Joe and the crew were exceptional in assisting me from making recommendations on the tires, to the day they got installed. With the specialized tires coming in over $1,000., this level of service means I'll be a returning customer!

If only I could give zero stars My wife had a flat that was beyond repair. I called and informed the manager, Joe, that I would need to have the vehicle towed to the shop and that I just wanted the one tire replaced as I have an appointment next week to have winter tires installed. Later, I get a call saying that due to company policy they must sell me two tires or nothing at all. I explained that money is tight and I only need the one tire, but Joe refused even after knowing my plan before I paid for the tow service. This left me no choice but to pay for two tires rather than another tow bill to a different shop. Joe then became rude on the phone stating that I should have gone to a different shop. The manager, Joe, took advantage of my situation today and has definitely lost any future business from my family. I ll be sharing this experience far and wide in hopes that nobody else has to go through this.

This place is the best! Both VT Tire and Town Fair said they were too busy, but Tire Warehouse patched my tire and sent me on my way. On a Saturday afternoon, this basically saved my work week! I will be bringing my business here from now on. You should too!

This tire place is the best! Same day that I called and asked for tires, not only did they have my size, but where able to put them on the second I arrived. I can't thank them enough, perfect timing for tonight's storm. I will definitely be returning.

I have been to the tire warehouse in Berlin before and always received great customer service, even if it was not what I wanted to hear. Well today changed that. After they looked at my tires the gentleman at the counter, I believe his name was Tyler, and in a terse way say do you understand or I don't want to keep going i Circles. I left very dissatisfied. Not because of what he said it was how he said it. You don't ever talk down to a customer just because it's been a long day or your having a hard day. I would not recommend this place anymore and would say go somewhere else, unless you want to be talked down to.

We scheduled an appointment online and it was confirmed 5 minutes later. I called to just let them know we would be five minutes late and the guy promptly responded thats not my schedule I cant do that. So I tried to politely let him know well just an FYI you have a calendar online that allows people to book and its wide open so you should change that. He immediately said I have to go and hung up. Did not acknowledge that we have an approved appointment and did not even try to reschedule use. Don't waste your time with this location.

Scheduled an appointment by phone only to show up and be told they won t install new tires that were not purchased from them, given the time of year it would have been nice if the employee on the phone could have mentioned that so I could have scheduled another appointment at a competent shop before they will all booked out for the next month

Great service! I have come to tire warehouse twice. Once to buy a set of tires and once when I had a hole in my tire on a Saturday. I m not going to go anywhere else from now on! My first experience was great I had a very friendly women who walked me though my purchase and really helped me choose the tires that were the best fit for me. The second time Joe helped me and was phenomenal. Their hours are super convenient and their service is speedy. I m beyond pleased and so are my tires :)

I had the worst experience in this place. I bought tires online and the price included the installation done by a couple of "professionals". We traveled for an hour the day of the appointment, we arrived on time and they did not want to serve us because they did not have enough staff. While we were coming back, they called us because they had a place available and we had to come back. After an hour, they changed all the tires placing 3/4 on the opposite side (inside, outside). When we came back to get the job fixed, they turned us away, treated us rudely, and didn't want to do their job. We had to go elsewhere and pay again to get their mess fixed. I would never go back and I regret having chosen that place for my car. If I could not give it any stars, I would.

Low tire pressure sensor came on today. So grateful to be able to get in before the tire went flat. I tried putting in air but the pressure wasn t climbing. Folks diagnosed a leaky valve stem and had us back on the road in no time.

I have tried to give TW the benefit of the doubt. Time and time again, I purchased expensive tires from them despite believing that my tires were fine. This last time, I had a flat on some expensive winter tires they sold me only 3 months before. I took the flat tire in for them the fix. The manager - who had a very bad temper - told me the tire was ruined and I need to purchase another for $190. I took the tire down the road to the place that's always crowded and it was fixed perfectly for $20. Guess there's a reason the OTHER place is crowded. Three strikes and a bad manager .... I will never go to Tire Warehouse again. There's a better place only a mile away. Go there!

I have had to stop in twice for puncture repairs. The second time, 3 of the 4 tires on the car were shot including the one with a whole. They took great care of me and got me back on the road. Will be returning in the future.

Great place and great deals. The managaer is great came in for a flat repair had a nail in my tire guys did a great job and took like 10min to get everything done for me while being verbally assaulted by another customer because she didnt like the price of a tire and that they couldnt fix her tire. They were very professional handling the situation and even appolagized to me for having to witness such a scene from a rude customer. Will definitly come back for anything i need.

My mother and daughter and I were vacationing from out of state and desperately looking for help fixing a bulging tire on our rental car. We called Tire Warehouse for help about 15 minutes before they closed, and we were told if we could get the car to them before they closed, they'd put a new tire on for us. We got there about five minutes before closing, and they replaced the tire for us and had us on our way not long after. We really appreciate their efforts, especially so close to closing. Their kindness lifted our spirits!

I went to Tire Warehouse after getting the phone tag run around with Town Fair tire. I got same day tire installation and very polite customer service with Tire Warehouse. In the future I will not bother with Town fair tire and use Tire warehouse as my go to tire business.

I highly recommend these guys, All the guys that work there are nice and hard working. I had an issue with one of my rear tires on one of their busiest days and they were able to get me in within an hour and get it done before the end of the day. They also set me up with four new tires with a pretty good price. If I would of gone elsewhere I'm sure it would have been much more. They have pretty good deals ! Any tire shops I've gone into are normally pretty nasty but this one was very clean and organized.

Best place around for tires and tire service. They can swap over 4 tires with NASCAR like speed and always make sure everything is good to go! The incredibly good looking manger Joe, is honest, knows his stuff, and definitely won t steal your girlfriend with his charming smile and personality. He will however give you the best service and price in town!

I called to get a price on winter tires today. I started off asking if they had a few minutes, I understand they're dealing with customers too and wanted to be able to get a few price options. After 10 minutes the person I was talking to had the phone taken away from him and I was told they shouldn't have answered. I remained patient though they wasted my time. The next person gave me one price and then acted frustrated and told me to look up prices online. The whole conversation wasted 10 minutes of my time, which one would think would be sufficient time to give me a few price on tires. I understand when places are busy but they handled it poorly and I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Made an online appointment to swap my tires on 12/13 for 12/17 (I chose to use online because it was an easy available option). I got an email confirmation of the appointment then a couple days later received another confirmation for a different date. I called to make sure my original appointment was still valid.The person who answered the phone was short with me, he told me I was not on the schedule, they are booking a week and a half out and inferred that I had just made the appointment. When I corrected him that I made the appointment earlier in the week and I wished I knew that information as I would have called sooner to schedule. He hung up on me. It is fair to say I will not be utilizing this business moving forward.

Stopped in with a slow leak tire and 15 minutes later drove off with it fixed. Inexpensive, fast and friendly service.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. They are professional, courteous, and work quickly with excellent communication to help get you back on the road. They have totally saved me not once but twice with flat tire disasters, which could have easily wrecked my day but having them take care of everything so quickly turned a nightmare situation into a positive experience. They are so kind and flexible with difficult work schedules to ensure that you can maintain prior commitments. Joe and Levi are awesome! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work, and to all the techs for completing work accurately and quickly. Best tire guys in the biz!

I m from out of state caught a flat on the side wall. They put my spare on, ordered me a tire and it was there that afternoon. Had 3 guys jacking the car up taking the spare off and pulling the flat off. Really treated me like I was going there for years. I was still able to ski the day and when I was done they had my tire mounted and ready for me. 110% recommend. Great group of guys

We had a wonderful experience after getting a flat tire. We were prepared to shell out for two new tires, but Joe and the team were able to identify the issue as minor, and repair the existing tire. Their hours and service are great, we are now forever customers.

VERY happy with our visit today! Joe put us at ease and got us right in with great kindness. They found the root of the problem within minutes of being there, and even brought out the tire to show us what it was! He was friendly, the service was speedy, and the facility itself is inviting- Not things you d find at every tire place around the Barre/Berlin area! 6/5 stars if the ratings went that high!
