a truck to drive to town while our motorhome was in the shop. 5 stars.

Helpful guys with tons of knowledge. Made fixing my old 85 K10 Leaf springs a breeze. All new Leafs, shackles, boots and hardware all the way around.They got the parts all up fast and affordable.

Did an excellent job adding a leaf to my rear truck springs.They also installed upgraded bump stops that I purchased elsewhere.The price was reasonable and did not exceed the estimate.The job was completed on time.

I was told my truck wouldn't be ready for atleast 3 weeks and it was towed down to the yesterday afternoon and they called me today that it was readly .. I was like OMG WOW ! , i got a friend to give me a ride down and my truck looks awsome now with 2 new leaf springs .... i will tell all my friends to go to Bailey to get springs done there ...

I grew up knowing that Baileys was the place to go for springs, so when I got of age and got an RV that needed new air springs, I went to them b/c I knew they were the ones to trust, and I was right- still possess that reputation of being the being the best at what they do.

Dan the manager is the greatest. Had a electrical problem with my plow, They found the problem and fixed .I did not even have an appointment. Excellent company to deal with. They went above and beyond.

We at everything automotive use bailey spring for all our replacement truck springs, they always have what we need and are polite and nice to deal with
