Tawnya is professional, knowledgeable and so all around excellent. The inventory looks clean and well cared for and all of my questions have been answered quickly and thoroughly. I haven't purchased a car here, but will update this review if I do.

Jacob and Andrew were fantastic to deal with. They took the time to answer all of our questions about the Ionic 5. Jacob was great at researching the unknowns about the car very quickly. If you are in the market for an EV, consider Jacob as your salesperson. Thank you for helping us!

Working with Lindsey was wonderful. She knows her stuff and made our buying experience very pleasurable! She takes the time to talk to you and explain all the paperwork involved. Trust me, You will love her personality ! Lovely to work with. Driving home in our new vehicle now! Yippie!

I didn t end up purchasing a car from them but my sales consultant Tawnya Bedard was fantastic. Easy to get along with and obvious passion for her work! Sales manager Andrew was far less amicable, and made no attempt to conceal the fact he believed I was wasting both his and his sales person s time by trying to negotiate a better deal.

I just purchased my second used vehicle from Burlington Hyundai, and was very happy with the experience -- for this purchase I worked with Tawnya, and she was great! Very friendly, no pressure, and she was able to coordinate all aspects the trade-in and sale very quickly. The financing department was able to get the loan coordinated directly with my bank which was VERY convenient.For people like myself who prefer buying used vehicles and having their own mechanic manage its maintenance, finding a dealership that happily works with you on your terms is a very valuable thing.This is especially the case in a state like VT, where you may have to drive a ways to find inventory you like. The dealership was wonderful about working with me to accommodate my schedule and minimize my driving time, while not pressuring me to commit to the vehicle before I was comfortable doing so.I was very happy with the car I purchased from them 5 years ago, and when it came to trade it in I made sure to check their inventory and found exactly what I was looking for. When the time comes again, I know where I'll be starting the search!

I haven't purchased yet but I worked with Tawnya to test drive a 2024 Santa Fe. She was understanding of my current timeline, and despite me needing to wait 6+ months to be able to purchase she treated me with the same attention to detail and experience as if i was purchasing that day. I really appreciated her level of knowledge about the vehicle and our conversation during the test drive!

I had the pleasure of working with Lindsey on getting myself into my first car. She is very welcoming and so amazing at what she does! She had the answer to all of my questions and concerns, and made sure I was leaving in a vehicle that perfectly fits me and my needs. Lindsey R, Andrew, and the entire Burlington Hyundai team were AMAZING! We decided to go electric and we had a lot of questions. They were patient, explained everything, met with us several times to go over things, answered every question and need that we had and we never felt pressured to buy. Thanks to Noah Bradford for helping my family get into a literal dream car! He is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive (no high-pressure sales tactics). I purchased a new IONIQ 5 and it was by far the best car shopping experience I've ever had. It's the first time I felt like I got a fair trade-in value for a car in my life! Thanks also to Casey (finance) for his speedy paperwork process and special thanks to Tawnya (Sales) for watching our adventurous 2yo while we finalized the paperwork on a Friday night. Looking forward to caring for our new EV in the Service Center even if we have to drive an hour to get there!

Lindsey and the rest of the Burlington Hyundai team were so great to work with! This was my second car with Hyundai, and my wife s first, and we both went electric this time around. They were so patient answering all of our questions ans we never felt pressured to buy, they just wanted us to get the answers we needed and into the best vehicles for us. I cannot say enough great things about Burlington Hyundai! We had the opportunity to work with Noah who was professional, kind, and attentive throughout the process. Working with him was the first time I have had a low-pressure car shopping experience where a salesperson listened to our needs and found us a car that exceeded them. Jeff, the general manager, also went above and beyond to greet us and provide a deal that worked in our best interest. All of the staff on this team are truly customer centered and come highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Tawnya Bedard she made our new car experience a joy. Very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles she listened to what we were looking for, and picked out a great vehicle for us. No pressure at all, it was surely a pleasant experience all around and an asset to your company! She converted this life long Chevy guy into a Hyundai guy. :) james the finance guy was thorough as well and made things easy . My experience at Burlington Hyundai was hands down the best experience I ve had talking with dealers. Tawnya was a new sales representative and still managed to get the answers for all of my questions, she was patient, kind, and ruthless in finding me the car of my dreams. Her and the manager stayed late to insure I was able to drive home with my car the same day. I 10/10 recommend this dealership, the cars, experience, and people were all wonderful. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Usually I'm a buick/ chevy girl, however Tawnya Bedard showed me this amazing tucson,and completely changed my mind about car brands. Shes very attentive, thourough about easing my mind about any fears i had about push button vehicles, larger vehicles in fact I can sit up higher and see better. She takes her time to explain everything and even helped me with my app. ( which I'm not grat at) she made this sale so easy and eased my mind so I was comfortable . I couldn't ask for a better non pressuring salesperson. We are so happy . Jane's the financial guy also very nice explained everything so well. We are happy new buyers!!

It was a great experience overall, Andrew Melvin did great on getting my stuff set up prior to the meeting, Casey helped ensure the approval prior to me coming in, and Tawnya Bedard was amazing at helping me out in the office and getting all of the paperwork signed! Great experience again!

I knew what I wanted when I pulled in. It was there and they didn t waste anytime finding a deal I could live with. No back room visits; just a strait deal with a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I never thought I d be a Hyundai guy, but if you re a SUV shopper and you don t stop by Burlington Hyundai, you re wrong and missing out on some great stuff.
