Advance auto great place for car parts I've been shopping here for years. Always have what I need. I just bought a car battery for 220.00 dollars an some oil an.filters. they checked my old battery I've had since 2017 it came with car surprised it went that long .so they said it had no charge so got new one .its a Die hard one of the better stronger ones

I shop here now and then when my car needs parts. However if you need anything go in the morning. Even though the sign and google page says open till 6pm that is a lie. I have tried to stop in twice in a week after work and the doors were locked at 5:27 pm. I guess o'riley or federal want my money more.

Extensive selection combined with helpful staff make for a consistent positive shopping experience. One guy went the extra mile to make me an oil funnel out of an old water bottle. Top shelf indeed!!!!

Went there for a rear wiper blade for my Honda. Doug was so nice, double checked I had the right size and helped me put it on. Very nice and professional interaction! Great service. Thank you so much.

I needed a drive belt for my DR Mower. I had been to several other parts stores and everyone of them told me they needed a p/n in order to help me. Douglas, at this store, was the only person all morning who offered to help me match a belt to the one from my mower. It took a few minutes, but he was successful. Thank you Douglas.

The Store Manager John helped us pick the right battery for my car, ordered it online and had an easy install. Couldn't ask for a better or more smooth process. Truly how a transaction should happen - very clean and well maintained store. Great job!

Terrible customer service experience with Joe. Would not recommend this business, there are plenty of other auto parts stores in the area that know how to treat their customers.UPDATE: How would you like me share the additional feedback I have?

Fantastic customer service experience! I ordered oil for my car online and accidentally went to wrong location in South Burlington. The guy at the counter (should have asked for his name to give him a shout out!) just asked what type of oil I ordered and said it would be no problem to just cancel the order and grabbed me the oil off the shelf. He went the extra mile and called to cancel the order for me at the other location and hooked me up with the correct oil without having to drive to the other shop. Thanks for the great service and not making drive around town!

The only parts store that I've dealt with in over a decade that won't warranty parts without the original reciept on a corporate account, when I can prove I bought them via the purchase date, bank statements and record on the corporate account. I was accused of attempting to fraud the system, despite having all of the info and having the car outside.Edit: Corporate couldn't have been more helpful in this situation, and the second manager I dealt with (Nate?) could not have been more helpful. I was disappointed to hear that Nate is leaving the company in a couple weeks. Joe is the worst parts counter person I have ever dealt with, it's frightening to think they give him the power of management. You could tell he drags his co-workers down, and everyone was pretty disappointed to be moving forward without Nate.

For any Automotive needs, they have it. Wiper blades, oil, cleaning, air freshener, battery, and more. They can answer questions & provide answers based on the make and model of your car. Not sure of the oil or wiper blade, they have the answers for all novice and advanced questions. I'm a novice that is curious to a limited extent and I save a lot on simple do it your self stuff. If you don't know if you can do it yourself or not, have a conversation with the sales representative. You'll know in less than ten minutes if the project is something you are comfortable with or not.

I have shopped at advanced auto for many years and never had a problem there. Nate at the Shelburne Rd store was particularly helpful when I was using aftermarket exhaust parts to save money over the price of OEM exhaust for my jetta recently.

Always helpful, never dismissive. I'm a "smart" guy, but my car knowledge has waned over the years, so when I have questions these guys have always steered me in the right direction - no nonsense. Tool lending and OBD2 code reading is super handy too.

I was there for 40 minutes, that time was spent waiting for 20 minutes, then talking to someone who couldn t find the part I was looking for. Then he went to get another opinion and he told me the part I was looking for is one size fits all. When they should me where the part was there where several in different sizes. I ended up having to google the right size. Employees are incompetent

I was just about to begin my road trip home when I began experiencing car troubles. Dropped in and these guys checked over my engine for problems- and they didn't even charge me! Super friendly, incredibly informative. They really gave me peace of mind.

The fine people that work here restored my faith in humanity!I came to this Advance Auto trying to get a new battery because AAA told me mine was faulty. They tested the battery and not only did already have a product that was perfectly functioning, but they went above and beyond! They check my alternator, and a parasitic draw test which eventually led them to the actual issue with my car.To top it all of they did this for no cost at all. My car has been running great ever sense and I have Tyler, John, and Ryan to thank for it!

I broke down towing a camper, and they let me get towed to here to make a minor repair in the parking lot and get going again. I didn't end up buying anything from them, but they were very supportive and even volunteered to test my battery. I consider this outstanding customer service.

I love it when you walk into a business and they immediately show interest in helping you. All I wanted to do was drop off used oil. They took me in the back and even dumped my container for me. Now that's just great service.

Helpful staff changed my tricky wiper blades for me at no cost to myself. Tried to sell me the premium top of the line ones as any businessperson should. You just have to ask for a less expensive version of the parts you seek if you're on a budget.

After a terrible experience at the Advance on Williston road, these guys were great. Friendly, fast and efficient. There were only two of them working but they still happily replaced my battery quickly and with a couple bits of good advice. Much appreciated gents!

Doesn't quite have the selection of the Staples plaza location, but good and friendly staff. Expect to wait a bit at times as checkout process is often slow as people have complex questions and needs in front of you. The best place (besides Wal Mart) to get car cleaning supplies.

Hours listed as 6pm on company website. So I sat in the parking lot of their closed store, 5 minutes later I had purchased the part I needed off Amazon and it'll be here tomorrow. That's ok, I can get part easier, faster, and cheaper online. #reasonsmallbusinessesdie

I shop here quite regularly and for the past four times I've come in these guys have given me the wrong parts so I end up having to go back and try again sometimes three times this place is a joke I'll be going through o'riley about instead from now on even though I cant just walk there from my house at least I'll have someone who will double check and make sure the numbers match for the parts and you guys call yourself an auto parts store very unhappy with these guys

They always have what I need, and the people here are super helpful and friendly. Plus they have the option to order online and pick up in-store, and they usually have good online coupons.
