My husband and I went in looking for our first travel trailer and needed a 4 bed bunk room (not the easiest to find) and Rob showed us a few options that could fit our needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all not your typical pushy salesman! Everyone in the office and store were great as well! We never felt pressured as we did at another place and we purchased a 2023 Salem Platinum that we couldn't be happier with!

Lots of varieties and sizes. Lacking customer service sadly like pulling teeth to get minimal answers to questions. Saw another couple ready to buy but left with brochures. Shame.

Highly recommend! Rob took his time to find the right rv to fit our needs. He even came in on his day off to accommodate our busy work schedule. Super responsive to answer any questions via text, email, or phone call. They worked hard to meet our price point also. I enjoyed working with a smaller dealership that has the personal touch. If you have the chance, as for Rob as your salesman. He will certainly take care of you. Everyone from the salesman up are amazing at Mekkelsen's and we love the slightly used RV that we purchased. Thank you for everything.

Rob lied to me about almost everything I was told everything was check out an working perfect nothing was checked out I was left hanging on a hot water heater not working for 3 days no call no tec show up nothing I called told him thanks for leaving me hanging service manager called me telling me how a valve is shut off .thank God for google an utube 2 valves were shut of furnace wouldn't fire I pulled the inspection cover vacuuming pine needles for 10 minutes auto pilot was clogged couldn't lite if it wanted to . Use extreme caution when buying from mekkelsen RV they never contacted me to make it right I tell everyone I know about the way they treat customers after the sale

This spring we were looking for a nice used fifth wheel that we could use to live in while doing volunteer relief work. We live in Essex Junction but weren t interested in dealing with anyone from Pete s or doing a private sale. So with a recommendation from family we went to Mekkelsen RV. We were really happy with the down to earth attitude of everyone there and the fact that is a family owned business and has been for many years was appealing. Our sales rep Colby was very attentive to our needs and worked hard to find us the deal we were looking for. Everyone from sales to financing to the service department was extremely helpful from the initial visit all the way to picking up the camper. We are extremely satisfied with our fifth wheel and the sercive we received at Mekkelsen s! They are definitely our first choice if we need to upgrade in the future.

We bought our RV last year and it was a very low pressure experience. We have been happy with our dealings with the staff. I want to acknowledge Julianne, in particular. She works in the parts department and has been very patient and helpful in assisting me to research my warranty options for a cover that we purchased.
