We had trouble with our tractor with only 200 hrs on it. We had the extra insurance on it but the issue was not covered, we were told our total would be $7,200.00. But after working with the Kubota Rep. and the staff at Champlain Valley Equipment our bill was reduced to $2,500.00. The issue had never been seen before by the technicians and was possibly a factory defect. It is nice to know that in this day and age there are still people and businesses that are willing to work with you.

Purchased my LX2610 from Andy Desmarais. Great experience. I went into this not sure what I wanted. Andy listened to what I needed, answered my questions and helped me get the right tractor. Entire sales team is outstanding. Andy also took the time to go through the tractor when it was ready. Delivery went well. Definitely feel like I made the right choice. Highly reccomend.

We purchased a Kubota 3560 tractor from Andy Desmaris at Champlain Valley. We were looking for a compact tractor that was heavy duty enough to support all aspects of our sugaring business, Deer Ridge Maple. After showing us lots of brands and models, we took his advice and the 3560 seems to be just what we envisioned. We were very pleased with all the extra effort Andy put in to help us find this tractor. We would recommend that anyone visit Champlain Valley if they are in need of new equipment.

The employees at the Derby store are helpful and super nice. I am happy to do business with any of the Champlain Valley Equipment stores as I have used 3 different stores for my equipment needs.

We just bought our new Kubota M7060 with Aaron Bourke! He s an excellent salesman who took the time to understand what we needed and helped us find it. The prices here are very fair as well; Aaron put together a package that gave us great value without adding things we didn t need. If you re in the market for a tractor, this should be your first (and probably last) stop to get what you need.

They were able to squeeze me in for a diagnosis on very short notice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would have liked to be contacted before work was done to let me know the diagnosis but otherwise a pretty good experience

Got a MX4500 early Oct2020. Salesman (Aaron) from Derby came to my home to assess what my land & needs would be. The whole process was seamless, pleasant, and easy. Have a 1/2 mile private road & SUPER Long driveway to maintain- snow removal & non winter season maintenance. Due to my own financial constraints got this big open cab rig. It's ok (weather wise ) cuz I'll just dress up as if going skiing or snowmobiling, & have a structure to park tractor in/under. Couldn't swing$for a cab model or the snow thrower- opted for 3rd function snow blade instead. This thing is sure to plow & bale snow like a beast. So overall Very pleased with Champlain Valley and the machine & attachments/extras I'd gotten from them.

I recently bought a snowblower, equipment trailer, rotary cutter, rototiller, and a beautiful used Kubota BX2200 tractor from Champlain Valley Equipment in Derby, and it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them for your equipment needs!
