The staff here are exceptional. I stopped by to see a used Subaru that my boyfriend had been communicating with Luis about via email. When I stopped by, Tyler took care of me. He made good eye contact and I felt comfortable sitting down with him to talk numbers. He was relaxed and got to the point with me. Moreover, he was honest about with me re some things before i asked.Luis followed up with me and was willing to work with me.I would recommend Brattleboro Ford.

Brattleboro Ford was great to work with! Tyler was incredibly helpful and responsive. He worked with me to get to a price I needed to be at (lower than any dealer around for the model I was looking at) and made my buying experience seamless. They also delivered my vehicle in a timely manner and were very professional. I'll definitely look to them again for a car in the future even though I live 2+ hours away.

After having a less than stellar experience at another dealership about half the distance away from me, I contacted Brattleboro Ford and am really glad I did. They gave me a better price for a better vehicle, and they accommodated my requests to complete the deal remotely. They even delivered my new car to my driveway.Tyler, Anthony, and Evan took great care of us. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I went in looking for a truck for sale and sat down with the salesman Luis Perez, Luis able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable about the trucks history and was available for questions and helped me work out several different financial options making sure I got the best deal that fit my financial needs. He spent the time explaining all necessary paperwork with me. Luis even drove the almost two hours to deliver my truck to me. Great experience and would highly recommend asking for Luis next time you are at the dealership. Highly unique to have a dealership like this provide the service they did especially delivering the truck to me.

We were extremely please with the customer service and how quickly the purchase went with our new Bronco Sport. Our Salesperson Gerard was very personable and knowledgeable. We had drove over two and a half hours to Brattleboro Ford as they were the only dealership that had what we were looking for.We were NOT disappointed .

This car dealership purchased my vehicle but did not pay it off for over thirty business days. I also had to wait for my portion of the payment after being told that payment was on the way. The lack of payment is an indication that they may lack the funding to transact a payment.The unprofessionalism of this dealership truly is the epitome of almost all dealerships. As many of us know most dealerships if not all are less than honest or upfront and will take advantage of any situation that works in their favor.This dealership is no different. After claiming that they would pay the car off promptly, they gave every excuse in the book to delay payment. On top of that, they couldn't produce payment for what they owed us for the difference on the loan.They delayed, avoided and told every excuse in the book not to make good on the payment. Do not have them investigate or merely look at anything that may not be correct with the vehicle because they will take advantage of you and severely overcharge for less than five minutes of investigation.This will also be the first and last Ford we will ever purchase. We will be returning to Toyota. These aren't the Ford's of years past. The quality is not present and the quality of these vehicles is outright scary. Ford has the most recalls of any brand currently today.

The absolute greatest dealership I ve ever been to! Jarod was amazing in pointing me in the right direction. Heather was a sweetheart in staying by my side the whole time and walking me through everything! Evan was amazing with the numbers and going over all of the paperwork with me step by step! Lou was also amazing as well! I wouldn t have been able to get out of my horrible car situation if it wasn t for the amazing ford family that I am now apart of! I cannot thank all of them enough :)

Just bought my new 2022 Ford F250 today from Luis at Brattleboro Ford! I came in for this sales event thinking I won $10,000 but u fortunately I didn t win that prize! Their manager Charlie took the time to help explain the invitation to me, and I realized I overlooked a lot of fine print, and what the invitation actually says.Nevertheless I was going there to get a new truck so it all worked out!! I got a great deal, and do not have a payment for 90 days!Happy New Year and thanks again Luis and Charlie I love this new truck!

My sales experience with Tyler Sarringer was nothing less than outstanding. He helped me purchase my new 2023 Raptor which I absolutely love. The service in parts department took care of my car in a very short time and have a back on the road with a fresh tire that matched all my other tires that were brand new tires. Zack is awesome and they figured out how to use my FordPass points to cover the tire and all expenses. Thank you so much for your attention to detail.

I ordered a truck with Brattleboro Ford that was taking a while in production. Luis called and said they had a truck delivered that was exactly what I was looking for. I bought the truck and love it! Luis was great to work with. The follow up was fantastic. Will definitely do business here again.

I received some mail from them and the wife and I talked about going up. We went up Saturday.My situation in the car that I brought was extremely negative and I didn t think it would be possible to get out of it. The wife and I ended up walking out with a brand new 2023 Explorer and we won from the Mail inIt was an all-around win-win I certainly recommend anybody that s in a negative position, or in any position to go to Brattleboro Ford.

I'm very happy with the service I've received at Brattleboro Ford, especially recently. Zak Pike has been a model of courtesy and the people in the service department have done great work on my Ford Fiesta. It's my third Ford car and I have no complaints,except maybe when Ford discontinued producing the Ford Escort Station Wagon!!

After receiving a very convincing winning lottery ticket in the mail from this dealership, I called and made an appointment where they told me I can come and pick up $5000 CASH. When I got there, they instantly tried to make me sell my truck and sell me something on their lot. I m a college student and I drive 30 minutes just for them to tell me I did not win the prize on the ticket, which they did not tell me over the phone, while trying to upsell me. The guy also gave me a ticket for me to help him sell more cars. This is clearly a marketing technique, a pretty slimy one if you ask me.
