Very happy. I was there last night with my gf and I think it was Matt that was working and Very helpful he was easy to talk with. We all laughed. I recommend shopping there. And Matt was a cool dude!!!!

Placed order yesterday through online.All 3 items were show available and ready to pickup within 30 minutes. They were closed at 8pm before heading there.Yesterday around at 7:30pm | make a call. A man no "Name"mentioned on phone was absolutely rude and unprofessional. He is yelling and very aggressive on phone about items orders.I give him order number. He said not any available in stock.Please if items were out of stock then it's your job to notify me either way e-mail or phone after placed orders. As well as please if items are out of stock don't play game online as your items is ready to pick up in 30 mins. Do your job!!!!!!!!!Vey rude, disrespectful, Zero customer service and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a battery for my car here because my car was running on a defective battery that had just been jumpstarted. I arrived around 5pm and learned they couldn't install it for me because one of the staff was at the end of his shift and only one person was available to man the store. But that guy was kind of enough to stay a little longer so they can install the battery for me. I forgot to get his name, unfortunately -- but thank you very much!(Also mistakenly left a review here for AAA. Sorry about that)

Absolutely immature how do you have a costumer walking to the door two employees sitting there and run behind the counter yes a sign was up saying closing early but closed before the sign time and sitting there and I in how immature of the staff

My husband comes here often. Charlie is working every time we come. He is very helpful and always makes us laugh. They always have what my husband is looking for and if they dont they will order it. Definitely our go to place for things.

Not a huge variety for custom stuff I like to do with my car but they are kool, helpful and knowledgeable staff and have all the basic things I need to fix my car on my own. If u buy a battery here.. they give u $20 back for the old car battery!

Great experience. Came in for a replacement battery and while Eli was helping us to install it, he realized that the issue was a loose cable, not the battery. He tightened the connection and helped us return the yet uninstalled battery. Very positive and professional service!

We needed a new battery as the current one was completely dead. I called ahead to. make sure that a replacement was available. The call was handled quickly and efficiently. When I showed up at the store, the person I'd talked to quickly located the battery and the to needed to install it in my car. The exchange only took about 10 minutes to complete. The new battery and my alternator function were both tested and then I was on my way. Highly recommend!

I ordered wipers for my crosstrek and paid for them in store since they didn't have the ones I needed, three weeks ago. I was told I'd receive a call about them but never did, now I have to go in and get a refund because they apparently "have no records of my order". Guy on the phone was rude and even ridiculed me thinking I had the wrong store (newsflash I don't). Last time I'm going in is to get my refund for the products I never received. Is it common they take money for orders that apparently "aren't in the system at all"? That's a weird business practice...

$200 battery died in 5 months. We had to get the car jumped last night and again this morning. AAA tested the battery and showed me that it was the red/dead zone. Advance gave us a hard time over the phone, and would not agree to replace or refund the dead battery even if they tested it and it was clearly defective. We brought the car to our repair person for a replacement.

A true tale of woe as old as silk road, a miscommunication resulting in a man, stranded by circumstance and transmission filters. The folks at advanced auto went above and beyond. What originally started as a broken tire iron resulted in feelings of overwhelming gratitude with the staff here. Unfortunately staff at large businesses such as these can be caught in the crossfire of stringent company policy and customer issues often resulting in dissatisfaction and scathing reviews. While I haven't left a scathing review on here, I certainly would have taken my business elsewhere, probably to have a similar experience with a competitor. Thank you staff at Advance Auto for helping me navigate this issue. You folks rock and deserve raises, my car and my wallet thank you and I hope you are treated well by your employer. You deserve it!

I'm giving this place 3 stars because the manager wasn't wearing a mask. I'll revise my rating if there's a reply to this talking about steps to mandate this in their work place. Take into account when you visit the location in Staples Plaza. You may not agree with mask mandates in public, but it's the law. The employee, however, was very helpful locating product and installing it right after purchase.

I went into Advance Auto on my way home from work on Friday 2/18. I purchased a pair of Trico Onyx wiper blades for my vehicle. I asked the sales associate to check to be certain they will fit my vehicle before checking out. When I tried to install them on Saturday I realized the connections were incompatible with the wiper arm. I tried to exchange the blades in their original packaging for a different model but they had nothing in stock. The sale associate tried to convince me they would fit without even seeing the vehicle. They don't fit. I asked for a refund and was denied because I didn't have a receipt. I asked if I could return with my credit card statement and was told I needed the original itemized receipt. Very poor customer service. Lesson learned. I will not return.*** Thank you for the prompt reply. How do I contact you directly?

Super helpful. I came in needing a replacement battery for my electronic key and an employee named John went above and beyond helping me install it. Will definitely be my go-to store for auto parts from now on!

We got a flat tire and AAA WAS not able to help. Eli at Advance Auto parts sold us a tire patch kit then helped us use it and then got the tire to pressure again! Thanks Eli for going out of your way to help.

Purchased a battery online...went to get the battery and asked the associate if they would install it for me and I was told they don't perform that service at that location.When I stated the website indicated they would he asked my car make/model etc...and then said they only do high-end cars like Mercedes and BMWs.He then proceeded to bring a battery that was obviously the wrong size for my car and not what I ordered. At this point I felt the employee was purposely trying to irritate me and I let him know it.I don't know if it's a great place every other day, but on that day I decided I would never go there again.

Went to store at 6:45 pm And a empty store front 2 young bucks at counter on there cell phones at I asked for help finding some wire one kid says aisle 5 on left I looked again couldn t find it asked if it could be somewhere else and got a answer to check aisle 4 still couldn t find and was leaving so I was asked if I found it I said no and he said sorry have a good night what happened to customer service no wonder we shop online good ol usa

I have seen several name changes to my local parts store, with the latest being advance. My father was a mechanic for his entire career, and as such I have visited MANY a parts store. I really like their hours, as they are open the most often of any of the stores around me. Saved my butt on Sunday afternoon, more than one occasion.What I have a hard time with is the website. They will give you a substantial discount on many things if, and only IF, you purchase it through the website. Even if you are standing in the parking lot buying something, and then walk inside to pick it up. What a GAME.

Referred to store from Essex branch after an online order error. Williston rd Shop would not honor online discount. Counter staff was absorbed in personal conversations, and seemed put out by the interruption. AA should try harder with competitors opening shop nearby

Was driving in the area & my oil light came on. Checked google maps & it brought me here. Normal auto parts. Bought oil & they let me borrow a funnel to put the oil in, instead of buying one which was awesome. Because I had taken all auto maintenance things out of my vehicle for the trip (stupid I know - but I had just checked everything before leaving so I thought I would be safe - didn't think about the road trip home check & this is when it occurred)

Horrible customer service from a "Charles". Was more interested in looking at his watch than helping. Wouldn't cancel my online order and stated inaccuracies about online ordering This is my second poor experience. I will not be back and I would not recommend. I'll agree with another reviewer that the Shelburne location is helpful and will at least treat you with respect.Update: I called Corporate. They were unhappy about my experience and they themselves called the manager "Paul", who said his employees would never behave like that, but did apologize for their behavior. I guess he doesn't know his employees very well.

Horrible customer service. I asked to use the rest room to wash my hands guy said he can't because of covid-19.. But if that's the case why let ppl in your stores? I would like to wash my hands so I wouldn't help spread the virus and your telling me that you cant because its unsafe? Are you kidding me. Gonna call the health department on all advance auto parts since the manager said that's a corporate rule. Seems to me advance just want our money but dosen't care about our safety.

Severely under staffed and mis managed. Went twice to get a battery I bought there installed, it was a huge hassle and they ended up not installing it. I ordered online, why do they not have a database of cars they will and won't install in? Staff was surprised it was busy when super cold out. They should have a scheduling system for battery installs. Their guy installing them kept saying he wasn't even supposed to be installing batteries, well then why does the website say free install with no other restrictions? Will be taking my business elsewhere.

If you like being mocked for your purchase by the cashier as you exit the store, you will love it here."Good luck with those wiper blades in Vermont" the other cashier said with a smirk as i was exiting.Well, if you were concerned with my wiper purchase, I would have appreciated it if you gave me some friendly suggestions.I have lots of other auto parts retailers to go to...

My battery was dead. I called, they said come on down. I got there and there were two guys in AAP shirts smoking directly outside the door. No problem. The kid at the register looked like the last bong hit had worn off. He handed me the keyboard to enter my information... Ok, no problem. He charged me 150 for a battery that was supposed to cost 130. When I asked why the extra 20 bucks, he told me that Id get that back when I brought in the old battery. ...but I had come in to have them install the battery. When I pointed this out, he told me it was just him and one other guy working. He didn't have time to do it but I could come back tomorrow. There were no other customers. When I pointed at his two workers still smoking outside, he said they didn't have the TWENTY MINUTES needed to install my battery. I had some choice words.For the record, the guys at the Advance Auto Parts on Shelburne road replaced my battery in 5 minutes. There were only two of them working. And they were nice.Props to them. Shame on the deadbeats at the Williston Location.

Top Notch store expert helpful staff. They have everything you need and sometimes will install it for you. So good they supply quite a few local garage and automobile repair business
