Charlotte Collision exceeded my expectations in efficiency and price. The owner/operator Chris was able to secure the parts for my repair before I had to surrender my car. He replaced the radiator and grill expeditiously and I was back on the road for a fraction of the dealer estimate. Obviously this is a business that respects the importance of my time and money.Service: Body & Trim

Guy is unpleasant to begin with. We had an appointment, asked if we could target the repair to the more damaged area due to financial constraints and he said he won t do any of it at the 11th hour. We are now looking at 3 months at another shop Look elsewhere if you can,
