This was the best emergency repair shop we have ever had the pleasure to need. Chris went way above and beyond to get us back on the road after we lost a wheel bearing and brake one of our travel trailers wheel. Can't thank him enough for all he did for us.

My husband and I bought a used trailer that drove like it had square wheels on washboard dirt road. We spoke to Kaleb who told us to bring it in and they would take a look at it despite a booked appointment book. It turned out the problem was minor, so Kaleb and the team fixed it for free! One of the guys even took it for a drive to make sure it was riding right. We appreciated their help as this was our first trailer purchase and we had no idea what we were doing. We appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

Great experience. Caleb got me scheduled to get my plow on and Colin got it installed nice and neat the way I like it. I would highly recommend Lucky's to anyone! And being right in Colchester made it super convenient!

The Service Team assisted me right away while I waited as they fixed the wiring and roof racks on my trailer in less than an hour. I am very pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism, and the attention to detail. I am forever grateful for having bought my trailer from Lucky's.

Easy to get to, it looks good from the outside, but I was there after hours, so no real knowledge.UPDATEWent inside twice (swapping tractors for repair) and gound the people very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Just bought a 7X14 enclosed trailer. Caleb was a great salesman. Price was as good or better as any other place I looked. I would highly recommend buying here.

I highly recommend Lucky's. I broke down the night before Thanksgiving and got my truck here advised they probably wouldn't be able to get me in until Monday. Charlie happened to come in on Thanksgiving and got my truck to regen so I could drop off my trailer. He had me in and out of the shop by 1030 am the next day so I could get rolling. Awesome!

Very clean Busy , High Tech Shop , my truck had a problem , was in the area lucky for me I made it to there lot ,! Spur of the moment for them , didnt have a appointment, got truck back in 3 days!

This is an amazing place. They are extremely helpful. They had everything I need and can order anything right on the spot if they didn't. This is a rare find for Truck AND Trailer needs. I will recommend this place over and over!

Horrible! Had to bring my truck back for the exact same reason 3 times and each time they had not fixed the issue. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. anywhere but this place. Lazy and inept.

I'd give them zero stars but that's not an option. 2 days to get an incomplete parts quote... absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever.
