A serious Volvo shop. Woman owned, and my daughter Angela swears by them. Great prices. When our Volvo is in Vermont, it goes here for service. Other makes and models also serviced, just saying plenty of room for late night drop off.In our case, it was the Crossroads after midnight. No, no, we were not south of Memphis on US 64, and no we did not meet anyone, nor, as the story goes, did we sell our soul to the devil. So we are still a guitar hack who now also plays keyboards.But we got great car repair at a great price.

Crossroads Auto is the place to go if you own a Volvo. Marcie is trustworthy and honest. Since she is a good mechanic, she is in HIGH DEMAND and is BUSY. Schedule your appointments and don't be late! Respect her time and she will provide exceptional service.I own a 2000 Volvo V70R which is a pain to work on. I have been to other mechanics who claimed they fixed my vehicle's problems only to have my car die and require an expensive tow(s). After having to get my car towed twice (issues from the same mechanic which I won't name but will never return), I had them take the ol' moose wagon straight to Marcie at Crossroads. The tow company sort of laughed because that is where they take all Volvos and only had good things to say about Marcie.Fixing old Volvos is an art and it takes time. Go here if you actually want your car to be repaired properly. We can t say enough great things about Marcie/Crossroads Auto Repair! She goes out of her way to answer questions and also to accommodate us on getting our vehicles serviced in a timely manner. She has serviced our vehicles for over 10 years and we have only great things to say about her. If you need your vehicle serviced, call Marcie!!

I consider this business to be one of the most honest and trustworthy auto repair businesses that you will find. I generally use the dealership where I lease my vehicle through, but I was concerned and questioning some repairs the dealership told me I needed. I went to Crossroads because I know that Marcie would be completely honest and that I could trust her to tell me what was needed for repairs. This is a business that is there to provide excellent customer service and competitive standards. Marcie is awesome!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I dropped off my car for inspection. Perfectly fine. Received it back with a crack across the drivers view that s over 6 inches in length. Extremely noticeable. I myself had checked the windshield to make sure it had no cracks that would fail the inspection. There was nothing. She charged me $68 to crack my windshield. Told me I could come back within a week if I get it fixed. But I d still be charged again. Best part of it all. She claims she noticed it before she even pulled the car into the garage. Didn t think to mention it before charging me $68 just to tell me nothing else was wrong. Even if it had been there before she took it in (which I know for a fact there was not an over 6 inch crack across my view before the car was left with her), ANY decent human being would think hey maybe I ll let the customer know that I already know it won t pass so maybe I can save them from having to get 2 inspections done. But no. She s the kind of person to find any possible way to get more money out of her customers. Highly do NOT recommend services here.

Marci has been working on our cars for years. She s always willing to stop and talk to us about any problems we may be having with our vehicles and has even spent time with our 17 yr old daughter explaining how certain things work on her old Volvo! Chris has also done undercoating and a total cleaning of our Forester! A great place with fabulous mechanic and sweet dogs!

My service at Crossroads auto repair has always been OUSTANDING. Today, 1/26, I was there for a tire changeover (mildly late in the season, I know) and witnessed Marcie handle a distrust tied customer with some of the best customer service I have witnessed. The customer was disgruntled because they didn t seem to read the sign that states Vermont Inspection, $68 pass or fail . To me, it seems self explanatory, but to others, apparently not. I also witnessed Marcie explain to the customer that if they fixed the 1 issue with their car failing, she would put a sticker on the vehicle. This particular customer didn t seem to understand logic and reason and proceeded to throw a tyrannical fit in the parking lot and the office. I commend Marcie for keeping her cool, as the delay this customer was causing me, was infringing on my cool. Needless to say, I got my tires changed over in a timely manner, with an icedible amount of professionalism. AS ALWAYS. As someone who works for a local company that prides themselves on great costumer service, I really appreciate all that Marcie and Chris do going above and beyond whenever I need repairs or detailing. Marci is experienced, thoughtful and careful. She looks ahead and lets you know what may be coming up, and what your options are. She is also respectful of women car owners. My family and I have accessed her services for a multiple of cars and trucks over 7-8 years.

Just want to give a shout out to Marci. We sent a customer to her to fix a problem with a Volvo. Long story short the part we put in was defective. She stayed in touch with us to let us know what was going on with now, our customer without hesitation. Thank you for not caring it came from another shop.Thanks from Montpelier Auto Clinic

They don't answer the phone. If you bring your vehicle here, you won't be able to call them. I had to drive there just to check on it. Another time, I had to spam call them like 15 times in a row before I got an answer. Took almost 2 weeks for a diagnosis. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

I live almost an hour away from Crossroads in Chittenden County. I take my vehicles to the dealership for oil changes out of convenience. Anything else I make the trip down to Crossroads where I know I ll get quality work done and complete honesty. Worth the trip every time!

Marcie is the friendly and knowledgeable owner. I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs, inspections, tires or oil changes. Marcie has always given me the truth about my car problems and always uses quality parts.
