The special order last August with Alan was perfect, he explained my incentive and how to proceed. If he hadn t told me to read the fine print, I might have asked for a refund on my lightning. The purchase was flawless. Alan made sure my lightning was detailed and fully charged. Jeff in financing made it so easy and worked to make sure I had the best rate. All in all the staff was great. We would buy another vehicle from Coggins and are happy to recommend Coggins to all.

I have purchased new Fords from almost every dealership in upstate New York for personal and business use. I shopped St. Albans, Rutland and surrounding areas for a new Truck. The entire team at Oliver Ford went above and beyond for us. That being said our salesman Gabrial was a step above,just incredible. This was the smoothest,easiest car purchase we have ever had. Bought a used truck from them. The truck had a leak in the oil pan. The gm and the sales person brad and the service people came together and worked out a plan. They gave me a loaner truck to used until my was done, and they even dropped it off to my house witch is over two hours away. Couldn t have ask for better customer service. By far the best service I ve had. If you are looking for a new vehicle go talk to brad in service, wonderful guy to work with.

The eight month wait for a new car was frustrating, and exacerbated no doubt by the recent change in ownership of the dealership. Alan Bernard was a great salesman to deal with, very friendly and helpful over the many weeks that I kept popping in and asking "are we there yet?". The final purchase experience was spoiled by the - I am sure deliberately - opaque process of getting to a final "number" with trade, fees and taxes etc. and the repeated attempts by different people in the chain to up-sell added warrantees and waxes. Something that I thought car dealers had given up on years ago. But having said all of that - the initial experience of my first electric car is great and I look forward to driving it - and to doing more business with Oliver in Bennington.

If you are looking for an easy car buying experience go see Brad. He was very responsive to my emails and when I came in he was very welcoming. Would highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle.

Ordered a Bronco Sport. Alan led me through the process step-by-step, warning me that the whole thing might take 5 months, which it did. He answered all my questions promptly over that five months, and when the time came to take delivery, had me out in under three hours, including test drive, credit checks, title issues and all the rest. Solid job.

On Friday, we brought our car in because we had a check engine light on. The guys in service found a very expensive repair was needed. Todd called to tell me and was so kind and compassionate. The excellent service he provided for us led us to feel we finally found a dealership we could trust. We decided it was time for a new car and the very next day we drove one home. Gabriel helped us with the sale and was so easy to work with! No pressure and he gave me the time I needed to wrap my head around the situation. John helped us with financing and was equal as nice. Everyone we met was professional, friendly, and helpful. What a great team! We look forward to enjoying our Bronco and will see you guys for service.

So we went to Coggins to look at a Toyota truck that wasnt really what we needed. They found us an amazing deal on a Ford F250 that we couldn't pass up. The sales team was very accommodating to our not so perfect situation. Thanks to Seth, Shanna & Scott we are now owners of my husband's dream truck!!!!! Our old car broke down and we decided to buy a new Bronco. We called Jon and he sent a car for us so we could get to the dealership. They had the exact car we wanted. Jon worked quickly to arrange financing and we went from a sad Monday with a broken old car to happy owners of a new Bronco. Jon was very professional and went out of his way to get us there. We live 30 miles away and he made it happen.

Don t waste your time with this dealership. I drove 2 hours stayed overnight to go purchase a car from them because the salesman was a young man who was totally honest and sincere and went above and beyond to earn this sale which he deserved to no honest but the new General manager pulled a sneaky trick by with the numbers by adding a $1995 Ceramic wax on a used car which wasn t on the first quote . Absolutely crazy that he tried to sneak it in. He offered me 500 for my trade then raised it to the 2700 that I wanted to begin with. He s an absolute what we call in the car business a Snake. The sad part is I was totally upfront with him and told him I was in the business for over 25 years and he still tried to screw me! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE SO THEY WONT SCREW YOU. I feel so bad for the salesman to be honest he tried so hard to accommodate me which he did such a great job!

Coggins Ford went above and beyond to address my service needs. I live approximately 1.75 hours away from the dealership. They scheduled my vehicle for the requested upgrades, gave me a loaner vehicle, and delivered the truck back to me when promised. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Very professional dealership in sales, service, and parts. Great job. The folks who work there are not only an asset to the owner, but Ford Motor company as a whole. And I'm more than happy to recognize each of them. Seth and Allen in sales did a great job and continued to keep me updated on the sales process of my new F250. Chris, Rebecca and Angie in the service department were pleasant and very accommodating in setting up my service appointment, completing my vehicle upgrades and also keeping me up to date during that process. And then they delivered the truck back when promised. Kyle in parts was also friendly and very helpful with questions I had about additional accessories for my truck. Great folks and great job! And if I remember correctly, Jessica, the girl over at the service department at Coggins Toyota who assisted me with the loaner vehicle, she was very pleasant, friendly, accommodating and professional. Great job! So thanks again for all the help I got from the Coggins Auto Group.Jim L

Overall I ve had a great experience dealing with Coggins Ford of Bennington! The staff was very professional, especially the salesman Gabriel! Gabe seemed very knowledgeable on the cars they had, and he was very helpful in getting me a new car! I Would definitely recommend visiting Coggins to any friends and family who is looking to buy a new car, and I myself will certainly be returning for my next vehicle!

Very satisfied with Coggins Ford of Bennington and its service when purchasing our car here, especially for its sales professional Alan Bernard. Alan was very patient, helpful, and professional. We had some concerns about the car at the beginning, but those concerns were cleared after Alan's detailed explanation. We had some bad experience buying our previous car, and the experience with Coggins is much better. In fact, we would possibly not buy the car if it wasn't Alan.The manager and other staffs are also very professional and responsible.Highly recommend Coggins if you are seriously looking for a car.

After looking at a handful of other dealers last summer Jon Ferrin was able to get me the new Tacoma I wanted at a very fair price. And then this spring helped a family member get in a good quality used car also fairly priced. I'll be back for my next purchase whenever that may be.

I ordered a Maverick from Alan in September of 2022. It was finally delivered July 5th. I was only aware due to the Ford Dashboard, and when I reached out to Alan, my salesman, he asked me if I could come down that day and that they 'don't hold vehicles'.I went to pick the truck up the following morning. I was satisfied with the vehicle and after 10 months of waiting, very excited to get my new Maverick. Alan finally brought the paperwork over and informed me that they were going to charge me $10,000 over MSRP, which was $30,800. I had signed a purchase order in September with this price and it corresponded with the Ford Dashboard.As you can imagine, I was upset, and in his explanation for why the price was hiked, Alan pulled up Carvana's website to show me the current market value. Also stating that people are reselling these after ordering. To which I responded I would gladly sign a contract of some sort, as I had no intention of reselling. After they wouldn't budge more than a few grand (and offering me well below my KBB trade in value), I left.I received a phone call from Alan 5 minutes later saying they could come up $2k on my trade in, which is still $2k below the average trade in value, but couldn't come down on the price of the truck. Another justification that Alan brought out was, 'they have to keep the lights on'....Take it for what you will, but I will never return to this facility, nor a Ford dealership. Be aware of this story and the people who were involved if you plan on going to Oliver Ford. I wasted 10 months waiting for this vehicle, and these folks didn't seem to care at all about that. The vehicle I ordered wouldn't have been allocated to them without my order, and now they get to jack up the price as they see fit.

C. Wayne Brown was very helpful with the purchase of my new Bronco Sport at Coggins Ford in Bennington. His hard work enabled me to drive the new car home on the same day I test drove the car. Sara was also very helpful by processing my purchase quickly and accurately. She was able to secure a car loan so I could drive my new car home the same day. They both were helpful and courteous.
