The staff here is knowledgeable and welcoming. The first time I came here, was because they were able to help us with a flat tire issue immediately when other establishments around the area weren't able to help.In my opinion, the�people here are honest and friendly�while explaining�what is�going on with your car. I think their pricing is fair in comparison to getting routine maintenance at car dealerships. I would recommend getting your routine maintenance�here instead.

Team was short staffed the morning I was scheduled, but the team did a great job keeping me posted on how long things would take. I went in for a VT car inspection, but they also patched up a couple leaky valves on the tires. They also gave me a list of things to keep an eye on for future visits. Overall great experience.

I recently embarked on a road trip with my family from MA to Montreal, a 8-hour journey, during a snowstorm. Unfortunately, we encountered some engine trouble halfway through our trip. In our search for assistance, we came across VIP of Burlington VT and decided to stop there to see if they could help us. From the moment we entered the facility, we were greeted by Tommy, who was not only professional and polite but an all-around great guy. The entire team at VIP was truly exceptional, and I want to give a big shoutout to Tim and Bryce in particular.Not only did they diagnose the engine issues for us, but they also informed us that it would take some time to repair. Since it was in the midst of a snowstorm, we were unable to find any rental car companies willing to pick us up. However, Tim, with a heart of gold, offered to personally drive me to the rental office despite the treacherous weather conditions. I tried to express my gratitude by offering him a gift, but he humbly refused. I was deeply moved by their generosity and their genuine desire to help.To top it all off, Tim's wife had made some cupcakes and kindly offered them to our two young children. The thoughtfulness and kindness displayed by this group of men are truly commendable. I am incredibly grateful to VIP for their assistance and for simply being a wonderful group of people.On my next trip north, I will make it a point to stop by and say hello. Thank you, VIP, for everything you have done.

Both the Service Writer and Tech were very cordial and worked hard to accommodate our issue, tire losing air. It was a valve stem for which they didn't charge us. The whole experience was great!

The two closers working yesterday *really* came through for me and my vehicle inspection. Got me in and completed everything in under an hour where every mechanic I called prior was 1-2 weeks out (and wanted my car for the whole day).Great service and easy going guys to work with.Big thanks

Had such a great experience at VIP tires in Burlington. Came in for an oil change and state inspection - was able to be seen right away, and the guys working were super helpful. They were even able to save me money, which is not a common experience for me from a car service place. Very happy with the experience and will definitely be back!

I use this VIP location every time my car needs an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, etc. ever since I got my car about 3 years ago. The customer service is amazing, with employees who have helped me choose the right type of tire, to offering me flexibility when it comes to booking last minute appointments. I highly recommend them if you value quality!

Got my oil changed here and they did a great job, very friendly overall and pointed out a potentially damaging issue with my one of my tires put on by the place I usually go to. I appreciating that attention to detail because I drive a Subaru. Also there s wifi, coffee, water and desk space if you want to do work, only took like 30/40 minutes. :)

This place is great! I needed an inspection and tire rotation so I made an appointment. In the time I was in the shop hearing the interactions of the technicians it is obvious the care about there work and there customers. I have never been to a to a shop that will take you into the garage to show you what's going on that was awesome. When I asked a question he did a great job of answering without making me feel dumb. They are not pushy at all when they come across other work that needs to be done, everything was explained with options and estimates. This is a great shop and will 100% be back.

I dropped my car off at VIP for a taillight inspection and despite being short staffed, they had my car all set within a few hours. The people at VIP were welcoming and transparent about what to expect in terms of service and pricing. Additionally, leaving a review in exchange for a free oil change is a great offer!

Very glad to have discovered this friendly, helpful auto repair shop. When my headlight went out on a Friday night, I was able to get it fixed quickly, at a reasonable price, on a weekend! I liked their messaging system to keep in touch as I waited remotely for the car, and noticed how comfortable their waiting area was for those who waited on site. (Free coffee and wifi)

I was three hours away from home visiting St Michaels College with my son on Saturday. Got a flat tire and had trouble with the spare. Had it towed to VIP on a fully booked day and was in and out of there in less than an hour.Much appreciated him squeezing me in and not being stuck overnight !Thank You,Michael

Staff is composed of incredibly hard working folk that are not only efficient but very sweet. Rest assured your car will be in good hands and your wallet won't break a sweat. Overall well rounded service 11/10.

Went in for just an oil change and ended up getting a lot more than that, but nothing I didn t need. The staff were very nice and helpful, and while I wasn t expecting to pay another $600 in maintenance, they were clearly being honest, just trying to do their best for my car s needs. This store operates on honesty and integrity and, as someone who doesn t know anything about cars, my wallet and I appreciate it!

I ve gone to them a couple of times and every time they have been professional and efficient. They get you in quick, and I trust they re not gonna overcharge. I was in desperate need of a patch for my tire and they were the only ones who were willing to squeeze me in day of, saved my butt!

I set up an appointment online for a week out and received a confirmation email and reminder for the appointment. I showed up to the appointment and was told they didn t have time due to overbooking. I appreciated that VIP tires and service had an online booking feature and I was relying on this appointment for car maintenance.Update: VIP tires & service called back and got me in the same day. They were very kind and completed the service quickly and free of charge. I really appreciated their professionalism and dedication to getting me in.

I had a really great inspection! Despite being swamped with other customers the VIP Tires associates made sure to give each customer the best service they could. My technician showed me where my car failed and gave me a really easy explanation to follow! I will be coming back for a re-inspection and hope to have all my car needs taken care of at this wonderful location. :)

My son had a slow leak in a tire. I called, brought it in and nearly 2 hours later was told they wouldn t repair it because there wasn t enough tread on the tire. They DID have ~ $1k in suggested estimates to repair other things though. Now my son has an unreliable car until my husband can take the summer tires to have them all changed. This place is unethical and I will share this experience with everyone I know in the area.

The staff on the customer service was great besides one of the mechanic Guys was Behind the Counter making everything difficultI Bring my vehicle to VIP Tires and Service was need all 2 bolts broken inside Rear shocks bracket And they estimate me of $164 And I drop off the vehicle supposed to be get done. & I was happy but sadly later on I get call in an hour And the guy said oh your car will take more time and cost will be over $480+ taxEverybody should be careful in my experience I don t recommend this place No trust

I had an excellent experience with VIP Tires! Very pleasant and friendly folks to deal with. At 52,000 miles on the Volvo, I got four new tires that were badly needed. I had them do my VT state inspection and also needed new brakes. Yes, it was expensive but saved me a ton compared to getting similar services from the Volvo dealer.

The Staff was Friendly and Helpful, they were in the middle of something and took the time to greet us when we came in. They were knowledgeable with Tires, Helped us shoe up our car for winter. Now driving with full confidence on the winter roads.Thanks Thomas and Daniel you guys were a delight to interact with!

Technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. When given a tour of the underside of my car in the shop, he thoroughly explained everything and advised on future areas of wear and tear before they even showed signs of wear. I'll for sure be coming back to this location.

if I could give this place zero stars, I would. got my car towed there after popping a tire, expecting an easy fix and quick return but instead was asked to pay over $800 for a brand new set of tires after over a week of back and forth and of the manager, Mike Dragon telling me he was overwhelmed and busy since taking over. I then called another shop to see if that seemed reasonable and they basically said I was being scammed and that it s not the first time they ve heard that happening with VIP. after she helped me through what I needed to say to Mike, the total cost was lowered nearly $300 for no reason other than that I called the guy out on overcharging me. Not only did they have my car for over a month by the end of it all, but they also did not take care of my car in a thoughtful way during that time- when I received it back it seemed it had been broken into, one of the front windows had been taped up, and I had to spend a while cleaning mold and trash out of the vehicle that wasn t there before. Will definitely not ever be returning to VIP, and I recommend others avoid them at all costs.

Really appreciated the way in which I was spoken to, felt comfortable asking questions and inquiring about the services that were being recommended. I ve been neglecting my services for a while due to money concerns and VIP helped me come up with a plan in order to be able to afford the services and got me on the books. Thank you VIP Tires! Highly recommend VIP, the are extremely professional.

Our family was going through one of the worst times of our lives. Unexpectedly one of our brake calipers seized. Nathaniel helped get our car back on the road the same day. Even after the other shop sent the wrong part over. Thebother store quickly sent the right part.They stayed late to get us safely on the road. After experiencing a family loss and a 4 hour out of state drive home. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone needing help with their vehicle. Hands down, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you again to Nathaniel and his 1 mech that day!

Despite being obviously very busy, ALL staff was VERY courteous and took great care of us. We had a screw in our tire that needed to be repaired. We were in town from out of state and left VIP feeling like there are good people in the world!

I just had my inspection done, 2 inner tie rods serviced and an alignment. All done within 24hrs. I am very happy with the results, and they were nice people to work with.

When I got my snow tires put on this year, the crew at VIP was helpful and not pushy when it came to discussing maintenance! I also witnessed them help out many other clients with efficiency and care.

we stopped in on sunday with a flat tire issues, they did not have availability to help us. but the gentleman called their partner in the next town over, who were able to get us in. we are so grateful he made that call for us! we don t live in the area, so fixing our flat saved the day!!
