Beware buying vehicles from this place- they lie and take advantage of anyone they can. They say one thing and then change there story after you pay

BUYER Beware....DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICESOn February 20th 2020 we drove to the dealership to buy a used Chevrolet traverse, upon checking the car few things were pointed out to the sales person and we were told that it will be taken care of, upon delivery of the car and as I drove it the car had the same problems, called the dealership and complained and the car was picked up for the second fix and the dealer had it for a few days, the car was dropped off again and upon driving the card after the 3rd fix it still had the same problems with nothing done to it.The problems were the following,1. Brakes are soft and the car doesnt stop on time.2. Car tilts to the right and as it drives and it's very hard to control the steering wheel.3. Steering wheel wobbles as the car drives and excessively vibrates and shakes.I called and complained to the sales manager (Nate) and instead of listening to the problem in hand he started threatening me if I were to complain more about this that he will toss the car back in my driveway and that there is nothing I can do about it.Called the general manager Chad and left him a message but have not heard anything back from him or his office.The dealership still has my car since the purchase date....please stay away from this dealership.

Fair, fast, thorough. They have helped me keep my 2013 Equinox running good at over 200,000 miles and still counting!!!

Service writers were wicked knowledgeable and willing to help all they can. Parts dept of course aIs always awesome.

Great staff,knowledgeable techs,freindlys environment,feel like ur part of a family when u get to talking to them. In and out service.
