We were on vacation in Canada and the starter died on our motorhome. We drove back to Newport on a Sunday, bought a starter at the auto parts store and called Pepin's first thing Monday. He was able to install the starter by 9am and the rest of our vacation was saved. The rates are reasonable for a truck shop. Even more reasonable when you consider we were asking for the work to be done ASAP. I highly recommend Pepin's for RV/Moterhome repairs.

I've used this place several times to get parts for my truck and trailer and it always been very reasonably priced and quick at getting what I needed.

Absolutely awful service and very unprofessional. Only concerned about money and getting paid. Over priced as well. Bianchis was much more preferred.
