The entire experience was good. There was a clean comfortable waiting area. They were fast and friendly. I knew they were not trying to take advantage. They just wanted to do a good job.

I ve used a lot of tire stores over the past 30 years and Gills point S is my favorite. Over the last five years I had bought seven sets of tires, had shocks installed, control arms replaced, and numerous alignments And balancings done.The prices are fair, service excellent,, and they work har to get us appointments when we need it by a certain time. When they quote me a time they ll have my car finished, they get it done on timeIf I m looking for a certain tire and they don t have it in stock they ll find it for me. Bernie and Brent run a very nice business. Thanks!

Respectfully, if you could ask your customers *not* to walk their dog in your neighbors front yard, that'd be cool. I understand if they don't want to walk them by the road. But there is the truck lot right next to us that leads into your lawn. I had a lady waking her dog litterally at my front steps. I understand we have a large front lawn and people are going to do what they want. But if you could just discourage this in the future. That'd be great.

We've been here twice and have received prompt and courteous service. We've made appointments each time, they've been right on time and performed the job rather quickly. I think this will be our local go-to spot for our automobile.

I was in a bad spot and needed a welder. Even though that's not their specialty Bernie went the extra mile. In the end I didn't need the service, it was sure great to know Gill's was there for me!Brian, the traveler.

Just before crossing the Canadian border into Vermont in January, I got a flat tire and barely made it to the duty free shop parking lot. Luckily AAA is affiliated with CAA and got a tech to come out to swap it out for the puny spare. Trying to find one replacement tire was not easy around Derby as I called several shops including Walmart - at least 2 of them suggested I call Vianor. Bernie answered the phone and while it was busy, he said he'd call back after checking the inventory. Indeed, he followed-up shortly that morning and suggested one tire that they had in stock that is the closest match, but not the same as the other 3 on my car. I agreed with his suggestion, but the only problem was, they were booked solid and there were no openings until late afternoon, about 6 hours that I'd have to wait. Oh well, right? Bernie reached out within 2 hours later that he had a cancellation and squeezed me in! They were friendly, fast and did a great job, along with terrific pricing. The replacement tire was an uncanningly good match. I was back on the road by lunchtime. Bernie and his crew are the best!

Everything you are looking for when shopping for tires. I called Vianor looking for tire prices for my daughters car as she had just moved into the area. Bernie was extremely friendly and informative taking the time to explain the different snow tires he had available. After speaking with Bernie it was easy for me to make a decision on which tires to purchase for her vehicle. My daughter stopped into Vianor with no appt and Bernie took her vehicle right in to do the tire change over.Thanks so much for the great service!!Adam/Melinda

Bernie and his crew are the best...best service, best advice, and best technical expertise. They go out of their way, not merely for us locals, but anyone. Even when I am out of town, I call Bernie or his front office staff for advice. Just got to Florida for winter and called to find out mileage for rotation on new Nokia WRG3 tires for my Subaru Outback...they had info right away, and now I am set. Ask any local in Orleans County and they will back up what I am saying...Vianor Derby has your back!!!!

I've just started going here for past year or so, new set of tires, came back had them rotated and rebalanced at schedule miles. Very good service, nice folks to do business with.
