I needed a couple of trailer tires. The trailer was old and they didn't make the size anymore that came with it. So they took their time to research and find the best fit. Dave the store manager was a big help no B.S., Which I like. 5 stars all day!

I made a long journey from Philadelphia to Montpelier for work, and unfortunately, I experienced a flat tire. The professionals at this workshop swiftly repaired my flat tire by replacing it with a spare tire within just 20 minutes. They even went the extra mile by offering to inspect the remaining tires for potential issues or damage during the next three weeks while I'm in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend these individuals who genuinely prioritize customer care in a compassionate manner. I happened to visit their shop after 5:20 pm on a chilly autumn day, and they still managed the situation with exceptional care and professionalism.

Today was my first visit to Town Fair Tire and had the best experience!It was so easy to order tires and make an appointment in line.Corey at the front desk was so knowledgeable and helpful. He even checked the wear on my tires to determine if I my truck needed an alignment.I have told everyone!!!

I came in today hoping for a quote and an appointment for tomorrow.Instead, I got 2 new tires with full protection, a new valve stem, an alignment, and some of the kindest most genuine customer service interactions I ve ever received all in under an hour.Corey not only provided me with excellent service but was also kind and took time to explain everything to me. He s also just downright likable.The team discovered that what I told was a nail in my tire was actually a fault valve stem. I really appreciated this attention to detail, it made me feel like they took the time to make sure they assessed everything properly.Overall, everyone I interacted with today was friendly, kind, and efficient. I won t go anywhere else in Vermont for my tire needs.Thanks dudes!

Corey was great at making recommendations for the perfect tire. Staff were friendly and they take pride in how a vehicle looks with new rims and tires. I also witnessed them work with another customer who came in with a blown tire and they promptly accommodated.

Went to this location with a hole in my front right tire. I was helped by Corey and he was amazing!! His expertise was that of a trusted advisor and I really appreciated the time he spent finding me the best solution. I will continue to always bring my tire needs to town fair.

Well-stocked store with friendly and helpful staff. I got a slow flat while driving around and pulled in for diagnosis. Prompt service. Unfortunately, I needed a new tire, which they had in stock and changed quickly. They waited patiently while I negotiated with Hertz for the best course of action! Thanks, team!! Was down in the area visiting when I noticed I needed some better winter tires for the truck. I stopped in and spoke with Corey Love about what sizes I could put on without any issues. Ended up going with a little larger tire and didn't have any issues. Staff were great and Corey was knowledgeable. Would definitely go there again.

I have been to town fair tire on three occasions so far. On two occasions they did the service I needed for free as a courtesy. On the third occasion, the price was cheaper than anybody else in the area. More important still is the fact that they are kind, considerate and interested and what s good for the customer rather than predatory like so much of American commerce today.I unreservedly give town fair tire a five star review in my total recommendation.PS I got my incredibly good service from Jake. Say hello to him. You ll love talking to him.

Great service changing my vehicle over to winter tires today. I was a little nervous with the recent mixed reviews, but Ian and Drew at the front desk were kind, respectful, and helpful. Dave also made a great batch of coffee to keep us warm while we waited.

David & the team today were amazing! I got an unexpected flat tire last night & called them first thing this morning! David reassured me that everything would get fixed ASAP. To the guy who checked my tire sensors right away as well (didn t catch his name) thank you. You guys are awesome & extremely kind to your customers. I will most definitely recommend to others. Thank you again for getting my car back on the road!

I was in Vermont for a few days and quickly realized I needed new tires. Jake was amazing.. he was kind and very helpful. As a long time customer of Town Fair Tire this location is absolutely the best I have been too. Couldn t have asked for a better experience when purchasing tires.

Jake went above and beyond! Will def come back. He knows how to take care of a customer!Update: hit a curb came back in because Jake had me buy protection I saved over a hundred dollars. Also, David, Ian and Cory all had amazing service. I can t stress enough how they take great care of their customers.

Corey at the Berlin town fair tire was excellent. I needed a tire swap and an alignment. Corey fit me in the schedule with little notice and in no time I was back on the road. Great service, fast, friendly. Because of Corey I will be using this location for all of my future wheel/tire needs.

David & his team are absolutely fabulous from beginning to end! Professional, but caring - I drove out yesterday feeling like I was valued as their customer. Despite being extremely busy, David took the time needed to ensure this job was done right. I appreciate this group and the service they provide - and I highly recommend them

Amazing service and exceptional care. The guys at this shop truly understand going the extra mile. They not only overnighted a tire they provided an alignment to make sure my trip back to CT could continue without another night in the hotel. David and the group there really helped out a traveler passing through!! All my tires from now on will be purchased through Town Fair Tire.

My truck experienced a flat tire today due to running over a nail. This place was friendly, accommodating, and got me in right away for an appointment. Not only that, but repaired the tire free of charge for me since I was a member. Couldn't recommend enough.

Town Fair Tire gave me awesome service today! Had four new winter tires put on two months ago, and one of them developed a slow leak very recently. They found the leak right away and patched it right up! The service hardly cost anything. Thanks to mechanic Dave and customer service guy Ian!

These folks are a joy! Today has been a real junker of a day. Blown tire and the solution was a full set replacement. David and his team were patient, understanding and explained everything .Definitely will be back to buy my next tires and to get my vehicle aligned and rotations done. I drive a mini, they are finicky .these guys are familiar and confident with my car.Highly recommend TFT in Berlin!

Jake, Dave, and Shane volunteered to stay late in order to get a new tire on the car. We arrived at the store 10 minutes before close with a spare tire and a 3 hour drive ahead of us and they were gracious and quick about fixing it right up. Could not be better

Great experience after a tire puncture on the weekend while on vacation. Ian evaluated and started the repair process rapidly and the team stayed past closing to get the job done.

My uneven tire wear was making it so my car-singing sounded more like Jewel yodeling than the amazing Noah Kahan I was going for. Called several other tire places closer to home but no one could get me in until next week. Enter Town Fair Tire . They got me in immediately and the friendly, fast service was more than worth the drive. I ll be coming here for all my tire needs now. Oh, and the comfiest chairs in the waiting room. Such a good find!
