This place is great. Patrick is a fantastic mechanic - trustworthy, straightforward, and kind.He looked over a car for me recently and walked me through every step he was going through, explaining what he was looking for and why, and demonstrating what he was finding. He really went above and beyond to make sure that I had all the information I needed to make a good decision.While I was there, another customer came by to pick up a car, and he generously helped them load it up for transport. Overall just a great mechanic who clearly works hard to do the best by his customers. He's in the business for all the right reasons and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Patrick is so great! I had messaged him about looking at a car for my sister because she needed a reliable vehicle to get my niece to medical appointments, sometimes those appointments are at the Bostons Children s hospital! On the day of meeting he messaged me to let me know that the car was making a noise and he needed to fix something with the muffler, he was great about communication! We came to check out the car and it was in great shape, sounded perfect and was even undercoated which is a plus in this state!Patrick was very kind and knowledgeable about cars, he s certainly a very experienced mechanic! 10/10 would recommend for work on your car or to purchase a vehicle from!

Patrick did us a solid with a car inspection. I've taken cars to other places in the past for pre-purchase inspections and had mechanics just glance at them and give them the thumbs up (and I latter found out there was something wrong) but not Patrick. He did a thorough inspection and found problems that led us to choose not to purchase the vehicle. Thanks Patrick! I'd highly recommend this garage to anyone who appreciates a trust worthy mechanic who will walk them through what's going on with their vehicle.

Quick ability to get our car in for service, friendly and professional opinion on course of treatment, and very reasonably priced. It was easy to miss though, and once we passed it, there wasn't a good turn around for a bit. Leaving the parking lot on a blind curve made my heart race but doesn't speal to the quality, efficiency, flexibility, and affordability this place offered!

Patrick is awesome. I was in town for a few days and realized my brakes were pretty worn. He checked them out and replaced what needed to be done in record time! He also replaced a couple light bulbs at no extra charge. I wish I lived in Bristol because Patrick would be my go-to mechanic. Very trustworthy, friendly, and professional.

Patrick at Bristol Automotive was extremely helpful. I found myself in an emergency with a blown out tire. After trying to change it myself, I called Bristol Automotive (Google listed their business as open on Saturday- the only one in the area). He listened to my current predicament and concerns with patience and said he would be able to help me. Not only was he able to provide the assistance I needed, but he gave me some useful advice in case this happens again. I would highly recommend this business and will be returning for future service. 5-star experience, for sure.Service: Tires

Patrick was very helpful with getting my car in quickly to change over my tires and more importantly to replace my brakes that were in very poor condition. He had to take time to even find the parts that were needed, as there were manufacturing issues. I was pleased with all the work that was done and was even surprised when I went to pick my car up and it was washed! Patrick portrayed a high level of professionalism from the moment the phone call occurred. Being booked out for a couple of weeks immediately tells you the demand that the business is in. Offering a wide variety of services is extremely helpful and eliminates the need to go out of town. I was struggling to change my license plate because the bolts were rusted and stuck. I give this place a call on a Wednesday afternoon, and Patrick politely greets me over the phone. He says he's able to help me out and get the plates off in just a few hours. A few hours later, he not only does that but also puts on my new plates with fresh bolts. All free of charge!After having a conversation with Patrick, I can confidently say this is the place to go if you want honest, good work on your car with very fair prices! I highly recommend Bristol Automotive!

Was meeting someone to look at buying a car from them and Patrick made time with little heads up to look it over for me. Made an honest assessment and not only did he not pressure me to have him do any work, he also did not charge me for the look over. I would feel comfortable recommending him to any friends or family

We had a punctured tire that became flat, we reached out to Patrick in a hurry hoping to get it fixed as soon as possible and he helped us right away! Within 20 minutes we had our tire repaired, he was very kind, helpful, and friendly. We will be going back regularly to have our car services with Bristol Automotive, and will even be there next week to have our winter tires changed for an extremely reasonable price. I've been seeing Patrick at Bristol Automotive for a few years now, and he's given me great quality services at the best prices! He's also very informative and takes the time to educate you on your vehicle so that you have a better understanding regarding the repairs he does. I HIGHLY recommend Patrick/Bristol Automotive. Great service by Patrick.I was only passing through Bristol, but needed the sway bar links replaced and work done on the muffler. I contacted Patrick at Bristol Automotive during the busy winter tire season. I was unexpectedly in the process of searching for a, new to me, used vehicle and was in need of a mechanic to look over a car of interest.Other cars I had looked at were full of rust and this car seemed to be a needle in a haystack.When I first looked over this particular car I thought it was in good shape and worthy of further investigation.While I knew I needed a mechanic to look at it, I was having trouble finding one. Patrick was very professional and timely in scheduling my appointment Given the nature of the situation. Upon his inspection of the vehicle I learned it need about $2000-$3500 worth of work. This correlated to what the dealer had offered the seller initially. Given this information I felt comfortable in passing on the opportunity as it was not what I wanted to invest in, despite it being repairable.Patrick provided a professional service that gave me accurate information to make an informed choice. I am greatful for that!

I had gone in thinking I needed my whole exhaust system replaced. He assured me that wasn't the case and that the muffler was the only thing needed. While the car was there, he noticed my carbon filter needed to be changed. We don't live in the area but we were driving through with our cat in the car after a vet appointment out of town when our tire blew...
