Chris helped me find the perfect Subaru! He listened! He made the whole experience easy and fun. Chris explained every step of the process and made sure I was happy with my choices. The wilderness crosstrek is fun to drive and perfect for Vermont roads. Cinder was so helpful with syncing my phone and making sure I understood all of the features. Crystal was fantastic with our financing. Cat was welcoming and let us know how much they appreciated our continued business with Burlington Subaru. Best place in Vermont to get a car!

I had a very good experience with Burlington Subaru. After being advised to look at vehicles outside my initial preference by relatives, I visited the dealership without a prior appointment to inquire about some vehicles that looked promising. I was able to see a representative quickly after speaking to the receptionist and was able to test drive both vehicles promptly. Upon deciding on one of the vehicles the dealership accounting personnel contacted my bank and had details for my financing within an hour, even recommending me an alternate bank that had lower interest and would approve me for a longer term loan on the year vehicle I was looking at. Once work on the vehicle associated with my purchase package was completed they had my vehicle delivered to me promptly on the same day.I will note, I have not had any interactions with their service department as of yet so I cannot really comment on the services provided by them.

Cat was very helpful and clearly explained everything and was a professional at her job helping us with our purchase. Anthony was also the best sales person I've ever experienced with purchasing a car with zero pressure and clearly spoken explaining everything we needed help understanding to make our purchase very smooth and stress free . Chris was so helpful and went above and beyond in service. He also was fast with processing the paperwork which was a bonus. I also appreciated the follow up and tips he gave with me being new to Vermont. Lastly, Cinder was so kind and made sure I knew how to use all the gadgets and parts of the car. I had not got that at previous dealerships. Great place to buy a car hands down! I am very happy!

Mike D is always friendly and helpful. He makes buying a car a great experience. Hands down best experience ever buying cars from Mike D. We will buy all of our cars from him until he retires. He works hard to get what the customer wants, but makes it look very easy. Christy was very good too, friendly and knowledgeable.

As always, this Subaru dealership provided me with a pleasant, respectful, comfortable service experience this week.And then, Nicki came along while I was passing time looking over the cars in the lot, and answered my secret wish to be able to get a new car! She figured out all the ways she could to make the dream come true. I ended up leasing a gorgeous brilliantly shaded blue Impreza with so many bells and whistles that I need to study the manual to understand the car! Since I love techy stuff, it's a delightful adventure.Everyone on the Burlington Subaru team has been wonderful. Thanks so much to Nicki and the Team!

Brought in my 2019 Forester for service and state inspection. Everyone we met was super helpful and kind. Drop off and pick up was easy and quick. Picked up a loaner I had reserved as I needed a car that day -- a new, clean Forester. At the end of the day, no surprises or extra work needed. The staff could not have been nicer. Would give 6 stars if I could.

We had a great experience in buying our new Forester from Burlington Subaru. Lucas Persechino greeted us as we came in the door and helped us through the entire buying process. We loved that there was no high-pressure sales talk, just an assurance that we were at the right dealer with a great and knowledgeable salesman. It helps to do your research wherever one buys a vehicle. We did and knew what we wanted. Lucas helped us fine-tune our final decision. Both he and sales manager Dan Ryan worked with us on a very fair deal on the new Forester as well as our trade-in. Five stars, out of five, for Lucas and Burlington Subaru. Thank you.

Far above expectations. Moved to Burlington from MA several months ago and anticipated the same, lousy service I received at my prior dealership. What a pleasant surprise--to be very wrong about that. I was treated to an experience that only good people can deliver. Thanks for that!

avoid going to Burlington Subaru if you can help it. the staff for helpful and friendly, but the 7 point inspection is a scam. I went there to have a warrantee item taken care of and their 7 point inspection found many "other" things wrong with my car to the tune of $2000. When I took my car to my trusted mechanic of twenty years the next day and he told him there was nothing wrong with my car. I will no longer be going to Burlington subaru for any reason.

Terrible service. Dropped my car off for an analysis on why the sound in my car stopped. They said it was a bad amplifier and would replace. it so I set up an appointment a week out because I figured that s how long it would take for the part arrive only to be told 2 hours AFTER I dropped it off to be fixed they ordered the wrong part. I was then told they d need to take the amp off my rig and have it sent out to a third party to be fixed. Having no choice I agreed and it s been almost two weeks and no updates on it yet. Very inconvenient to me as I ve had to cancel plans and trips. 1 star review WOULDNT go here for repairs again steer clear.

I have had so many great experiences with Burlington Subaru. My last visit, I stopped at the service department for some basic maintenance like install new wiper blades and check tire pressures before another big trip. Matt was so quick to help dispite being extremely busy. He has workorder in hand to get to technicians of other jobs. Dispite this, he took the time to pleasantly greet me and ask how he could help. Matt gave exceptional care, made promises of being 30mins and over delivered by having everything done in 20mins. I mean everything, including my signature of the work completed. I can't recommend this service department enough. I truly trust them with my family's life. Thank you again.

It was a quick and fairly ok buying experience. Would indo it again at Burlington Subaru, no I wouldn't. My certified Subaru wasn't vacuumed, windows not cleaned, basically car was not taken care of after intake. Pretty disappointed with that as per the usual trade in value... Killed us on a Toyota with 144k and impeccable maintenance records on side vehicle.... I'll find a respectable Subaru dealer for our regular maintenance. I would not recommend buying here.

VERY rude, uncaring associate when my new Subaru Forester Premium SUV under 7,000 miles malfunctioned and locked up.I was told the 24/7 emergency services package I purchased was not honored on weekend days or after hours services --which is why I paid for it. She continued snarkily and disrespectfully. Then said they are a small dealership. It was pretty bad.Another time I needed services, same. I was told auto services weren't available. I was told the tech on leave. They don't schedule other workers when one is on leave, apparently.I have a disability and a perscribed ESA dog. The associate told me this is not a dog friendly establishment. Not the dealership for me. Glad to have purchased my Subaru SUV elsewhere.

It could not have been a better experience. My car was ready before I was finished running my errands with the loaner car they provided to me. No rush to get that back to them later in the afternoon. I live quite a distance from this dealership, but I will travel there for all of the services that my car may require.

Ashley in the service department was wonderful in listening to the reoccurring problem that I have been having with my vehicle. She assured me that they would look to try and find the cause. After my car was looked at she let me know the part they replaced was under warranty for a year which when I had previously brought the car for this same issue two years ago they had replaced the same part and had not told me about this warranty. so I was thankful Ashley mentioned this and provided an option to replace the remaining parts when my tires were swapped in the fall so they would all be under a year warranty. She provided the best service I have received at this location yet! Additionally, Jason is always lovely in working to get me into a loaner car while my car is worked on!

Burlington Subaru is by far the best dealership/service experience that I have ever had. The sales department is kind, not pushy and genuine. They truly want to get you in a great car and will work with your budget and goals. Pinhas in sales helped me buy my car and he was wonderful. After having a great experience buying my first Subaru here in May, I had rodents destroy the insulation and wiring of my car. Only 4 weeks after buying it, I was devastated. The service team impressed me with their empathy and great energy. They were helpful, informative and kept me up to date on everything through the process of repairs. Reaching out to me every step of the way and working around the clock to get my car back to me quickly and fixed with quality. Ashley was my service provider and was absolutely fantastic. When I picked my car up yesterday she stayed late on a Friday to help me put anti-rodent packets under my hood. I can t show enough appreciation to Ashley and the service team. Thank you to Burlington to Subaru for helping car processes stress free and comfortable. If you are looking to buy a car or need Subaru service, I cannot say enough good things. You will be well taken care of here and treated well. 11/10.

I was delighted and totally overwhelmed by the outstanding service and professionalism of Jason, Service Department and Avery, Mechanics Department. I had rear brake/rotor and wheel bearing issues that recently emerged and did not want to drive the car until it was checked out. Thankfully, I called late yesterday and remarkably they found a slot and got me in at 10:15 am today. They did complete diagnostics and did all the work while I waited. They told me it would take most if not all of the rest of the day and it took till 5:00 pm. I was delighted to wait as peace of mind with safe brakes and wheels are essential. Thanks a bazillion Jason and Avery!!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I needed a car same day and they got me into a car that met all my needs within a couple of hours. They didn t try to upsell or force a vehicle on me that I didn t want. They listened to what I needed and completed most of the process over texts/calls/emails while I was at work. Easily the most enjoyable car purchase I ve ever had. Thank you!

Drove 3 hours north from W. Mass and my brakes started grinding... called when I got settled and dropped off my car that night. Next day (a Saturday too!) my car was ready by 1:30 PM.Super helpful and quick, despite having staffing issues.
