Taylor is an absolute legend. He knows everything there is to know about Range Rover Classics. He is always willing to be helpful and is very responsive. The service is top of the line and the absolute highest quality. I would recommend him to anyone without question. If you want a perfect car go see Congleton.

Had the absolute pleasure of enlisting Congleton to source some hard-to-find parts for my 94 Range Rover Classic Soft dash.Noah assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for, that being crush can covers and interior trim pieces, Noah informed me the trim pieces were handmade and made to order, advised there was a lead time and sent prompt updates on the progress of the work prior to shipping.All parts arrived extremely well packed in an appropriately sized box so as they didn't roll around, furthermore each item was bubble wrapped and survived the journey to Australia undamaged!I would describe the quality of the parts as OEM+, they were all finished to a very high standard and ready to install.If you're looking for those hard-to-find finishing touches for your Land Rover or Range Rover, you won't be disappointed with the service or quality if you choose to go with Congleton.Thanks again Noah and Congleton team!

Just received my second order from Congleton ,, Rh. Front door actuator hard to find part in Australia.. Again excellent service arrived with in one week.. 5Stars again to the Congleton team .Excellent service and customer support. Reproduction part ,, instrument surround soft dash is better than original ,, Could not find one in Australia,, Thanks Congleton .

Taylor and his team are the real deal. They're attention to detail is unparalleled and their restorations show it. I have turned to them many times for customized parts as well as installation advice and they've always come through with professionalism and kindness. Now that my custom build is finally complete after years of work, I know that I couldn't have done it without Congleton.

Sent my Range Rover Classic to them right before I left the country for a year. Not only did they store it for me the work they did is impeccable. The detail of work, customer service, and ability to work with you is unmatched. Are they the cheapest? Yes. For the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, you can't find a better price.Can't recommend them enough!

The best place to take your Land Rover in Vermont period.Amazing knowledge and experience matched with honest and professional estimates.I could write about how awesome they are all day long.I'll have to come back and update this review. As a '97 NAS D-90 owner since 1998, I've been through a number of shops from Texas to the East Coast--always seeking out the so-called Rover experts in the area and sometimes towing an hour or two to get there. Services have been fine, but just that.It wasn't until moving to the Burlington area last fall and going to Congleton that I found what I've been missing. From the first conversation with Taylor it was clear the level of care and consideration he and the team give to each vehicle and owner is exponentially better than any other shop I've been to. The difference is akin to going to a holistic doctor after years of urgent care.My D-90 has now been in the shop twice, and both times Taylor and Kaitlin in the front office have been transparent about costs, timing, and open to any budget constraints, figuring out how to best allocate funds for a frequently long list of repairs and projects. Communication has been great throughout, and they've always finished in the expected timeframe and cost. I also have to mention that as a woman, I know it's not uncommon to feel intimidated or condescended to when dealing with shops, and I've never felt that once with Congleton.My truck is driving and looking better than ever, and I have full trust in Taylor and his team to keep her running for a very long time. It s a privilege to have Congleton as my local Rover shop!

Been dealing with Congleton Services in uprating my 93 RRC LSE through Noah Blake who was a valuable asset in my journey. He was prompt in replies, resourceful in advise and support. Congleton are my first reference point for uprated RRC parts.

I picked up my 2nd 95 RRC SWB (Beluga) a year ago and as many Rover owners, my job list had grown and required careful planning to do it right. I had been considering/researching several shops in the NJ/NYC area and while all promoted that they specialized in Classics, in the end, I found them to be just shops.I found Congleton Services about a year ago and kept up with the work of Taylor and his team via Instagram, Land Rover forums, and the Congleton Services website. After speaking to Taylor a few times, I decided to give Taylor and his team a try and make the 5-hour drive up to Colchester, VT. (If you re Land Rover guy or girl, you at the very least should make a trip to Congleton Services to see the parking lot - It s like Mecca).During this time, Taylor and his team reviewed the truck and suggested prioritizing jobs with the framework of my intended use and budget, and combined jobs that complemented each other in terms of labor job labor. During this time, Taylor updated me via phone calls, texts, and before/after pictures highlighting each job. I felt that the care and attention to detail were of the highest standard I could ask for (far more than any Land Rover dealership I ve used).Taylor and his team replaced my rear liftgate (adding many powder coated parts), identified why there was additional play in my steering wheel at high speeds (intermediate steering shaft), replaced all bushings, identified and solved my driver s side window stall, applied Waxoyl to the undercarriage and installed a new NRP exhaust, and serviced the transmission filter.After flying back to VT to pick her up, I truly could not believe the work that was performed. I have never had a team of experts not only provide the level of job planning attention to detail, care, and communication regarding the service that was performed. It was truly an experience and I can say without question that these guys took care of my truck as if it was their own. She drives like a new truck!I will gladly make the trip to VT to continue the high level of service Congleton Services provides. Taylor took my 76 two door classic and made it into such an incredible truck to drive. Perfect balance between the original feel and something that will pull you down the road. They were creative on a unique project and made it a fun process. I m already looking forward to the next one.

I was thoroughly impressed with Taylor and the Congleton team. Goes without saying that they know everything there is to know about Rover trucks and can apply their expertise to fix just about any problem within the realm of imagination. But more than anything, I appreciated Taylor and his team's true commitment to professionalism. In a car repair industry that gets a bad rep for untruthfulness, Taylor and his team always approached my issues with complete candidness and straightforward, no BS, clear and easily understandable solutions. I'd say it's hard to find a service as good as his in today's world.

I recently ordered Range Rover Classic bumper covers from Taylor s business . They had them made to order and the quality is exceptional. Shipping to Australia was hassle free and took just over a week . Highly recommended, thoroughly professional. Thanks guys .

We just got our 1993 RRC LWB back from CS and we could not be happier. Taylor is a master craftsman. His knowledge, skill, and passion for RRC's is unparalleled. He was willing to work within our budget, and we now have a multi-phase plan in place for restoring our truck. I truly feel as though we have a life-long partner for our RRC. We have struggled--literally for decades--to find someone to care for our RRC. The search is over. And it is not just Taylor. His entire team is top notch--from Kaitlin who immediately answered every email and question, to the techs who worked on our truck, to Noah who assisted with the transport of our 1993 RRC from and to NH. Noah also assisted us in getting our 2013 RR shipped from Louisiana to NH. Thank you, CS!

Anyone with a Range Rover Classic stop screwing around and trying to cut corners and just bring your truck here. Taylor and his team are the best at what they do they are also exceedingly honest and transparent. You can tell a Marine is running the shop because the attention to detail is unmatched. Highest recommendation to Taylor and his team. I bought a sight unseen discovery knowing the history of complications that come with the vehicle and could not be happier with the purchase. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and more importantly courteous, patient, and thoughtful. He helped me understand what preventive maintenance might be worth the cost in a way that makes clear he understands what it is like to own an older rover (I also own a series truck). Taylor is not pushy and worked with me during the buying process. He focuses on the customer and emphasizes having a positive experience. Will absolutely use Congleton again and sing their praises whenever I can.

I had my Range Rover P38 towed to Congleton Service after an engine mishap left me stranded in VT. This was my first experience with Taylor & his team, and the process and transparency was beyond smooth. He s extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly a master of these vehicles. Under any other circumstances I probably would have called it quits on the vehicle, given the unexpected issues that tend to pop up with these models, but the team didn t flinch and more importantly instilled trust.Honesty & quality, if I lived in the area he d be the only person I d let work on my truck.

If you are looking for someone to take care of your Land Rover/Range Rover, look no further because the Congleton Team is the BEST! Taylor is honest, reliable, and very responsive to any concerns. On more than one occasion, we had some unexpected issues with our Range Rover, and Taylor got us into his shop quickly and also fixed the issue in a timely fashion. Now, I would only trust Taylor with my Range Rover.

I am an owner of multiple Classic Range Rovers, spanning a number of years, and having just finished a call with Congleton's resident Rover genius Taylor, I can say with absolute certainty that there is no one who knows more about classic Land Rovers or who is better equipped to help with any or all issues than Taylor and his team.Not only is he one of the nicest guys to deal with, his knowledge is astounding and his practical, fair and phased approach to supporting owners through their ownership journeys (and it is a journey) of these complicated and troublesome Trucks is exactly what I need after years of trying to find and working with technicians who really didn't know what they were doing, or in fact made issues worse - resulting in the loss of joy of ownership of these Trucks .Following my enlightening chat with Taylor, I'm now sending both of my tucks to him and I could not be more excited to have the team get started on my Rovers long overdue resurrections. I have a feeling that being an owner of an old Land Rover is about to become a joyful experience once again.I look forward to reporting back once the work is done.Update; 5th Dec 2022So, I've received back one of the two trucks - very please to report that the truck is nothing short of transformed. Taylor has the unique ability to restore in such a way that the charm and character that initially drew me to my deep childhood love of these trucks is completely maintained, whilst still bringing the truck up to a level that it feels thoroughly renewed, safer, tight, crisp and functions at a level that would render it a perfectly capable daily driver if that was your desire.The process was very collaborative - Taylor would frequently call me to discuss the various inevitable discoveries around the trucks true condition as it was dismantled and repaired, and helped me navigate the various priorities such that we were able to get the overall restoration to a level where I would be very happy with the end result, whilst still working within my budget. I was concerned that a restoration could become a 'black hole' as far as budgeting was concerned, but Taylor made sure I had all the information needed at all times to ensure that did not occur.As can often happen with a complex restoration and many replacement parts - I had a small issue with the truck shortly after it was returned to me in the form of a failure of one of the new parts installed. The reason I'm sharing this is not as a negative point, but to drive home the level of care and service Taylor and his team continue to deliver even after the truck is returned. The issue occurred on a weekend, and Taylor went out of his way on a Sunday to FaceTime with me, diagnose the issue right away and by Monday morning he had the replacement part expressed shipped to my local mechanic on Long Island, where the team spoke with the local mechanic to direct the repair as needed and ensure it was completed properly. The car has been utterly flawless ever since.I am just days away from getting back my second truck - which has turned out to be a more extensive restoration that the first one, and I look forward to sharing this experience with you all shortly.Service: Engine repair

Spent $12,000+ here to mechanically refresh my immaculate P38. Taylor misrepresented the use of expensive OEM parts on the invoice when cheap knock-offs were actually used, and he became quite rude when I immediately had several drivability problems due to the work quality that was performed on my Rover. I would never recommend this shop given the expense, lack of accountability, and disrespect. My blood boils every time I see this place get mentioned as a place to have your Rover repaired in VT.

Do you need Land Rover/Range Rover maintenance / repair / restoration? This is the place. Taylor and his team have been providing the best service/parts I can find for my Land Rover Ninety and previously for my 109. Older Land Rovers and Range Rovers are a bit of a niche market, but Congleton Service has expertise to maintain, repair or restore your vehicle. Their in-depth knowledge of NOS/LR/After-market parts availability and quality has made repairs and refreshment of my vehicles a breeze.

I've used Congleton Service for years on numerous Range Rover Classics, including one Certified full restoration. Their work and attention to detail is simply the best. Taylor is a perfectionist and the trucks leaving his shop reflect that. The upgraded engines they make transform the trucks into usable daily drivers. The fully restored truck is true craftsmanship and a work of art.

Congleton service did a great job servicing my 2008 Range Rover. Taylor provided me with fair pricing, and was knowledgeable about the transmission pan and filter upgrade, as another local "specialist" was not. As a mechanic I rarely have trusted others to work on my vehicles, but as a new land rover owner I wanted a local expert. Congleton service seems to fit that bill. Thank you!

These guys are the best in the business. They are true artists and you will not meet anyone more passionate about the classic Range Rover. I just picked up a 94 swb RRC and could not be happier. Taylor and Parker know these rare timeless vehicular inside and out. They also have excellent vendor relationships for the few items they don t personally do such as paint. Their tech crew is also very knowledgeable and takes pride in their work. If you are in the market for a classic car these are the guys!

I had been looking to buy a Range Rover Classic for the past year and kept seeing Congleton come up in my internet research as one of the best places to service/restore RRCs in the US. When I ended up finding one (a 1995 County LWB), I knew that Congleton was the place that I wanted to send it to have it worked on. I had a great conversation with Taylor and Noah and they arranged the transport of the truck and handled everything (for less than any of the shipping quotes I had received). They then did an incredibly detailed diagnostic and created a list of literally every thing the car needed down to the tiniest screw to get it into top shape both mechanically and aesthetically. It's amazing how much these guys know about these cars - but I guess it's not surprising as they are constantly taking them apart and putting them back together (the rebuild/restorations I saw them working on at their shop are insane!). Taylor then worked with me to create a plan that fit my budget and would get the car in shape as a daily driver. He was very detailed and upfront about everything. I really trust these guys and had a great experience working with them. You can tell how passionate they are about these cars. They were very helpful with the many questions that I had and did a fantastic job. I drove 7 hours back from picking it up at their shop and it drove flawlessly. And when I brought the car to get it inspected the mechanic commented that whoever had done the work had done an amazing job.I'm very glad I went to these guys and would recommend them to anyone. Being new to RRCs it has been really helpful to have them as a resource that I can reach out to anytime.

If you are looking at Congleton Service and think they are focused on restoration only think again. When I was looking for somewhere to get my 06 Sport serviced in Northern Vermont I was doubtful they would be interested. As it turned out Taylor and his team were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. Incredibly knowledgable about the vehicle, excellent customer service and, after an overhaul of suspension, I now have a 14 yo RR with over 210k on the clock driving like new. Thank you.

Really surprising - called to see if they serviced late model range rovers for repair - specifically for an alignment - never received a call back and when I stopped in to ask about their services was met by Taylor who was unbelievably rude. Told me they don t do alignments and then asked if I saw the no trespassing signs outside his office ...where they supposedly deal with customers?...you d think a company that offers Land Rover services would at least not be surprised or put off when someone asked about them. The cherry on top was when I asked if he had any suggestion of where to take it and his reply was No - going to make sure everyone I know who has a Land Rover and more importantly wants one, stays as far away from this place as possible.

This is THE place to get quality parts for your classic Rover. They are very knowledgable and have parts you can't find anywhere else. This is my new go to place for my 2 door Range Rover Classic. Keep up the great work!
