A handful of times in the last few years Mike has helped me out in a pinch when other places said they couldn't or wouldn't, even when the shop was noticeably busy. And every time he's friendly and in good spirits and just all around great to work with. To be clear, I go to Kresges when I'm not in pinch, too, and they do good work. Appreciate you and your team, Mike.

I've been using kreskies for a a couple years now it started out that he was treating us good. And then it was harder and harder to get stuff done. And then I asked him to work on my company vehicle and he told me he could get it done I had two things I wanted him to do My truck sat at his shop for half of the week and then he brought it to Pete's tire and it sat there for the other half of the week for neither one of them to work on it. As far as I'm concerned Mike is one of the crookedest people in Brattleboro at this point he'll lie to you straight up look you dead in the eye and tell you a lie. Also he doesn't seem to like to talk to women because he only calls me to make decisions even when it's my wife's car Is he afraid of women what's the deal I do not recommend this shop it is horrible I would never go there again as far as I'm concerned he should be shut down for lying like he doesToday. Mike decide it was a good idea to come to my business and threaten to assault me for making this review. He was screaming and carrying on like an 8year old.

Mike stayed late to get my car done. He also helped me out a few months back when I had a flat. Highly recommended

Very friendly and very up front! We re able to get me in for an appointment the same day I d called, which I appreciated. I feel like they were genuinely looking to help me with what was needed. Special props to Peter in the shop! :)

I had a leak in my tire and stumbled upon Kresge s on Google (we are not from the area). When we my husband called he was told we could come by right away. Not only did Michael patch up our tire in 3 minutes, he also noticed my check oil light was on and filled up my oil. We were out and on our way in 10 minutes! A+ for service and friendliness!

Very busy shop, I dropped in on a Thurs. morning asked if they could mount and balance some tires and with no hesitation they did. It's great to know there are business' out there that will bend over backwards to help. Thank you very much Mike and the team!

Mike is honest and personable and an great guy to do business with. He went above and beyond to help me with the issues I was having with my SUV. Excellent service & very reasonable rates.Truth is:A mechanic you can trust is priceless. Thanks Mike !

I called for a quote and Mike was very helpful making sure I wasn t getting wrongfully quoted for the work to be done by another mechanic. He even called them while still on the phone with me for exact details of the repair needed. Ultimately wasn t going to be much different in price, so I stuck with my initial appt. But for all future repairs I will go to Kresge s!

Came in with some problems thinking I had some serious issues, as well as a check engine light and a coolant leak that appeared after a visit to another shop. The guys there not only got my car in super fast, they found the problem that was causing the check engine light, found my coolant leak and showed me what my car needed... and I mean actually needed. So now my parts list alone has changed from over 2k to that much for the entire job!!! I couldn't be more pleased and will be having all of my service done there now.PS they rectified the coolant leak before I left the shop!!!This shop continues to impress me. Mike is the best

I ve had several of my vehicles serviced here and have always felt informed of what my options were before the work was done. I appreciate Mike s up front estimates of costs and his attention to wether a repair makes sense. He s steered me away from replacing parts that didn t need replacing. Does a great job undercoating cars for protection from Vermont road salt.

Kresge's is absolutely hands down the best experience I've had with an auto mechanic. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and get your car repairs done here.

I'm this little Tennessean that had two blown tires, I told them about my situation and what happened to the tires!They helped get me back up on the road in timely manor!! Great Service.I might not know how to pronounce the shops name, but I know where I'm going to to get my car serviced!!Mike, YOUR AWESOME, and hes is a sweetheart and will help anyone he knows or don't out.Thanks again guys. Y'all helped me remember it could always be WAYYYYY worse than this small town girl has it.

Unbelievable service and very fair pricing.I was driving from Texas to Maine when one of my trailer's wheels began to smoke. Fortunately, the incident occurred in Brattleboro and a local gas station employee gave me Kresge's card; I drove to the shop, very slowly. Mike, the owner, dropped what he was doing and repaired the problem. 90 minutes later, I was on my way again. What could have been a major delay became only a minor inconvenience.Thanks again, Mike, I have a lobster for you if you ever get to Bar Harbor.

I just brought my car to Kresge's for the first time, and it was the best experience I have ever had bring my car to a shop.Not only was the service great they also gave me pointers on how to keep my car in good shape and save money down the road.I will definitely be bringing my car back for an alignment right before winter.Oh not to mention the prices were so much cheaper than the dealership and I felt good about giving them my money.Thanks a lot boys!!

My wife's gmc acadia was having alignment issues. Mike figured it was a sensor issue. The other mechanics weren't sure what was wrong with it. Hopefully someone can? Anyway! Mike seems like he knows the business of automotive industry. I wish him well.

Great place. Came right out and fixed my car ASAP for a very reasonable price. I will be going back any time I need work done. Great to find a good shop like this.

The owner was super personable and helpful. I brought my car during my lunch break, and it was ready by the time I got off work. I was well taken care of and would definitely go back.
