I recently purchased a used Subaru Outback from Giroux Auto and am very pleased. The car is totally rust free and interior is like new. And the price was very reasonable compared to others. Richard and Gina are a pleasure to work with. Respond very well.

Great place to buy a car in the Northeast Kingdom. The cars are rust free and in great condition. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable, they answer all of your questions. All eight of my cars have come from this dealership and I have never had any problems with them!

Richard and Gina are very pleasant to deal with and will go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied! I bought a 2008 Nissan Xterra and shortly after purchase I noticed a noise coming from the rear, even though I bought this vehicle "As is" Richard took it into his shop and not only fixed the wheel bearing but inspected the rear differential for any wear! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

My husband who is a very talented mechanic tried to buy a car here to find that not only had the condition of the car been greatly misrepresented but that the owners were shady and tried to cover it up. He obviously didn t buy the car and warned me to never buy there either. Flash forward a few years while helping out someone else who was considering buying a car there...when they didn t want the car the lady became belligerent to the point of screaming and making threats. Nobody should ever buy here. Everything on the lot is obscenely overpriced anyways...if you do t believe me just do your own research. This is a shady place.

Richard and Gina Giroux are nothing like your average car sales people; In fact, they're better. I've visited their lot on multiple occasions, and I've always been treated with friendly service and never bulldogged for a purchase. After owning my 2007 VW Rabbit for a few months, I can say that I'm very satisfied both with their pricing and with their vehicles. Giroux provides an affordable and reliable pre-owned inventory. I would definitely recommend buying from them if you're searching for a used car at a low price.

Absolutely terrible, sold me a junk car. Told me he'd fix all this stuff before the purchase, all he did was burn my tank of gas, cracked my front bumper, gouged my front driver side rim, and marked my front fender passenger door and said door handle with white paint from his garage. All this after waiting 45 minutes for an appointment I made with him. If you value your money, go anywhere else.

I will never buy a car from here again and neither should you. I have had this car since about August and I've only been able to drive it about a month. This family is the worst to deal with. The harassed me, attempted to extort me, lied to me, and basically almost killed me. I bought a car from these people and didn't even make it off the exit ramp and it died completely (overheated and battery died).so I called them and told them about it and they just kept saying that everything was my fault and that I ruined the car. I literally had it for all of two hours.... then as a "favor" the husband said he would fix my car for me for FREE. I said okay sure, so I use all of my AAA tow miles for the year to get it back up to them from winooski to derby. So fast forward about a month and a half forward from dropping the car off and now I have called him for weeks and he finally says that its ready. So we drive all the way up there and he's not even there when we arrived, just his wife. So we decided to wait. The whole time we're waiting (30 mins) for him to come backand the wife is just screaming at us about how everything is our fault and that we were irresponsible with the car. Sure lady, whatever you say. Anyway so he's almost back when she starts saying that we need to pay her 500$ cash for their troubles... so I told her that I don't just carry 500$ cash with me because I only use my card. I then said if everything checked out then I would consider sending money later down the road. So after ten minutes of her making me feel terrible she says to pay her or dont and that she could care less about it. he finally gets back and is very coy about what is actually wrong with the car and then says that it was the thermostat that was stuck. Cool. So we drive back to winooski and things are going great for a few days until the fourth day I had it... it started shaking really bad while I was driving it so I took it to my mechanic to look at it and after an hour he comes back and says that I need to report these people to the BBB because they tried to kill me. I said how so? He said that the guy for Giroux had gone in and messed up my electrical and had DISABLED MY DASHBOARD LIGHTS FROM COMING ON AGAIN!!! My mechanic said that the guy also had messed with my engine in a way so that it would build up and my engine could have exploded while I was driving. So 700$ later for new engine pieces and I'm here with a brick of a car because these people are dishonest and buy cars that aren't worth a dollar. After this whole fiasko she keeps calling me harrasing about the money. I had to threaten her with a lawsuit to get the calls to end. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Website says open we went twice called have cash was hoping to look test drive and fingers crossed buy something reviews don't bother me but don't say when you open if you aren't going to be
