I ve taken my 2009 Jetta to Chris twice now, and I can confidently say that he s on of the best mechanics you ll ever meet. Incredibly transparent+honest and just a really genuine guy. Both times he took the time to show me around what was going on in the car, made me feel super comfortable and informed. Not to mention he works wicked fast and clearly knows these vehicles crazy well. I swear, from the way he took my Jetta apart and put it back together I bet he could have done it blindfolded.Highly recommend!

I would highly suggest going to Cheese Factory Automotive. They are super knowledgeable about everything VW group and are also reasonably priced. Super easy to work with too.

CV Axle jumped off after these guys put it on dont recommend them not happy I have two kids and one of them could have been hurt they need to double check there work very sad. lucky he came out and fixed it after being very rude to me, who knows if he did it right.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I had a fantastic experience with Chris at the Cheese Factory. The man knows his stuff. He handled 3 issues on my A4 (timing belt, thermostat and exhaust leak) in record time and saved me hundreds of dollars over any other shop I asked for a quote from, and those quotes were only for the timing belt service. He has himself a loyal customer in me now, that s for sure!!! Great to find a shop that not only isn t scared to work on Audi s, but knows them well!!!!

Great mechanic very reasonably priced. Chris is one of if not the best VW mechanic in the area. He genuinely likes working on them. My car had been sitting for 2 years. Chris quickly got it back to where it needed to be for road use.

Chris is easily the best mechanic I have ever gone to. He s genuine, fair, and doesn t cut corners. 5 stars does not do a justice. He updates you throughout the process and the quality of his work is second to none. Highly recommend Cheesefactory Automotive.

Chris is an excellent mechanic, gives you absolutely all of his focus and attention as his customer, and is all around a fantastic guy. I simply wish there were more people like him in the world. We visit friends in the Burington area frequently, and have found ourselves in need of repairs while on the road. Three times now I have gone to Cheese Factory Automotive for both our VW GTI and Jeep Wrangler for minor repairs, but also for an untimely clutch replacement on the VW. I would absolutely recommend their work, even if you are just passing through they take care of you like you're a local. I go off road up that way a lot with the Jeep, and its great to know I have a mechanic I trust nearby if something unforseen happens.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Cheese Factory Automotive is an extremely professional, local, and experienced mechanic shop that specializes in European cars.I brought my VW Bug in to get repaired and got it back the next day with a low cost and highly skilled repair job.Chris Cheeseman is a very friendly and skilled mechanic and I could not recommend him enough to anyone who has had a bad experience with a mechanic.

I took Cheesman an 85 Jetta that hadn't run in 10 years. He was so enthusiastic to help me out with this surprise for my girlfriend. He kept me apprised of every single detail and even went above and beyond and repaired little things like the trunk latch and little miscellaneous items that he just happened to have. I'm in the business (Paint and Body) and he still blew me away with the way he handled his shop and himself. So glad to have a reliable mechanic for not only our summer fun car but also for our daily drivers. Can't recommend him enough. Definitely a score of 11 out of 10.

I have been using Cheese Factory as my only mechanic for my Audi Q5 for many years they are honest, have fair pricing, easy to work with and have good communication. They also recently started working on my husbands new to him car VW CRV and have worked on my parents cars as well (VW and Subaru). I found Chris Cheeseman A.K.A Cheese Factory Automotive, after an enthusiastic recommendation from a dear friend. He earned my business after another local shop basically screwed me over on a bad part install, Chris made it right, and at a cost that relieved some of the sting. Cheese Factory Automotive is a down to earth , honest company putting out good into the world. Afterwards, when I went to install new wiper blades I noticed that They'd already been replaced, free of charge and without fanfare. Those small gestures go a long way in my book. So if that sounds like you kind of mechanic, try him out! I doubt you'll be disappointed.

If you are looking for a good reliable mechanic, call the Cheese Factory. I had a great professional experience. Job was done ahead of schedule and exactly as described. No surprises. In my case, less than I was expecting to spend too! Highly recommend!

This man truly knows how to work on a VR6 without comparison. I've never hear my "Wookie" sing the way she does after leaving his shop. Thanks again Chris. Extremely OCD VW mechanic who does not cut corners. Absolutely the best mechanic I have ever dealt with having owned Porsche s, BMWs and VWs. Honest and forthright . Don t bother with anyone else.
