Top notch quality service! After my usual service shop dropped the ball and let me down, I figured I'd give Partner Tire a shot. I had a pretty extensive and detailed list of custom instructions (just for a tire installation ), and they followed those directions precisely and without question. When a minor error was done on their end (wrong tire size ordered), they resolved it ASAP and had me back on the road quickly rather than rescheduling me. The balancing job is perfect and smooth as silk on the highway. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Got an offer in the mail for a free oil change (most makes and models). Well my Hyundai Elantra uses just basic conventional oil so I figured this was definitely in the category of most models.Turns out it still cost me $50 after coupon. Wow, more than I pay without a coupon elsewhere. The $30 discount didn t even cover half the cost.Never going back and I suggest you also avoid them.Service: Oil change

I shopped around for replacement of 4 rotors and pads for my Mercedes and found Partner's price to be much lower than all of the other quotes I received. I looked into the parts they use and found they were of good quality with high ratings. I waited for my car because they allowed for a 10 am appointment time and was out in under 90 mins. This included an inspection and a bulb change. There's nearby shopping and they have a comfortable waiting area with a TV. The brakes are smooth and work great. The staff were nice so overall it was a great choice.

I cannot say enough nice things about this business!! Dale was so helpful and was able to squeeze my in for an appointment after I told him about the major brake problems I was having and my fear of continuing to drive. He explained to me every single thing he did and even showed me the parts that he took out of my car and fixed. He also gave me an educators discount which I thought was so kind. After picking up my car, I received a text the next day checking in to see if my car was running okay. I got a flat tire on a Saturday morning with lots to do. I called the shop and they said to bring it right over. They had the tire fixed and changed my oil in about 30 mins. So quick and easy and they were great to work with. I was able to be in and out and go about the rest of my day. I really appreciated them taking on my Jeep last minute! I am not from the area and was in need of some honest, reliable and timely attention to my car. Under Nate's management, this company has really turned around. I stopped using Partner Tire for many years, because every time I went there, they always "found something" that needed to be fixed. They always nickeled and dimed customers. These days, you actually feel like a valued customer. They don't try to sell, or find issues. The prices are fair, and they treat you very well. Highly recommend doing service here.

I have been using this shop almost exclusively over the last few years since I moved to Colchester so I thought its time to write a review of their services. They have always been open and upfront about costs and always made sure to check with me before performing additional services. We were staying nearby at Destiny Morgan Farm. We'd planned a day trip to the Champlain Islands. The rental car showed low tire pressure. I went in and the gentleman at counter couldn't have been kinder and told me to pull up to a door and they'd take care of it. The gentleman who checked our tires knew exactly how much air they needed and was very cheerful and efficient. I returned to thank the Service Writer for his kindness.Service: Tires

It will be going back for further maintenance, they were extremely friendly and helpful, kind and understanding and did their best to help me find a price I could afford. They rushed my order for me so I could get to a funeral in a few days and went above and beyond. Call these guys up on a Monday to get a new set of tires on my truck. Got me in the following day. Dropped my keys to my truck off. I wanted to share my experience:I went here for an inspection on my 2018 Honda Fit and was told my front struts were leaking and I needed to replace them to pass inspection. The quote for this was $700-ish. The gentleman I spoke with(who did not actually see the leakage himself) said it seemed unusual that they would already need to be replaced. Furthermore, he did not charge for the inspection and said to think about it and get back when I decided what to do. I brought it to two other places and both said they saw no leakage and my car was/is inspected. I called Partners and told them about the second opinions and the fact that my car was fine according to two other mechanics. The GM called me later that day and apologized.Ultimately, I am of the opinion that the mechanic that inspected my car confused mud/dirt with oil. Which seems surprising and perhap I'm naive but I did not get the impression that they were attempting some sort of scam. Otherwise, why would they would tell me it was unusual that they needed to be replaced already?? Perhaps better oversight/better mechanics. Either way, I probably wouldn't bring my car here again just because whether inept or dishonest(which, again, I didn't get the impression they were) I could have needlessly spent $700.August edit:A coworker of mine took their car to this place and had, I'm sorry to say, a very similar experience to the one I had in the original review. Said she needed to replace her brakes. Brought it back to the place that she had had the brakes fixed, in January, and they said they are totally fine. I would not bring my car here but if you do and you get told you need to fix something, do yourself a favor and get a second opinion.

I'm a travel nurse, from out of state approximately 22 hours away. I have never needed snow tires let alone studded ones. Where I come from all season tires work just fine. I called around for pricing and for a garage to get these put on and found partners. Jason was extremely helpful over the phone in setting up an appointment and when plans changed and I couldn't make that because of work. I called in and another employee already knew about me and my situation. They were fast and friendly! They had me in and out in less than an hour. Plus I had a clean and cozy waiting area to sit. They even put my other tires in bags so my car wouldn't get dirty. (I will have to change them when my assignment is over with) I will most definitely go back to them no questions asked when it is time to get them switched.

This review is long overdue. I've been using Partner Tire for service needs for five or six vehicles over the years. The team, now lead by Nate and Jason, are second to none. My most recent experience was an intermittent issue that was resolved without any hassle. The team went above and beyond to accommodate me. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and positive car service experience Partner Tire is the way to go.

Partner Tire & Service are the best. Recently moved to Vermont so we never owned snow tires. Owner Dale patiently gave me an education and recommended the best option for our Subaru Outback. Installation by his staff was quick and professional - as a bonus our old tires were individually wrapped for winter storage.Very nice friendly people - highly recommended!

I had a nail poke through my rear passenger side tire...and needed to get it repaired ASAP. I took it to partner tire and Dale was super awesome! Unfortunately my tire could not be plugged/fixed, Dale was able to get me 4 new all seasons for an amazing price! Even order them for me because they didn t have them in stock, they got the tires in next day and I had my vehicle all fixed up and ready to go in 2 days! I was so appreciative of the amazing customer service and the work they did to get me back on the road! Thank you Partner tire and service!!!

Had an appointment this morning for an alignment and a balance. Got home and saw that lugs from the driver s rear and passenger s front wheels were noticeably shorter. Started fuming and cussing up a storm because I figured the lugs were cut to fit shorter lug nuts, which the longer lugs are needed to run wheel spacers. Called the shop and Nate (GM) sorted the mess out. Hats off to him and Crystel for helping me out. Other than the lug nut stuff, the rig runs better than when I first got it.
