Car wash is out of soap. Office is closed, phone number is ring no answer. Truck looks exactly like it did before the wash. Truly disappointed.

I paid $12 to wash my truck and it looked the same coming out as it did going in. There s no brushes or anything to actually wash the dirt off. It s just water being sprayed. Supposedly, it s a spotless rinse, but now I have dirty spots all over. Not impressed, at all. I realize they re undergoing construction. Close completely if you re not going to do a good job, instead of bilking money from customers. One pic is of the bird poop on the hood that was still there. Sad.

Worst car was ever. Went through once paid for spot free clean, the fans were blowing water all over my car. Called they comped another go through the other side was ever worse. I had to drive home with a wet car now covered in dirt because it was wet. Dont wast your time and money.

Terrible car wash. Self service bay was out of soap. So I paid $8 to essentially rinse my car. Can t find a number to call. No other car wash options in the areas. )c:

pro* Notice the power wash is stronger then it used to bepro & con* you can now use your debit card to pay, convenient. Problem with that, it doesn't count down time you have, it counts up the time you used!"So pay attention!!con* don't answer the phone, and no voice mail to leave messageI used my debit card, noticed the time was going up, so I payed closed attention to the time I was using. I ended my time at 2:48 seconds. I pressed the end button several times to ensure it stopped charging my card for time used. I left when it said "please insert $4 to start your time. "I checked my account that night, and I was charged $13.47!!!!! I've tried calling every day since Saturday no one answers, and no answering machine. I would prefer not to go through the hassel of disputing the charge with my bank. but I'm not paying $13.47 to rinse my car off for less then 3 minutes!Contacting me about this would be greatly appreciated, so we can resolve the matter.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I spent 20 dollars for my car to look exactly the same as it went in. I then brought it over to the other side thinking I could do a better job I only wanted to pay for 4 mins for 4 dollars they ended up charging my card another 10 dollars so 30 dollars in total. They are ripping people off and making bank doing it. I call the office and all it does it rings. I want my money back! Should be disappointed in yourself scamming people

The new automatic washes are in and working. They do a decent job and are a huge improvement to the broken ones that were there.The prices were shockingly high, the base wash is 14 dollars.Disappointingly they do not offer an unlimited monthly option.

2024: still same comment 3 yrs before but they just renovated and got more expensive.2021: You dont have an option to get an exemplary service. They are the only one in derby and newport area. They are expensive too for a bad carwash.

What a disappointment! After waiting for all the renovations to be completed, found only one of two lanes open. Waited in queue to get silver service on our black SUV. Did not clean rear window! Front was fun but lower half of car and rear was not done well. Waste of $16. `

This is the worst carwash I've ever used. I paid $20 for this wash and only some loose sand was blown off the exterior during the experience. Shame on the owners of this wash--they know there isn't another one within 20 miles.

This place is a rip off. $10 got me through foam brush, then it ate my $20. And no one in the office. My car is covered in foam, so I'm committed at this point. I slide my card, which I didn't want to do, so who knows how much I was charged. I finished at least, $45 later. Then, to add insult to injury, I put $4 into a vacuum that had no suction. You are better off with a dirty car. Avoid this place.

It does a good job on my 250. All I got to do is fold my mirrors in. Better then driving to lyndonville. The wash leaves alot of streaks, when the wax is applied it is just dropped down the middle of the vehicle. The spotless rinse is to quick, done coming back from the wax. So you are still getting wax. The air dryer does a good job.

Vacuums don't work properly it's waste of money, and very expensive for 4 minutes that costs $4. And prices overall are expensive. Obviously is the only car wash available so the owner is taking advantage of the situation.What a shame!

On several occasions, I have paid money either for the vacuum or the drive through brushless car wash only to have it not operate. Today, it happened again: I paid ten dollars for a car wash, drove into the bay, but no water came, no soap, the other bay door simply opened and the dryers came on. There has never been anyone in the office anytime I have been here, so there is no help. I called the number taped to the office door and left several messages, but no one ever responded. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me four or five times, shame on me. Today was the last time I will use this car wash.Service: Vacuuming

Good no touch wash. If your car us super dirty, opt for the self serve bay and scrub it with a brush. The no touch system doesn't scrub the grime off.

Well its a car wash well actually the only one in town so its kinda hard to score without another to compare in town. So as far to other car washes the Automatic wash works as it should and isn't bad. The do it yourself bays its a hit and miss. Either your quarters are jammed or it doesn't take your bills and for me the card function never worked. There vacuums are typical as others and work. Dont like how there's no change machine on the outside like there use to be and there's no vending machine for wiped or airfreshners like others either. So in my opinion its a last resort for me to go there and recommend if you have the time and a hose at your house its a better option.

There is an automatic and DIY cubicle. Tried the automatic one last week and the car was squeaky clean after. Not bad..

Save your money. There is barely any pressure in the automatic car wash. Your better off using the self srvc bay here.

The car wash did a good job. I can't wait for mud season to be over! The undercarriage wash seems to get most of the salty residue off that I worry about eating my car up. I wish there was an undercarriage only thorough wash that could be an affordable car maintenance option. I will be back. Keep up the clean facilites.

I hate to give a bad review, but I've tried this place a couple of times... I have not had a good experience at the Derby Car Wash. I paid the higher price at the drive through wash and my vehicle came quite dirty and very streaky. Recently I tried the middle bay, where you pay to use the power wash hoses. There was barely any power... So, again I left with a car that was barely any cleaner than when I arrived. Also, you are lucky if you find a working vacuum. I guess I'll have to wash my car at the Lyndonville car wash when I am down that way. My car has always come out clean there.

The ultimate wash is amazing! Great way to keep the car clean in the winter! Great place to hand wash or vacuum the car by yourself during warmer weather as well!

The drive through not so super wash is a complete waste of money. It basically made the dirt look shiny. Only cleaned the scratches somehow.

Yukon truck(white lighting) was in super need of a wash. I would have washed it, but Vermont weather is something serious I payed $10 for a basic wash. Now, where I'm from a basic car wash is $5 (+)free vacuum incl., but I'm further further up North, so-o-o

If I knew of another car wash within the area would most likely skip the Derby car wash. On the positive side the chick that'll give you head while your waiting in line is nice. Reasonably priced too.

So me and my dad came here to wash his Carano there's no change machines so I put 10 bucks in the one outside thinking I could get change for him and nope it ate my 10$ and qho done contact about getting it back??? Cause I want my cash back please

Credit card readers don t work. Directions unclear. After two goes ($4.00) my car not very clean. No time to wax, ran out of change. I won t be back and I recommend no one patronize this business.

3 outta 5 treatments did nothing on the automatic wash wasted $20 nobody in office and nobody answered the wrong fone number on the wall
