Everyone there was super nice and helpful. I like a place when you pick out your tires where you get to feel the treds before they just slap the tires on your car. Will definitely be coming back if I need work done to check out their other services!

Place is a scam! Signs were posted out front for promotional pricing on alignments, see manager. I went inside and was quoted 79.99 for an alignment, male went to the alignment room to talk to the female doing the alignment and said he was sorry the promotion ended and it would be 129.99. Come to find out the lady doing it was my sons soon to be father in laws girlfriend so be careful if they don't like you, you will be scammed!

I brought my car in for a front end alignment yesterday. We dropped it off and ran a few errands and when we came back the gentleman behind the desk said no charge . We were stunned! He said it was almost perfectly aligned and he didn t need to do anything for it. You don t often find places like this anymore. Highly recommend.

Stopped in because the air in one tire was low. The employee that came out showed me just how bad the condition of all the tires were. YIKES! I had no idea. The employee showed concern for my safety and said they should be replaced immediately. I had an appointment and new tires within 3 days. The employees were awesome and so friendly. I am definitely grateful to them and will continue to do business there. Thanks guys!!! You Rock!!!!!

I went to TW to have my four studded snow tires put on. My car has hard-to-find tires, and even more difficult when I add studding. TW was more than happy to allow my tire vendor to ship my tires directly to them. I received friendly, fantastic, and fast professional service. Their fees are very very reasonable.My first trip to TW is when they took off my studded snow tires in May of this year (2023). That experience inspired me to set up today's appointment. I'm a very difficult consumer to impress. When I find a vendor, such as the Tire Warehouse, that provides great service, they receive my repeat business.Thank you, Jay. Tire Warehouse is what you would expect of a store that sells and installs tires. The selection fulfills most tire needs; I however had my online tire purchased shipped here for free and paid TW to install them.The staff was efficient, very helpful and friendly. The installation process was quick and effortless on my part. The hours are great; it was easy just driving in and having the work done.The general physical demeanor, as stated previously, is typical: functional, not attractive. Tires strewn across the showroom floor, basic chairs for waiting and dust covering pretty much everything. But, for the short time spent waiting, it was not unpleasant. And the free wifi is fast enough for videos. Bonus: the bathroom was clean.4.5 stars.

We just stopped by to put some air in our tire (10 min before closing on a Sunday!) and not only did they put air in, they fixed our tire! We had run over a bolt and it was lodged in the tire. We had no clue. Besides amazing and courteous service, they charged us nothing! I am so impressed and can t recommend them enough.

Went here because one of my tires was damaged from who knows what. I discovered it while on vacation. This place was fast and professional, and the man I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

This place is amazing. First, they have a functional Road Force balancing machine which seems rare. They also work really fast, they started working on my car immediately after I pulled up. Finally they properly torque bolts, something I'm often suspicious doesn't happen elsewhere.Highly recommend.

had bad service here I came to them because my tire pressure light was on so I wanted a quick air fill and check and see for a hole. at first he wasn t very friendly and barely even talked to me I had to ask what was even wrong with my tires after he said I was all set. I then asked him about my breaks and the noises it was making he said he d have to charge me to even look at them (while having free break inspection sign out the front) and it would be close to 2 grand to get new ones which is outrageous and definitely was trying to upcharge. very sketchy place, need better costumer service.

I went there for a set of four tires. I wanted a set of A/T. Instead they put winter tires on it. Not what I asked for. We guy doing the job was tall thin and rude. He got pissed cause someone went to lunch. And had an attitude. Left greasy finger prints on my rims. Had no respect for my truck or me. When he finished putting the wrong tires on he released the Jack's and slammed my truck on the ground. I have a 2018 silverado. And I have breakable stuff in the cab of my truck.My intentions was tires and front end allinement. After that episode with the tires. I did not want that man to touch my truck and preform the allinement. I'll go to a diffrent place and a car wash to clean my rims. I'll never be back to this location.The idiots there could not perform an oil change on another costumers car. He was there before me and was still there when I left

This place is always our go to when having tire emergencies. Recently had a bent wheel/rim and they quickly replaced another wheel/rim and advised on tire conditions. The rep, Austin, was professional and considerate. These guys work very hard in sometimes unpleasant weather and have never disappointed us. Reasonable prices and good service.

Super NICE workers! Smart and I was in an out so fast with a car steering wheel and tires that all now.go in the same direction . Appreciate how they do business, I'll be going here from now on

Highly recommend tire warehouse in Bennington for all your tire needs! Very friendly and accommodating staff, ask for Austin if you want top notch service! Best employee and he definitely deserves a raise!

This place has installed my tires and rims over the past few years and the service has been great. They answer my questions politely and help me understand issues when they arise. Recently my car started vibrating at highway speed. They balanced the tires, cleaned mud off the rims and replaced a missing tire weight in less than an hour at a fair price.

Needed to replace all four tires. Staff from manager J Loftus on down were all helpful. Gave me clear explanations as to other services. Gave me print out of two vehicle recalls I needed. Can't say enough about their service. I will be a repeat customer if need be and will recommend Tire Warehouse highly in the future.

Tire warehouse gave me great deals on my tires and the work that has to be done to my vehicle and the crew at the Bennington shop are very friendly and helpful with everything. They let you know what needs to be fixed or replaced

I came here simply to swap out my Winter tires for my all season tires.Once the tires had been switched, I flagged to one of the technicians that the tire pressure sensor was not working. Rather than checking it, he told me that it would reset itself after a few miles.It did not reset so I went back the following day, where another technician took 2 mins to check it, confirmed that the tire pressure sensor was faulty and swapped it out.Over the next few days, I had a slow leak in another tire. This time I took it to VIP Tire Services in Rutland, who checked the tire and detected that it was the valve slowly leaking air which they quickly fixed for me.In total, I have wasted three and a half hours traveling backwards and forwards to fix issues after the initial swapping out of my Winter tires.
