Vehicle repairs can be frustrating, to say the least. When you find a good mechanic who is skilled, knowledgeable, personable, reasonably priced, and honest, like the guys at Route 2 Auto, they certainly make the going much smoother. What a difficult job to troubleshoot and deal with the mechanical and computerized electronic headaches of today's vehicles. Joey and Will can do it all, and they are incredibly patient, never seeming to get their feathers ruffled. They have our undying respect and appreciation. They have saved us many thousands of dollars with ingenious solutions that would have otherwise been so cost-prohibitive that we would have had to scrap our vehicles. They have also given us wise advice on what vehicles we might look into that would work best for our needs and save us headaches in the future. We feel very fortunate to have such rare, hard-working mechanical geniuses close to our home. Thank you, Joey and Will!

Joey and Will are the real deal and great at what they do and if you don't believe me, then try the others in the area and you will soon see what I'm talking about! Bad reviewers for the most part are just dumb ppl and generally have no clue about what is involved and should go else where and get ripped off!

They will not deserve 0 star!Let me share this with you.FirstI brought my 2014 Volkswagen to them on August 19 to replace the oil tensioner and the owner told me that his employee experienced with Volkswagen over 30+ years, then I simply handed him the key because it will take few days the said.SecondAfter I spend one week, I came to the shop without calling them because they didn t call me as they promised to fix the car within few days.While I was there, the mechanic was searching on YouTube and how to replace the oil tensioner!I figured out that, they will give me a hard time and I have to go back to work.ThirdI have spent another 2 weeks and came back again but they still haven t done it.I literally lose my mind because they don t call and the don t update.I ve talked to the owner and ask him to explain what s going on but unfortunately was not helping at all and they said we want it to get paid first.I ve said ok and I will pay you the amount we agreed which was $650, two days after I have paid them the$650 and they still did fix the car yet.FourI ve spent total of two months and they didn t fixed my car yet, when I ve asked the owner, he said we will not have anything to do in your car and just take it another auto shop.I ve said yes I can do and thanksThe owner was rude an was not professional.They took the money and have decided to tow the car back to home.Finally.I m just trying the share this with you, please be advisedThe Rute 2 auto shop is not a good place and nothing personal.They re just rude and I don t advise anyone to go there.this auto shop is a jok

Joey is super nice, very professional and always works fast and efficiently. We go here for both of our vehicles since its close and we can hang at Fox market while we wait. Definitely recommend.

I started going to Route 2 auto due to their convenient location but now I live across town. I continue to use Joey at Route 2 auto despite the longer drive because he does good work, has fair pricing, and does what needs to be done to keep a car running well. One example: Rather than risk breaking a bolt on a preventative but unnecessary repair (and running the bill up) they will identify the risk and talk about future options.Practical and fair service from a hard working team to be found here.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

My experience at Route 2 Auto was great all around! They were able to fit me in during a busy week and got my tires changed over in no time! The owner, Joey, was professional and answered all of my questions with ease and insight. I am by no means a car guy - Joey and his crew knew what they were talking about and were very straightforward during the entire process. I have been looking for a reliable car shop to go to for a while now - I found it with Route 2 Auto! - they offer expert service at a reasonable price, and are timely with their service.

We were able to get an emergency brake repair done here. The owner was incredibly patient and understanding and was able to take care of the issue promptly. Joey was very responsive with my request with questions about our Jeep and a quote. His quote was also much less than the 3 other mechanics I called. He was able to fit us in during the holidays and got it fixed in a matter of hours. The price was great and our jeep has never driven better. Def using him again. Thank you!

This garage is the garage to go too. Joey is a great mechanic and is honest with you on what your problems are with your vehicle. He works hard and does great quality work in a decent amount of time. Ive had a lot of work done by this garage and I can tell you they have won my business time and time again. Route 2 Auto is the garage for you.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

Very good shop! The mechanics who work here are honest and truly care about their customers. The owner of the shop stayed late just to repair my brakes and ensure that my car was safe.Their rates are fair and their work is good.I would highly recommend this shop

Nothing but good experience. Joe was straight forward about the car I purchased and what needed to be done, I even went to him for all the work. He told me what he was going to fix before he did it and haven't had any problems.Thanks Joe!

I've only ever fixed flats so far at this garage, but they are certainly nice guys, who work promptly and charge very reasonably.
