I ve purchased vehicles across the nation and this by far was the most pleasant and smoothest purchase I ve ever made. Nick made things very easy for us to do over the phone, and made sure that we got what worked for us. Larry also made things very seamless. From start to finish. We worked the deal over the phone and came in to sign and drive. By far best experience making a vehicle purchase. Will 1000% recommend this dealership.

Nick Lloyd was fantastic! I was looking all over the east coast for a RAM ProMaster 3500 159" EXT and he had one in stock. I put down a $1,000 deposit on my credit card and within a couple of days we drove from the metro Boston area to Bennington to pick up the vehicle. We arrived a little before noon and Nick gave us the keys and let us drive it to make sure it was what we wanted. After the test drive while Nick and his crew took care of the paperwork we went to grab lunch at the Avocado Pit. Nick was kind enough to pick me after lunch so that Carla could get a head start on the drive back to beat the impending snow storm. Back at the dealership we wrapped up the paperwork and I was on my way in time to make it home before the roads got treacherous. All in all a very pleasant, hassle free purchasing experience!

My wife and I Purchased a Grand Cherokee at this dealership recently. Sidney our sales rep was terrific from our first interaction to vehicle delivery. Her follow up has been fantastic. The finance team and all involved were outstanding. I would certainly recommend the folks at Stevens of Bennington if you are in the marked for a new our used vehicle.

Nick Lloyd was outstanding from start to finish. We were unsure which vehicle was the best fit for our family and Nick walk us through all the options. I was in the search for a new Jeep, so I decided to check out Stephen s. From the moment I arrived, Sydney was super accommodating. Along with all of the other staff, she was able to help me with any questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable getting in to the vehicle I wanted! Ended up happily leaving with a 2020 Jeep Cherokee which was in great condition. Luckily, Sydney made the buying process super easy & practically stress free. I will return the next time I am in the market!

These guys were absolutely great, accommodating, fair, made every effort to be totally transparent with pricing. Refreshing for a car dealership to say the least.They made sure i understood all the financing options, and the long term implications of one vs the other, then let me decide, no pressure no steering. They were the best deal, best buying experience. 10/10 recommend .

I would like to thank Sydney from Stephens of Bennington. We were traveling from out of town on Easter Weekend and my truck broke down, thanks to Sydney and the staff we were able to be back on the road with a brand new vehicle in a short time. I have NEVER in all my years had an easier buying and financing experience in my life. Nick was awesome, financing was fast and easy and it s been an incredible experience. The dealership is friendly, clean, inviting, and honest. GM is top notch. If they had more stars I d give them! Absolutely a great experience all around!

I went to stephens to have my dodge van fixed, they told me it was one of 3 things. They tried the first thing oh good news your cars up and running all set $1,000+ later then 5 days later my car is doing THE SAME THING. $1,000 to fix what, it was never fixed.When I walked in the gm refused me service because he knew they didn t fix it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. 100% scamming money pit dealership. I will never do business with Stephens again!

I have worked with numerous car dealers in Bennington, VT, and by far, Stephens of Bennington has been the best. Which is why I went back for a second time and will go back again. They worked very hard to get me what I wanted and then stepped up and got me the best vehicle. Nicest folks in all departments. Many thanks to all!

Stephens has been a dealer I ve used for a few years now. I have purchased multiple vehicles and much service has been rendered on my fleet. Professionalism is found here from everyone!! But .. my recent experience with Kieth was just outstanding. From the first phone call to handing me the keys to a new truck was painless and a pleasure. No hiccups, no waiting and no fuss. From start to finish this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. There was absolutely no sales pressure at all. All of our questions and phone calls were answered promptly. Nick went above and beyond when I walked in on his day off to look at the truck I eventually bought. He wasn t in a hurry and there was no pressure. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and it was great. Great place to get a vehicle.

Best experience buying a car. Mostly done over phone. Keith was great at finding what I wanted in a timely manner, stayed in contact with me and didn't try to up sell me on anything I wasn't looking for. Larry, in finance, was awesome. Had all my paperwork ready to sign when I came in. Whole process took 10min to complete with him. Again, didn't try to sell me services and warranties I didn't want. Will deal with these 2 guys again on my next purchase. Best duo in the car business.

Just got home with my new 21 Ram 2500 and dealer experience was great. I buy vehicles wherever I can find the deal and this was a good one. Nick is who I primarily dealt with and he did a great job. Highly recommend checking out their inventory!

Not your typical car buying experience..my Father started the purchase on a special order car and during the process became ill and ended up being hospitalized. I reached out to Keith and his kindness and professionalism put me at ease during an already very stressful time. I cant say enough good things about my experience. I felt comfortable with Keith immediately. He genuinely cared about my father's recovery and helped us navigate the paperwork and secure that car and bring it home. Jason Battis is an unbelievable salesman! He was welcoming from the start! Responded to me within a day of my inquiry and made it so easy for me to schedule a time to come in and test drive my Jeep!
