I have owned many trucks and have dealt with many service departments. Capital GMC has been the best to deal with so far. Getting appointments is pretty easy, the service department staff and the mechanics are very helpful and always keep you informed. Kristen Michaud, the service manager, is very hands on and is always trying to make the experience better.

Wonderful experience!!! Very attentive to my cars needs!!!! Loved the video of the auto expert under my car!!! The auto expert pointed out on the video what needed to be done....a very reassuring experience...in Vermont winters and road conditions can be rough...it is very important to me to have things done so the season goes smoothly! Waited in a comfy room stocked with water...really felt at home...truly had the best time! Felt confident when driving away that the car and I were ready for what winter will be bringing!!! Thank you so much! So appreciated the stellar service!!!

You are not very professional, you are not there for your customers, you do not stand behind your vehicles, we took our vehicle to you guys for all service work required and your techs never caught on that there was something wrong with our transmission after my husband brought it to your departments attention SEVERAL times! Our vehicle has very low mileage and should have NEVER had any type of transmission issues considering we brought it to you guys almost every 6 months for maintenance. You all are money hungry shady people and have no clue what you are doing definitely are not trained professionals because if you were then this would have been caught 6 months ago. My recommendation to new customers go else where. Do not buy from GMC.

Called up, tri d to ask a few questions, "woa woa woa, I can't help you" ok, well can you answer a simple question?"No o cannot, sorry buddy" and hung up the phone. Never been here, the person on the phone doesn't know me, so I'm not your "buddy." No need to go here or recommend speaking with anyone.

It's a drive for me so even though I did purchase my GMC through this dealer I've never returned for service work (despite the offer of free oil changes) I did return for a recall, when the chips finally came in for my new vehicle. I love the new drive in service garage. Very handy in bad weather. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly. The waiting area was comfortable and well stocked with beverages. All in all a pleasant experience.

When I dropped off I was told it would be a three hour appointment. I asked the tech at the desk to please call my cell when the car was ready as I was staying in town. My husband and I left in his vehicle, went to lunch, shopping, etc in Barre. Two hours later a co-worker texted me, telling me my car was done, and that it was outside with the keys in it. I found it irritating that rather than calling me at the number I left, they called my work number on file. I found it horrifying that my car was left outside, unattended, with the keys in it. This is the most expensive thing I own and I am diligent about always locking up. I literally got dropped off in the parking lot, got into the car and left without anyone even looking my direction. What if that hadn't been my car?Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great personal service with a friendly smile. Explained the work done and help me save money by finding a discount coupon online and utilizing my GMC Rewards. Only use their service department so all my records are maintained and available there for me and any future purchaser. I had my new vehicle undercoated and paint protectant applied. They always do a great job and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for sales and service as well. I have to drive over an hour and half to get there and it s worth it!

I went to capital city because I was short on time and my main mechanic went on vacation last sec, the waiting took about 40 minutes but definitely was well worth the wait because my 2018 Toyota Camry SE rides as if it s Brand new again!:)Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

My 2022 GMC Terrain SLT kick open hatch sensor, didn't seem to be working for me, all the time. They were especially nice, even though it appears to only be me, it's sketchy with.
