Nick and the crew at LLQ just saved our entire tour! My band mate and I hit a deer in NY (en route from PA to ME) and thought the car wasn t able to be driven safely. With no appointment, they were able to take time out to look at it, patch it up and replace lights so we would be able to safely continue working until we can have it repaired back home. The generosity and genuine care they showed us is rare. This shop deserves your business!!! Makes me wish I lived in Bennington. Thank you, and be well!

I just got my car back and I am beyond happy!! It came out perfect! They made everything so easy for me! I will definitely go back there for my car needs!! I highly recommend them!! My car looks like nothing ever hit me! They even cleaned the inside of my car! I have kids so the inside was trashed but they took care of it for me!!! As a mom who is busy I am so ecstatic!!!! Kind and very professional people that definitely made things go smooth for me!! I am VERY happy with everything!!

Got hit by a car 4 years ago. Lots of damage. They did an excellent job. Got hit by a car in a parking lot last Friday, brought to LLQ BODY AND FRAME, LOVE THERE WORK.

they were very professional and easy to work with. Ours was an insurance payment from someone else hitting us. we went to pick up the truck and it was immaculate! detailed, washed, and fixed perfectly!

From what I'm hearing and the people I have met there. They sound very good. and I happen to need some Frame work done on my vehicle. So I will give them a try and a Challange and it's only broke in one spot. not multiple breaks and bends from being in a accident. I HOPE they can do it. So like I said this will be a challange for frame work on the rear end. More to come for this review, after I actually take it there and have them look at it. there are a few that will do it after they seen the pic's but way to far away . Grrrrr.:) Don't mind my header by the way. My KID though it was a joke when he made me my google account.

LLQ really did an amazing job fixing my car after someone hit it while it was parked. All the alarms were going off and it was a mess. Once they got my parts they had it fixed and painted in just over a week. And did an amazing job. The people here were absolutely wonderful. When I first arrived to get an estimate they put collision plastic on my busted back window and didn't charge for it. Thank goodness they did that because it POURED on Thursday when I brought it in. A gentleman, whose name I didn't get met me at my car with an umbrella and walked me in. I left my car there and when I came back the next day they had not only replaced my hatch, which is what I had come for, but they had also vacuumed up the glass in the back from where I had busted the window, as well as the rest of the car. It looks like they also wiped down the front dash, because it was dust free. I highly recommend LLQ Body and Parts, they'll treat you and your car very well. I had some damage repaired and found the folks at LLQ to be professional and great to work with. They got me in quickly and there were no delays with the repairs. My car was ready a day early. I have had other experiences with delays in getting parts which caused me to be without a car for weeks at a different shop. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Went here on the recommendation of my mechanic after my insurance company decided that the estimate from the dealership meant that my car was a total loss for a fender bender. LLQ talked with the insurance company on my behalf with their estimate and got them to rescind the total loss decision.The repair was beautifully done, and they were able to get original manufacturer parts with in budget, and also finished it a day earlier than they had estimated. Very pleasant to deal with over all and highly recommended. There was a bit of a wait to get in the queue, but it was well worth it.

This was an amazing bodyshop. They did a great job repairing the front of my car. You would never know I was in an accident. If that wasn't enough, they went well beyond the call of duty to straighten out issues they were not responsible for relating to the accident. Lisa brought my anxiety level down each time I dealt with her. Highly recommend this place for professionalism and great autobody work.

I was very pleased with the work done to repair by car and they were super nice and helpful in giving an estimate and doing the job in the time they quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to LLQ again if the need arises but I'm hoping the next and only time I"ll be seeing them is to say Hello. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the work done on my car. The front end had been hit and they made it look better than it did before the accident! They also detailed the inside of my car which was unexpected, but very much appreciated. I also want to thank Lisa for her excellent communication and costumer service.

Excellent Service! Dreary rainy Saturday and I was pressed for time to get an estimate on car damage. I stopped to see if I could make an appointment and the owner himself, took the time right then and made my issue priority. I cannot say enough, he was personable and very professional. I would definitely recommend this business!

A dog chasing a deer hit the front corner of my Subaru, cracking the plastic bumper, popping off the piece around the fog light, and displacing the piece around the front tire. My dealer does not have a body shop and recommended LLQ. I drove in without an appointment. The front office manager took a look and went inside to get the boss. He stopped what he was doing and put all of the pieces back into alignment right then and there! Holy cow! Who does that anymore?! I m grateful that the front bumper gave way, saving the dog from serious harm, and that I ve found my new body shop.Service: Body & Trim
