Great service from appointment scheduling through the repair. They quickly fixed a rock chip for me and it was even free of charge! Will definitely be using them for my future windshield needs.

Great folks to do business with. Terry, the office manager, was very pleasant and very helpful in coordinating everything with my insurance company. My winshield replacement was done when scheduled and very quickly. Thank you, Novus of South Burlington!

I am impressed but not easily. Novus glass at Gill Brook Auto hit the mark. Moments before I was driving through South Burlington Vermont when I had a sudden smack of a rock cracking my windshield. A horrible feeling. I stopped to Novus Glass on Williston Rd expecting to schedule an appointment. They squeezed me into the schedule a d got the repair done on the spot. I was expecting to plan weeks out but the professional and friendly staff hopped into action. I know it doesn't always work out this way but the repair was done before the conversation I was having inside. I couldn't be happier.
