I recommend everyone stay away from this dealership scam artist liars and they try to make you look crazy they ignore your calls until you mention the ag office they lie about everything stay away run away they were supposed to fix things wrong and inspect my car never did everyone should go to the ag and complain

I went there to buy a car with a trade-in. I was approved for a vehicle somebody from their own dealership stole it told me to come back they would have it ready. The next day went back for them to tell me that the loan company doesn t want to finance that vehicle now Told me to come back the next day that they re going to have a van that I m 100% taking that day so I went and they told me that I couldn t have that one either they tried to sell me another one that had a turbo problem, which I was fine with that I would ve taken it for them to tell me I couldn t have that one gave me a run around for a week and a half and I left with no car. Sometimes I called them, and sometimes they would hang up on me. Jeff says he ll call you back. He never called you back and then when you call him he told you to call him back hours later. Honestly, the worst most unprofessional dealership I ve ever dealt with.

Horrible experience. Applied for a truck there was denied by there banks no biggie got my own loan from my bank was interested in a truck called got a " sales man is on lunch" call me back. Never got a call back 3 days In a row Messaged many times for pics nothing back. Horrible sales team. Went 5 miles away was in an out with a new truck in 20min. May try again when a boss or someone that cares is working .

I was told to come in so when I Walked in and I was not greeted . no communication what so ever . No one said anything to me just looked at me strange for about a hour I was there and when I left I was told it was nice to meet you and no one ever said anything to me to meet me in the first place . Very unprofessional atmosphere

Jeff is the most dishonest person I've ever dealt with. He took advantage of my need for a vehicle and Lied to me multiple times. He Never fixed anything that he promised to and when he finally did have the truck he lied about work being done that was never done. Said he did a front end alignment and come to find out they don't even offer that service at the garage. He Scheduled an appointment one week and always had an excuse why he couldn't get it in that day. That went on for 4 months untill I took it upon myself to call the finance company and ask about my warrenty. Jeff told me I had a 2 year warrenty when that was far from the truth. (Actually a 12,000 mile warrenty) there's so much more i could tell you about my experience with jeff but ill keep it at this.... SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DONT BUY FROM THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP. I honestly don't know how they are still in business if this is how they treat there customers.

About a month ago I made the mistake of giving my phone number to Faiths Ford in VT. Faiths Ford then gave AutoSource Direct my phone number as well. I have told both dealerships that I have no desire to purchase any vehicles at the moment as I already have several. I informed them that I am looking to sell some of my vehicles and that I will reach out to them when I m ready. I asked them to please not reach out to me. Both dealerships have not listened to me which I take as disrespectful. I ll never do business with Auto Source Direct or Faiths Ford as I only do business with respectful individuals. I highly recommend others stay away as well. There are plenty of other car dealerships that value their customers.

This is my 3rd vehicle from Khris.Very satisfied with his customer service. He has treated me very fairly. Whenever I need anything he helps me out . I recommend the dealership very highly.Jeff and Khris keep it going there.

Nice place. Staff was friendly, place was clean, quiet. Went there for a nail in my tire, not to buy a car. Took awhile for anyone to notice my presence even though I called and made an appointment AND confirmed it 45 minutes before I arrived, and the guy still looked surprised to see me, it was pretty funny. June 2020, no one was wearing a mask - not staff or customers - but they were distancing themselves, and there were very few people there. The service was quick, to the point, he didn't pick over my car for upsell points, which is absolutely why I would go back there again. Prices were fair, and everyone was super chill. Highly recommend their service dept.

I must say between Chris and Justin they were amazing and did everything they could to get us into our new Ford Escape. Super welcoming and friendly. Kept us updated through out the whole entire process and even gave us a amazing deal on winter tires and through in a free tank of gas. They have awesome vehicles and would totally recommend going here if you need a vehicle. Thanks again guys!

I got a great car here for a great deal, and the people that helped me were wonderful! Amazing and friendly service and I would 100% recommend this place to others. Carlos even put a protective coat on my new car to prevent damage to the paint for free! 10/10

Easy to work with and great used car selection. Staff was always courteous and professional when responding to questions. Shout out to Carlos and Chris....they truly get the value of good customer service. A rarity in this day and age for sure. Would definitely recommend

Carlos, at Auto Source Direct, treated my granddaughter and me respectfully and honestly. This is a first-class used car joint: a seeming impossibility, but a reality here in Colchester. Delivered great service and great value when he might have been able to take advantage of my grand daughter.Give them a go; I will again when the time comes.

They have turned their reviews off on Facebook, so when I tried to review them this morning, it ended up just posted on my personal page. I figured I would leave one on Google as well, and hopefully some people would see it.They seem to have good reviews, but my experience hasn t been a positive one. We were looking at a cheaper car, a Ford Edge listed for $2,995 on the website. We called last Thursday and he said we could go look at it on Friday morning. My sister also looked around on their website, and got pre-approved for a Volkswagen. By Friday morning, he jacked the price up to $7,400 on the Ford Edge, and the Volkswagen went from around $9,000 to $12,000.

I recently brought a vehicle form Khris at Auto Source Direct in Colchester Vermont. During my 59 years I've purchased many cars. Buying this vehicle was by far the best experience I have ever had obtaining a car. Khris was no pressure and we came to a more than fair agreement on the price. In addition, although Vermont doesn't have a "Lemon" law he provided a 3000mi/ 3 month warranty on my car. Khris made it clear he wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my purchase. When I had a problem passing my Massachusetts inspection, Khris honored his commitment without hesitation. My car repair was paid for in full immediately. I can't recommend Khris and Auto Source Direct highly enough!When I need another vehicle or repair work (my daughter lives in Burlington) I won't hesitate to check with Khris at Auto Source Direct first.Thank you Khris... 11 STARS!!!

Buyer beware! They never fixed anything they promised to fix. The odomiter did not match the purchase and sale. Is the newly issued inspection sticker was for a different making and model. Upon bringing it to another mechanic it was noted that the frame was rusted out and literally has fist size holes. List continues on! Currently we are working with the state to persuade the company to make good on the issue. Again buyers beware!

Andrew turned turned the normally stressful experience of getting your car fixed into a pleasant experience. He took the time to explain and show exactly what was wrong, and then offered multiple options for our consideration. Would recommend.

Khris was awesome. I had horriible credit and all other banks laughed at me. I walked in there thinking they would do the same thing... I was so wrong. Khris worked his magic and got me into a new reliable vehicle. Absoultly in love with my 17 ford focus

They're asking 1800 dollars for a 20 year old Cadillac sts with a hole in the unibody rail, a rotted out driver quarter panel and a substantial oil leak, that they're advertising as a clean car. Steer clear, same poulin different name. Funny how all these good reviews are either 1 post members, or people that 5 stared poulin auto, as well as the worst towing company in town.

Nice place and very friendly...I got a auto loan and a car from there in 2 days, I didnt even need a down payment, a good thing as my last car killed my checking account...nice rates and cheap payments, if ya need a new car...this is the place to go, this a first time I bought from a car dealership and it went smoothly, like I was like wow that was quick...hell they even bought my last car loan for sandy1 and are taking away sandy1 for free, now I owe them 9 grand...it happens...Now to think of a name for my new used car...then have it on the plates...

If i could put zero stars i would This place sells LEMONS (rust buckets, trash cars) . I cant say this enough stay away form this place at all cost or its going to cost your pockets. Bought a car form there less then 3months later the motor blow, brakes, rotors, and tire rod and nothing but rust. I ask for there help and my car sat in the lot for weeks with no aswner if they were going to fix the problem. They wouldn't even get a tow to my mechanic so I could spend my money to get it fixed. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY MAY SEEM LIKE NICE PPL BUT THERE JUST THERE FOR YOUR MONEY AND ONE MORE THING. WHEN THEY ASKED FOR MONEY DOWN ITS GOES RIGHT INTO THE SALMEN POCKET. I GAVE THEM 1000 DOWN AND WATCH MY SELMEN PUT IT RIGHT IN HIS POCKET AND LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP. THIS PLACE IS STILL POULIN. JUST A DIFFERNT NAME.ITS NOW OWN BY THE SONAND IS NOW CALLED AUTO SOURCE DIRECT
