Service Dept is excellent!! Jon went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He took the time to explain what was going on and addressed all of my questions.Being without your vehicle can be stressful enough...but knowing you have a business that understands that and is doing everything they can to get your vehicle back to you makes it a little bit easier. The service I received on March 5th was impeccable! John scheduled me in a timely manner, I was early for my appointment and John took me right in, done in an hour and on my way. 5 stars well deserved! I would suggest though maybe giving a complementary vehicle wash especially in the winter!

Had a recall on an older Jeep. The guys got my part ordered and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They communicated very well about the job and even offered me a ride if I needed it!! Shane from north point service department answered my call when my truck was having issues, got me right in and the mechanics were able to fix my truck the same day! Shane was pleasant, responsive and called with updates. Highly recommend!

Cody is extremely good about trying to accommodate people and their schedules, he has picked up and dropped off my truck (close by Northpoint) to service it a few times. The crew is kind and courteous and everyone is always willing to help get you the answers you need.

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a garage that could service my Toyota. I contacted Northpoint and spoke with Shane, he said they would be happy to service my Toyota! Its never easy to deal with car repairs but Shayne made the process very easy. Shayne kept me informed along the way with progress updates and even saved me a few bucks. 5 STAR service for sure.

Everyone was great from drop off to pick up. I love how flexible it was so I didn't have to adjust my work schedule. They were able to pull up my warranty information quickly and get the part for my door and replace it with a 24 hour turn over time. Thank you everyone at Northpoint for being so great and efficient! We will be back!!

Ken was amazing to deal with. Spoke to me like a real human being and that goes a long way with me. Second to none! Cody, great as always. There is a reason everytime I call I ask for him. Had a warranty issue with my wrangler while up in Jay. Northpoint was great - easy to get a hold of and then very easy to work with to get my wrangler to them and they even delivered it back the same day after being fixed. These guys are great

I had a battery failure on my 2019 ram ,which was still under warranty, and I called the closest ram dealer St.j CDJR .Mark in service told me it would be a week out before they could look at it.As I was frustrated ,he said maybe they could look at it in 4 days, which I was very disappointed with that as well.So I called Northpoint Cdjr in Newport and talked to Shayne .He was very pleasant and said they were booked up as well, but if I could drop it off he would try to fit me in ! I dropped it of around 1 pm and by 4:45 the battery was replaced under warranty ! Excellent customer service! Thanks again Shayne for willingness to to take care of me !***** LukeService: Battery

I have a 2019 Dodge ram with 13000 miles on it. I was told I would need to pay almost $1000,00 to have them inspect my vehicle. They said I had surface rust on my trucks rotors and they would need to be replaced. My brakes worked perfectly. The rotors were smooth to the touch. I complained about this and they immediately said they would lower cost to $650.00. I had other people I know look at the rotors who work on vehicles and they agreed this was a scam.
