Chris was very helpful throughout our purchase of a used vehicle. We appreciated the straightforward honesty when it came to a paperwork delay that was out of everyone's hands. Kevin was also candid when it came to signing the paperwork, we did not feel rushed or pressured. As an added plus, they graciously allowed our "furkid" to join us inside while we buttoned things up.

Shane Greene was on top of his game and found me the car I wanted with the exact build I was looking for when my local place did little to nothing to look and Shane found me the car I wanted and all the specifics within an hour of me reaching out. He is amazing on finding you the car you want.The parts guy is very friendly and tries to help the best he canI would highly recommend working with Shane Greene and Tony Perry. Experience was great. It seems to always be a hassle when looking/purchasing a vehicle but everyone at AutoMall was great. Worked with John and found the perfect truck. It was the weekend so getting a payoff of my current vehicle was not going to happen until Monday. Was able to get an extended test drive for the weekend which I have never heard of before. Was able to take the new truck home and use it for a couple more days and really feel it out. Came back in Monday night and finalized the paperwork. Tony in Finance was great and efficient. We were out in a couple hours. We traveled over from NH and glad we did.

Such a smooth and prompt process from start to finish with Shane Green. He was personable and made us feel at ease without that typical salesly feel you can get at dealerships. When picking up our new vehicle any questions we had were resolved honestly and generously by Sales Manager Kevin Clark. We would highly recommend this dealership.

This is now my 4th vehicle purchased through auto mall and my experiences keep getting better and better. Dealing with Chad the gm was very easy and with no issues. My salesman Shane was awesome! From helping me with paperwork and explaining everything I needed to know. Shane goes above and beyond for his customers. I ll see you in a few months for my wife s new vehicle!

We found ourselves in a car emergency. From service to sales we had the most wonderful experience with the team at Automall. Shane and Michael in sales, and Jeremy in services, all worked hard to make a terrible day better and provided my whole family with the care, attention and fair service I have not experienced at another dealership. We are not local, but will happily return for this level of service!

My fianc� bought a used 2015 jeep rubicon from this place and not even a year after owning it, it needs an entirely new engine. The warranty that the Brattleboro auto mall SOLD him does not cover the new engine because of the aftermarket parts on the vehicle. The aftermarket parts were already installed on the vehicle PRIOR to purchase. He DID NOT install any modifications or anything. My fianc� has not had his vehicle for over four months because Brattleboro auto mall is holding onto it since we cannot afford to pay 12,000 dollars for a new engine. Brattleboro auto mall also wants us to pay over 3,000 dollars for diagnosing the engine issue. This place is horrible and full of dishonest people. I can t believe that this establishment would sell a vehicle with an already existing problem. I would advise to avoid buying a vehicle from these untrustworthy people and take your money elsewhere. They ve caused us nothing but stress. Also, the vice president of Brattleboro auto mall was supposed to reach out to my fianc� after he contacted the better business bureau. They never contacted him. These people only want to take your money and make as much money as possible. They do not care about people as individuals, they will not fight for you or be on your side. I am greatly displeased and angered by how this wretched place has dealt with this situation.

Chris helped me buy a perfect pre-owned car from beginning to end. I saw what I wanted online, contacted him, test-drove the car and bought it all in the same day. Ask for Chris when you go, although all the salespeople here are trustworthy.

My husband and I bought our first duramax from Shane Green a couple of weeks ago. Was very pleased with how quick and professional he was and how he recognizes and comes out to greet us when we went there for a new windshield on the truck. Be sure to fine Shane if something there catches your eye!

Almost buy a truck that was offered to me as 0 accident and clean carfax drove over 4hrs because it was what I was looking for. upon arrived the paint of the right side of the bed the paint looked clowdy.I tried to get the truck for less and they insisted that the price of the truck was a bargain even tho tires were bald .So got home and stil was thinking to go back and buy the truck but start doing more reaserch and find out that the truck was involved into an accident .Reported to them and they denied it VIN:1C6SRFKT3NN194243 so beware if planning to buy here

Bought a 2014 Ford F350 from here and it was such a great experience all questions were answered promptly and they were very accommodating. I can't thank them enough. Definitely look for Shane while there looking for your next vehicle. He's a great guy in the sales department. Me being in Aroostook County Maine and him in VT never even prompted any issues. Buyer beware. We recently purchased a SUV from here. It was filthy inside. The salesman said he sent it to the detailing department three times, and the work was shoddy every time. He told us that if we took it to have it detailed and sent him the bill, they would reimburse us. We submitted it (the bill) to them weeks ago and have heard nothing by the way or reimbursement. He also told my husband that they put new tires on it. They did not. We ve had it only a couple of months and just had to put new tires on.

I guess like any other dealerships, they are there for the sale!! (P.S. finance guy, no personality!!!)My girlfriend bought a used vehicle and I bought a new vehicle, 2 sales one day.Girlfriend had issues, and they don't like to call her back??Never heard from the salesman, last moment the service department calls her about her issue and to verify her appointment THAT SHE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT..Poor communication?? Or not caring??

They will take advantage of you even if you are going through very hard times. Lie to your face and tell you a different story after you pay- they recently sold me a car and they were fully aware my son is awaiting a heart transplant in Boston. I told them it was very important the AC was working. They Made me wait all day while the car was In the shop never fixed the AC and put more problems on my plate while already in a very hard time. Its sad people are snakes like this- never was i contacted after the response they left on here either. These guys are sharks beware

Beware buying anything from these dishonest Horrible people. They lie and waste time to push you into buying there overpriced vehicles. Will say one thing then completely disregard there statements. They will lie to you and take advantage of you no matter your situation

We brought in our Chevy for an inspection sticker because of a check engine light. It needed a few parts and they told us they were on backorder. Three weeks later we get a call to let us know that our vehicle was "vandalized and broken into"! Like what!? So, now they had to order more parts for the vandalization. They told us Friday. Friday comes and goes, then Monday comes, it'll be Tuesday, and finally we get it on Wednesday. We FINALLY get it back $4,000 later and now guess what? I'm sorry, we can't give you a sticker you have to drive for 200 miles before we will. We drive it and the check engine light comes back on. I make an appointment to go BACK. I'm sorry we can't give you a sticker, we have to clear the light THEN you have to drive it 200 miles. So, I cancelled the appointment. $4,000 later still no sticker and check engine light on. Don't waste your time or money, just a money grab. Oh and you're at risk for getting your vehicle broken into! It's a gamble here for sure. We will say that Amy was very nice, it's not her fault that the techs were incompetent.

Service department is either dishonest or unskilled. Over the winter my wife bought our Acadia in after a trip up from NY. The oil light was on and the car was very low on oil. There was smoke coming from the engine so we assumed something was wrong. After a day, they told us that ALL the engine seals were bad. Quoted $3000 to replace. I felt like I had no choice but in hindsight I should have gotten a second opinion. Had to rent a car to go home, then come back a week later with another car to pickup. Noticed that the ride was horrible in front end. Took to my local dealer and he said the front struts were shot. Said they most likely hung the engine from the struts while they replaced the seals instead of supporting it on a lift. That cost me another $600 so over $4k spent. A month later the same exact thing happened. I just added oil and it was fine. Turns out the car with 180,000 miles was just burning oil excessively. Either they didn't think about it, or knew it but decided to make some real money. Probably the NY plates did me in and I felt completely taken advantage of. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Truck delivered with fuel tank hanging off. Paperwork incorrect with wrong drivers license. Paperwork not sent for review as asked. Instead emailed minutes before truck arrived. Truck shakes above 65 mph, told they can t look at it for at least 2 weeks.Update:Front tires were flat spotted and replaced under warrant the next day after speaking with sales manager Mike. I m still not sure how 2 out of four tires could be flat spotted, but the front shake is gone, rear might have vibration. Overall this review will be updated to a 4. But I can not recommend buying a GMC right now. Brattleboro AutoMall would be an average dealership if the manufacturer produced better vehicles. But they don t seem to be equipped at this point to make a purchase and follow . If you have problems you might feel like you have a $90k paper weight on your hand, but Michael came through getting us into service and service was fast, efficient, and friendly. So dealer goes from 1 to 4. But choose a Ford if that is an option until GMC improves quality and price.

Kevin knows his stuff! Upon taking delivery of our truck he went over every button in the cab of the truck. This was so helpful considering how many features the truck comes with. And they added note when we left to call if we have any questions or issues was fantastic!Vincent was kind enough to respond so very quickly about our inquiry and set up our appointment on the spot when we decided we wanted to look at purchasing the truck.Tony finalized our paperwork with speed and accuracy. If we had any questions he was happy to answer themOverall it was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle!

Service rep went out of his way to make sure I knew the status of when my truck would be ready to be picked up throughout the day; AND since I couldn't get there before Service closed, he made sure I could still get it picked up the same day (since a winter storm was going to begin later that night). He made arrangements with the Sales department for me to pick it up after Service hours. I felt the Service department made sure that I wasn't without my 4WD truck for the winter storm - the extra touch to have the tech take the care to have it ready same-day was a big plus. Thanks to both employees in Service for taking care of things for me!!!

We had a great experience with Brattleboro Auto Mall when purchasing our 2020 GMC 3500! We were having difficulty finding the GMC truck that met all of our requirements and they were selling very quickly...but we finally found two GMC's at the Brattleboro Auto Mall. We are from MA and we had never purchased a vehicle from out-of-state so we weren't sure what to expect. The team at Brattleboro Auto Mall made it very easy to purchase from out of state and handled all of the necessary paperwork. We did all of the negotiating and signing via phone and e-mail which saved us a lot of time in the buying process. The sales team (John and Nate) and financing (Tony) were easy to deal with, respected our time during the process and kept us informed about the demand for the truck we wanted. We are very happy with our new GMC 3500 and would definitely purchase another vehicle from Brattleboro Auto Mall!
