Absolutley amazing!Amazing staff, amazing business, amazing service!I bought an Audi recently and of course Audi charges through the roof with extended shipping times on ordering OEM new parts. Twice now Ive called Brown s from multiple friend recomendations. Both times theyve not only slashed the cost that Audi wants but, had the part on site and ready for me!2 crippling car failures and they were the saving grace to get my car up and running again ASAP at a cost I could actually afford!

I have worked with Garrett and Caitlin for years! They re awesome people! The whole staff is really. Recently purchased a mirror and a clock for my 99 crv. Parts came in a day and looking showroom new! Can t recommend them enough !

Yo, I got to tell y'all. These people right here are legit. They helped restore my faith in humanity. On the other side of the country they mailed me an alternator and it was way more than fair priced. They are a godsend and now I'm driving on the road again :-) thank you so much and God bless

Very good!The sales person I spoke with (Ms. Wells) was very helpful and assisted me in finding the correct part I needed at a great price.The part showed up less than 24 hours after placing the order, fully functionalWould recommend!

This is my go to place for quality used parts for our customers- prices are great- service is excellent- delivery is quick- they offer a solid warranty and have access to both used and remanufactured parts- I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great service, bought a used CVT transmission with 84K for my 2010 Outback. It went missing in Shipping but Tanya went out of her way to locate it, was found left behind at dock. Was delivered next day as promised. Unit was in great shape and has been in for a month and so far runs flawless. I would highly recommend Brown's for great customer service and parts.

Great service. I can't say enough about these guys. I'm in Texas and they shipped me my part within a week. I think the guy I dealt with name was John. Good folks. Definitely going back if I need anything else!!

Awesome place for parts! Needed a fender for a Jeep, and they found one with the exact color code needed. Replaced and looks as good as new!

I love how fast Browns is to find parts availability for you, even if they don't have it there. The customer service is always awesome! I bought parts from Tory for two or three vehicles now, and he always found the part me and answered any questions I might have! It's a great local business and local people to support.

Great pricing and easy to work with. Tory took great care of me and answered all my (many) questions prior to shipping out an engine and transmission. What is more is the little issues I had after the sale they went above and beyond to help me and stood behind their product. I highly recommend them, thank you so much guys!

I've been buying parts from Brown's now for almost 2 years. I very rarely have any issues and am always pleased with their parts and customer service. Call Garrett over there for fast, friendly and knowledgeable service.

For those out there looking for a part this would be the place I would start and I think this would be the one you will go back to from then on. not only and did they have part you need they meet the requirements The customer service reps. Are very knowledgeable and respectful and get what you need in a very timely matter! ships the very next day if you order it before 5 o'clock. They look up the part and it has several different pictures in different angles to make sure you know what your getting.The pricing is very fair and Tory in my opinion is one of the best salesman I have ever come in contact with

The guy was very rude when I asked him. If he sold salvage cars or knew where I could buy one. Was Very rude about it very unhelpful being in this type of business they should know places to send valued customers.

When it comes to buying used car parts, you never really know what you are going to get. I worked with a sales person by the name of Garrett. Not only did he find the right part, it was delivered to me on time and in excellent condition, just as he described. Thanks again Brown's, and a special shout out to Garrett! I will definitely be buying more parts from Brown's!

Excellent service, vast inventory. Got a set of tires here for a song and they have been working great for ~10,000 miles now. bought another set for a truck, same story. Very nice staff. Don't waste your money on new parts, go there and save a ton!

I ve got to say Browns Auto Salvage by far seceded my expectations! I dealt with Caitlin, and she was wonderful to work with! The shipping cost was more than we both anticipated and she was able to get the deck lid cheaper for me to make up for the extra shipping cost!!! She was very patient with me, they shipped it from Vermont to me in WI on a homemade pallet with tons of screws and lots of of bubble wrap and shrink wrap! And also thick pool noodle type styrofoam around the edges of the sensitiveareas of the deck lid!! Anyone can tell a lot of time was involved!! No scratches! No Dents or dings!! The packaging was phenomenal! They really do meet their customers needs and I couldn t be any happier with Browns Auto! I was very nervous having something ship that far to me on a semi but well with the money!! Thanks again!!! One happy customer! You have no idea!

This place is GREAT. Team PRP facility so they don't sell sketchy parts. The staff there is awesome and very helpful. Large selection of quality used parts with more than one location to serve your needs. I have been going here for a long time because the auto salvage yards near me are pretty shady. Nothing shady at Browns. You get exactly what you pay for.

Fantastic customer service. I needed a replacement door for my vehicle. Rus was kind enough to immediately call me back to let me know that he not only had the part in stock, but that he would truck it down to southern VT free of charge. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Our repair facility frequently purchases recycled parts From Browns. We are always impressed with the high level of customer service we receive from Mike Cole. On the rare occasion we have an issue with one of the parts, Mike takes care of it quickly and hassle free. They are definitely our preferred recycled parts vendor!

It does not take me long to get a response from any of the salesman. Garrett has been helping me out a lot with the right salvage parts and always has a positive attitude when dealing with me. He does what he can to get the right part for the job and if there is an issue he gets back to me right away. If there was a scale for 100 stars, then he would get a 100.

I want to take a moment and thank the staff at Brown's Auto Salvage, their efforts to provide top notch service in a tough industry has not gone unnoticed. Thank you to my salesman Tory and my delivery driver Bob for always going above and beyond the call of duty to provide me and my company with service deserving of a 5 start rating!

Prices are extremely high. I would reccomend calling rosen and berger in Rutland as they have much more affordable pricing.As a response to the reply given..... no, I am not basing the 2 stars on a 15 y.o. part I never purchased. I am basing it on 10 years of trying to do business here. I called for a headlight last summer... was quoted $600!!! When I replied "wow" the immediate reply was a sarcastic "I know! I thought it would be more expensive too." Also it wasn't in stock (shocker) and needed to be ordered.I then called your competitor up the road 20 minutes and they had one there for $175. The prices here are completely insane and the staff is generally unfriendly.

I ordered a dark blue tailgate for a 2016 Dodge Ram, and after 1.5 hours to get there, 3 hours round trip, the tailgate that I bought is red! When I talked to the desk person who took my order he remembered us discussing the color, but he said I could always paint it. Unbelievable.

I work at Warner's Auto Body and we deal with Russ @ Brown's almost on a daily basis. The customer service, speediness and quality of the parts is the best around. Highly recommended !!!!!
