We went it to look at a used highlander. Worked with Keith and Israel and they were both great. Super easy to work with, professional, and got the deal done quick. We had just came from a different dealership and had a pretty bad experience, so working with Langway really made the day better. We bought the car because of the good deal and great service.

I have Thank all for the wonderful service I received. My husband and I were on vacation in Vermont and unfortunately needed an emergency oil change. They were wonderful to be able to accommodate us. The girl at the front desk was so pleasant, actually both girls. I can t say how much appreciated the service they provided. We purchased a 2024 Trax 2RS this week and could not be happier with the experience. The sales agent (Israel), sales manager (Marc), and finance manager (Michael) were very thorough. The were no "surprise" up-charges, "market adjustments", or fees - very refreshing.Israel was very patient with my indecisiveness, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and just a nice guy. I believe it took 3 visits to decide Trax vs. Trailblazer, trim level, etc.

My wife and I have bought or leased 4 Tiguans from Langway. It s a great dealer with great salespeople and great service. Extremely efficient, courteous and friendly. Mark and Mike are terrific. They clearly do their best to make car buying a happy, uplifting experience. Look forward to buying more vehicles from Langway.

Worst experience with a car dealer. Placed a deposit on a car with an agreement when we were coming to look at it, then get a call asking us to fill out financing because 2 other people were interested. We were coming with our own financing. Get there, the car has not been properly detailed. Everything they agreed to do was not done, when called on it they became hostile. The only reason we actually purchased this vehicle is that is was exactly what we were looking for and could not find elsewhere in this market. The only helpful and pleasant person we dealt with was Marc, if you must go here work with him only!

Extremely helpful last minute service and super friendly staff. A part in my rear brakes seized up around 11am on a Saturday when I was almost two hours from home. They were really busy and still managed to fit me in and complete the major repair on my vehicle before closing at 1pm. The technician even took the time to repair one of the several major parts needed, thereby saving me several hundred on repairs overall. I definitely would recommend the service department at this VW dealership. Thanks for your help!

So this seems like a story for a movie plot but it really happened. I had an 1997 Toyota Camry on its last legs and 2-3 days ago it died on me on my way back to the hotel I was staying at.I have work this Saturday and If I have no way there I would loose it, warehouses are strict policy businesses.So I spend 3+ hours calling banks and dealerships, filling out applications and who contacts me? Mike of Langway and he tells me he was interested in helping me and understanding my situation he was gonna get me new wheels that I could bring home that night.I don t have a way to Vermont so he tells me you don t have to worry we will pick you up, 1 hour later an representative picks me up brings me back to them and Mike informs me that his company has put down $5,000 for the bank to get me into a car so I don t have to.Who does that! No dealership manager I ever talked to went this far for a customer, to save them from loosing everything.But wait it gets better!They set me up with progressive auto insurance and they wanted a deductible down right then an there that I don t have, every ounce of money I had went into the Camry to keep it going.What do they do? They PAID it for me!I am at this point in tears because they ve saved my career and my future in just afew hours.I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a vehicle or in a rough spot whether you are from Vermont or not.Next time I come through, I m bringing them a couple six packs to celebrate

The lease on our Tiguan was about to expire so it was time to see our friends at Langway of Manchester. We've leased three Tiguans so we felt comfortable getting another but this time we wanted to purchase it instead of leasing it. We were so very fortunate to have gotten an appointment with Jeffrey because he made the process simple and easy. He showed us what was available and got us quotes for our options. He is an honest and friendly gentleman who made us feel right at home and expedited the paperwork with both our insurance company and Langway. His genuine amiability made it a pleasure doing business with Langway! So if you're looking for a new car go to Langway and ask for Jeffrey. You'll be glad with the whole experience!

I happened to take a walk around Langway, since I have been looking into buying my first car. I was not planning to purchase anything, but found the perfect car for me at a great price. Jeffery was SO helpful and explained every little thing that I would need to know. Since I was making this first purchase by myself, I had no idea what I was doing; Jeffery walked me through everything, including helping me talk to an insurance agent. Jeffery, and the team at Langway could not have been better. I drove away feeling confident and reassured. Thank you!!!

I just bought a used vehicle from them and had a great experience, although a little long. :) The original price of their used vehicle was priced really well - we did our research. After a long negotiation - we were able to get to a good number on the trade. We were working with John and Cody, who were both friendly and personable.

In the past weekend Langway helped me turn a deal on a new Atlas in less than 24 hours. I filled out an internet contact form Friday afternoon and was contacted by a salesman, Jeffrey Seidel, within the hour. Through multiple texts and phone conversations, Jeffrey negotiated a deal with me both expeditiously and fairly, working diligently to get it done before close of business that night. After agreeing to price, he then took time away from his personal schedule that night (In which I know there was a very important family event) to insure that paperwork and needs would be ready for the following day, Saturday. On Saturday Jeffrey insured schedule and completeness from his home, while celebrating with his family as I traveled to the dealership and worked with my bank to secure financing (which took the longest time in the process). We arrived and were greeted by Matt and Marc who had the car detailed, paperwork ready for signature, and made an easy in and out, but friendly experience. A definite recommend and I appreciate greatly the service. It made it worth the drive (from upstate NY).

We found a truck on the internet and we called and got Jeffrey for a sales person. He was great to work with, very personable. We were 99% sure this was the vehicle that we wanted but turned out we weren't 100% after the test drive. Jeffrey was great as we talked it over with him. No pressure to to try to get us to change our minds. I would highly recommend Jeffrey if you are in the market for a vehicle!

My girlfriend and I came here to buy a Volkswagen Tiguan from a sales associate named Jeffrey S. Not only was Jeffrey honest, professional, and polite, he provided exemplary service and cleaned the inside of the car by hand after it had already received a multi-point cleaning. The finance department was flexible and persistent, and got us a great deal. If you want to get a great deal on a great car - used or new - go and see Jeffrey next time you come through Manchester. You will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Langway in Manchester. I have owned the vehicle for two months and drive it 100 miles to and from work every day. The entire sales team and the service staff at Langway have exceeded my expectations.The sales process was thorough and every question was answered with confidence. I have had two separate interactions with the service team, once for a fast realignment (at no cost), and most recently for to check a rattle on a heat shield. I was in and out in under twenty minutes on both occasions. I highly recommend Langway and John in particular because I enjoyed his professional no-hassle approach.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2018 GMC Yukon Denali from this location. The staff was very informative and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We never felt pressured and John even stayed late on a holiday weekend to show my husband the car after I had noticed it while visiting the shops ( sorry for that!) . After researching this specific car and going to other dealers in NY where we live, we felt this price was very fair. My husband noticed a slight scratch on the speciality rim and John had the rim fixed the following week before we picked the car up. Good as new! My husband was very happy with the result. We purchased the car from John and also spoke with Brad the day of the sale. Both were helpful! We recommend this place to everyone and look forward to doing business with them again.

After searching in Ny, we were very turned off by the salespeople. I had a 20 min chat w Jeffrey and I knew we would get a deal done! When we went to see this car we wanted we weren t entirely convinced. He showed us another one that we preferred and never thought we d be able to purchase bc they are not available in Ny. We LOVE our new car. Amazing experience, highly recommend. The whole team is great but Jeffrey had already sealed the deal before I even saw the car! Thank you!

After a prolonged search I was able to find the exact car my wife wanted at Langway. As the dealership was several hundred miles from home all negotiating was done over the phone and text. We arrived at a conditional deal (its a used car so I needed to verify the condition). At no point during the negotiations or subsequent agreement did I feel any pressure. The car was priced very competitively to comparable vehicles so I was worried about the 'to good to be true' trap.Long story short, the car was actually better than described (I know what I'm looking for after all). I had lots of questions, but our sales person John Beshara was extremely patient, friendly, professional and very open. Again, there was no pressure whatsoever. The deal was exactly as we had agreed to - no hidden costs or last minute add on business. Post delivery paperwork (out of state DMV forms/fees) were all sent to me as promised without any issues.I decided to wait 2 months after delivery in order to allow the euphoria of the new car purchase to wear off. At this point I can confidently say that the entire transaction, from start to finish, was handled in a very professional and no pressure manner. There was no attempt to deviate from any agreed terms and the car is everything my wife hoped and wanted! Thanks John and the entire staff of Langway Chevrolet for an excellent car buying experience!

Great service. I have leased two brand new Silverado 1500 trucks from Langway. Have been treated very well. Everytime I go there I am greeted with a smile and get all of my questions answered about upcoming models or about any vehicle on the lot. I've never had any issues with getting oil changes, tires or any other services. I was able to get a small dent on my rocker panel fixed very quickly at a very reasonable price. I had I the truck back in less than a week and it looks as good as new I was very pleased with the body shop.

Langway's Service Center, where 'you don't understand' intersects with 'you're an insurance claimant, not a customer'. (Thank you Tamara). Management has not responded to any written inquiries or concerns.Ronnie and Mark have been phenomenal about burying any details and facts requested in an invoice 'they don't have to provide' after replacing the engine in my Equinox, delaying service for over 23 days due to incompetent internal communication, and left us requesting a full audit and investigation of the insurance claim.After returning a rental vehicle to Bennington and arriving to pick up the vehicle within the time they identified it would be ready, we were 'greeted' with rolling eyes, many excuses and raised voices explaining how difficult their jobs were. The matter has been open since August, and as of 9/29 no resolve.Once a reputable technician can be identified, we'll work on completing the repairs including the air conditioning and ignition issues which still require attention. Others would benefit by going elsewhere, and at the very least, assuring that you will receive an itemized invoice prior to rendering payment.

We went to Langway thinking that we would lease a car, but after thoroughly going through our options with John we decided to buy a 2014 Chevy Equinox. The car s a beaut and has great reviews - and it s American! The price was right too. They gave us a good trade - in on our Mazda Tribute as well. Very responsive service with no pressure- thanks John!

I've been getting my 2012 Volt serviced here for the past 4 years. When I read that Green Mountain Power was subsidizing new EVs to the public at Alderman in Rutland, I went there first. They didn't offer me much for my trade, and when I told them specifically what I needed to do the deal, they refused and let me walk out the door. Then I went to Langway. Holy cow, what a difference! They immediately gave me $1000 more for my trade, and hooked me up with the deal I wanted, all within 10 minutes with no haggling! This was the easiest, friendliest car sales experience I have ever had! Bradley the sales manager was professional, Frank and willing to deal. Great services, great prices, and I absolutely love my new 2018 Volt! Thanks Langway! You won a loyal customer!

Disappointed with the buying experience at Langway. Bought a used car, discovered an accident on its record afterward (not disclosed at dealer despite asking for the Carfax and being assured it had a clean record). Dealer failed to include the proprietary tire lug tool specific to my vehicle (waiting on a new lug kit and am currently unable to install my spare tire if I get a flat).Afraid of what else I may discover down the line with this car purchase.

Had a very good experience buying my 2016 Subaru outback. Been to dealers in 3 different states taking weeks to find the right car at the right price. That took only 45 minuets with the help of John Beshara. He was a great help to me along with Bradley Croffwho handled the paperwork and closing. John listen to me, understood my needs and worked with me to hit a fair price. Bradley ok the deal seeing both parties were happy. Thanks guys! love the car. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for but I would not hesitate to go there again. No pressure, extremely helpful and pleasant experience!

Last Thursday I got a flat tire on my VW Alltrack. I was close to Langway and arrived at the service department shortly after they closed. Tamara welcomed me and actually tried to contact a tech after hours. While not able to do so, she simply gave me the keys to a loaner to get home for the evening. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I came back the next day to learn the flat was catastrophic, but the techs determined I was within spec for a single tire which they ordered. Later they called to say the tire was backordered until the following Wed. I was travelling for the weekend and they immediately arranged and provided a rental at a very reasonable rate. On Tuesday they called me to tell me my car was ready as the tire came in early. I went to pick up my car and they had not only replaced the tire, but completed an unrelated TSB to my interior. I recently began looking for a truck. As soon as I found this truck online, I knew it had to be mine. I contacted the dealership and got Jeffery. He went above and beyond anything I was expecting. After informing him of my busy work schedule throughout the weekend, he offered something that I didn t think was possible. He met me at work, during his off hours just to show me this truck. He worked a long day, and still managed to got out of his way for me. It was beyond appreciated. Guys like him are what keep this world a good place. Not only does he do his job exceptionally well, but he was very personable and let us get to know him. Langway is lucky to have him, he has a very successful future for himself and the company. I couldn t have asked for a better representative to help me out. Again, I can not thank him enough for everything he did. Employee of the year for sure!

We did a thorough search online for a used late model car with low mileage. Langway consistently had the best prices, so we drove down from Burlington. Brad was very easy to deal with, very accommodating, and knew what he was doing. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

PLEASE go to another car repair and sales location, even if it means driving 45 minutes to Rutland or Bennington. Langway botched an oil change on a car my parents' purchased from them, and the service manager actually yelled at me when I called to ask to have the charge refunded. We ultimately had to have the oil pan replaced as a result of their botch - it cost $500. Here's the thing: my parents have bought 2 new cars from them over the years, 1 used car, and had all of their regular maintenance done there. So if they treat loyal long term customers that way, what do they do to newcomers? And to be clear, I reached out to the VP and general manager of Langway multiple times before writing this critical review. I'd always rather work with a business to have an issue resolved, and yet Langway's leadership didn't care to reciprocate. Send your business elsewhere if you care about doing business with an ethical company that responds to customer concerns in a dignified way.
