I usually choose to buy my auto parts and supplies at the Essex Junction AutoZone because the customer service is remarkably helpful. I m not that savvy about maintaining my own vehicle, so I often benefit from their extra advice on how to affordably fix some common problems. When an issue came up with my car this week, I knew where to go to get good assistance at reasonable prices, and Dan, once again, came to the rescue! Dan s customer service went above and beyond my expectations, as he helped me diagnose and quickly remedy my taillight s problem. I am so thankful he was able to help me get things fixed before I even left the parking lot. I definitely will continue to support this shop because the employees take such excellent care of their customers.

Stopped in this morning for a patch kit for my tires.was advised to get the kit that was on sale because it was simply better. I come in here a lot , always great service and great advice. Usually show up in a bad mood because you know , cars. Always a great experience. Thank you guys for all you do

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the manager who helped us out today- didn't catch his name unfortunately but he was super helpful! We had to replace our windshield wiper linkage system (found out it's a common issue with the model we have); he not only helped us get the parts and tools we needed, but assisted us with some of the replacement process right out in the parking lot. It saved us so much money by being able to do the fix ourselves instead of paying shop/labor price. Not only that, but we feel so much safer now being able to see out our windshield while it's raining and snowing! Great customer service, plus the part has a lifetime warranty if it breaks again we can get a free replacement part. Thank you so much again to the manager, I hope he sees this and knows how grateful we are!!! :-)

I have been going here for a few years and you are not going to get better service at any other parts store . They have gone above and beyond for me whenever I needed them and today Dan took it upon himself to personally come and get me to bring me to his store to get everything I needed to get my car back on the road and took the time to check my car and make calls for me to make sure I was doing the right thing . So I give a big shout out to all who work there because once Dan brought me in they all put their heads together to come up with a plan that would work . Thank you all and a big thanks to Dan for going above and beyond his job duties .

I had to do a full brake job and kept getting the wrong parts(user error) and over the course of 3 day the store manager Dan was the most patient and helpful person anyone in my situation could ask for. A big thank you to Dan Trey and Jay for helping me out the weekend. Great job guys keep up the good work

I went to this Autozone because my engine light randomly came on. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with kindness. Daniel was incredibly helpful, and ran a diagnostic test on my car. I asked how much it would cost, and he said "I won't charge you a thing!". He showed genuine interest in helping me and it meant a lot to me, as I was very stressed (and admittedly, know nothing about cars). I now know exactly where I will be going when in need of car support. It made my day!Thank you so much, Daniel! You are the best!!!

Was shopping for brake parts and found this was the only store to have everything I needed. Dan was very helpful and offered to hold parts for me till I got there. He also advised me of a bundle offer that eventually saved me money. Thanks Dan. This was awesome. I'll be back!

The people here are incredibly kind and go above and beyond in their service. They take the time to explain the products you are purchasing to make sure you get the one that is the best fit and most affordable for you. Dan helped me to find a car battery that was best for my car at an affordable price. AutoZone also installed the battery for me free of charge.

Kayla is very good at what she does. Hardworking to say the least. All while being in college? Y'all better treat her well. Needed a new battery before the start of winter last year. Gave me exactly that and then some. Good conversation, excellent installation.

They are very helpful and even went out and put in my cabin filter. Thank you for your help when I didn't even ask you to do it. They are awesome people there. Today 8/28/22 I went in for a headlight problem and the gentlemen that worked Today he was so awesome. He helped me figure out why my headlight wouldn't work in my car. I have had hand surgery on both he figured it out and fixed the problem. Thank you so much your a wonderful man. Sorry I forgot you name I suck at remembering names.

I needed some help with my car battery so I stopped in on a whim. Kayla helped me out with my car and she was fabulous. Super friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. She fixed my issue and taught me how to do it myself in the future. And the fix was also free of charge! So glad I stopped in. Thanks Kayla!!!

BK was amazing. My battery died and needed replacement, and I arrived less than an hour before closing. He tested my battery and then replaced it while it was snowing. I would highly recommend.

Best prices on brakes and rotors around and when you place an order online it s actually ready for you when it s says it will be! Can tell this place is well managed and well stocked

Another fantastic phone call and great service!Got the same guy I did last time, same guy that walked out a mask to me last month! Same gentleman that got me a Left and a Right strut for me car...Hubby got two right struts when he came in a week ago. Both our cars were up and someone needed to make a parts run BECAUSE of the mistake.Got my bag of hardware with no problem to put my brakes back on when I called today.5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for being so polite!

Super friendly and helpful. Quick stop to diagnose my check engine light. I had called 3 other competitors beforehand and none of them in greater Burlington area did this service any longer. I'll be going here first next time!

WENT TO ESSEX AUTOZONE THINKING ID SPEND 20 TO 40 DOLLARS ON BERING PULLER FOR MY WATER PUMP. DAN SPOTTED ME ..DIAGNOSED MY PROBLEM AND PULLED MY BERING IN 5 MINUTES USIING THE STORES PULLER....ASKING NOTHING FROM ME IN RETURN.....THANK YOU DAN AND THANK YOU AUTOZONE

These guys were just great! So very efficient. They do not condescend if it is obvious your knowledge of cars is limited..I give them a 5 without hesitation. There apparently are some different folks there than were 4 years ago because I just read a very unfavorable review and I cannot believe that person was referring to the crew I dealt with. Mike was outside with me checking my car when I had a problem and not once did I see anyone goofing off and or leaning up against the counter with nothing to do.

Customer service on the phone was excellent and very well informed. They quickly found the part we needed at a different location and had it shipped for the next day. Very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Seems like they've worked hard to improve on customer service these past 5 years.

I have lived in 6 different states and been going to AutoZone and all the major competitors for over 25 years. When I can I actually enjoy working on my own vehicles. Usually in all those years in many other stores my experiences are uneventful and pleasant. Whats unexplainable is some individuals here at this location have been super friendly and cool in fact one might say among the most professional and customer oriented (perhaps an attempt to compensate for their associates), but paradoxically most staff at this particular location have been the rudest employees of any parts stores I can recall. After multiple attempts but usually having a bad experience at the Essex Junction location I think I am giving up and just shopping elsewhere from now on.

If i could give zero stars i would. Worst experience ever. I ordered a tow hitch three weeks before i was moving accross the country. When it came in the box was all broken. We took it home anyway, as the guy looked at everything and said it was all there. I had it home for a week and when i took it to the shop that was gonna install it for me, they realized there was a missing part and two parts that didn t even belong there. We took it back to the store and was told it would arrive a certain day. That day came and passed and nothing. I called the store multiple times to check on the status of the shipment and got told way different stories by Mike, Will and some other guy who s name I dont remember. It wasn t until the day before i was moving that the hitch finally came in. The staff was super rude and no one would take responsibility for absolutely anything. Unless it is something that they have in store i WOULD NOT recommend you buy anything from there. It was an absolute nightmare and the staff was super rude and really need some proper customer service training.

The staff is usually helpful and generally more knowledgeable than just relying on what the computer tells them. The only thing I don't like is that they have to push the sale stuff at the counter. I have enough shop towels, I don't need more hand cleaner, and I don't want the "race fuel" additive. That's not this particular store though. They're required to push that stuff.

The store is filthy. The shelves are poorly stocked. There are numerous red carts with product filling the aisles instead of the shelves.The manager had a lousy, could not care less attitude.The only reason for 2 stars was the 1 day employees. She was trying .

I visited this AutoZone location during a sleet/snow storm for a new battery and wipers. The manager was friendly and helpful. I had issues installing a wiper and he helped me out despite the pouring slushy snow and frigid temperatures. This kind of commitment to the customer and willingness to go above and beyond is not something you find at many parts stores.

It is GREAT to have an auto parts store open till 8 pm like they are. We had a situation where we needed to replace a headlight ASAP and thanks to Auto Zone I was able to do what I needed to do. I have a minor issue that I ran across. I snapped a picture of the bulb that I needed to show my wife, who was on the road, and she got the bulb that I told her too, which says right on the advertisement that the bulb was the LOW BEAM bulb . When I got the bulb and tried to install it I found this bulb only fit into the HIGH BEAM connector. Something got crossed somewhere in the literature or something. Well as it turned out I pulled the bulb from the low beam side and luckily I happened to have a spare bulb for that side. There is no way that bulb 9005A would fit the low beam connector so something is wrong in the ad. I wish I could paste a picture too show what the ad has but I can t add a pic in here apparently. Just thought I would share this information! Now I have two spares for when needed!!

Worse experience I've had anywhere. I payed for merchandise and they state they can't give it to me because they lost it. They have told me 3 times to go back to the store to deal with Manager Will. Specifically Bree. They are very unprofessional and don't care that I've wasted over a hour and a half trying to receive a part. Whoever the manager Will is. Please, please train your staff or have them treat their customers right.
