I've bought multiple vehicles from Gardner! I love them!!! always been more than fair, EVERYONE HERE has gone above for us and has treated us like family. When times were not great they stepped way up to make it better. I appreciate them all, and how much they have helped us over the years. Their Mechanic is amazing too! Great people, great service. Some heartbreaking news has come to our attention, and to unfortunate circumstances the best place to buy a good vehicle is closing. This company is why we were able to purchase our home, because they took a chance with us and it helped build our credit. My heart is broken I love Robin and God rest Gary's soul. Those who have helped us upkeep our vehicles we just appreciate you all. Thank you for what you have done for so many. We are heartbroken to see this ..really great quality place packed with amazing people. We wish everyone at Gardner the very best life has to offer.

I've bought two cars from this place, one of them being a 2008 Santa Fe and then 3 years later a 2012 Impreza Sport. The Santa Fe had many problems from the beginning starting with the gas gauge and the check engine light. Fun. He said that he would have those taken care of but he never did and later found out that he took the bulb out of the check engine light. Long story short, after just 3 years, the car left me stranded on a bridge in CT. So I go back to them for some reason and I got an Impreza Sport after he said that it would do great in the winter despite having cloth seats and practically no ground clearance. It was also nowhere near as big as my Santa Fe which really made things difficult, the only reason I bought it was because I was in a rush to have my own car again. Later, my granddaughter inspected it and found LOTS of rust and engine troubles such as a rough idle, blown fuses, and needing new pistons and spark plugs. At that point, I didn't want to bother with going back to Gary so I just took it somewhere else and after me only putting 20k miles on it from when I bought it, it's in such disrepair that I need to have it scrapped. Really disappointed, the only reason I'm writing this is because scrapping it reminding me of where I got it from and to warn others from making the same mistakes I've made. I'll also add that the only reason I went to Gardener in the first place was because someone had gotten me a car from there once that was so badly rusted and had broken down on my son so many times after I gave it to him. All three of those cars probably costed upwards of 30k in in repairs

I have bought two cars from Gardners. It was a great experience both times. They are not pushy and let you look around without trying to push a car on you. They also offered me extensive warranties for both of my cars which gave me peace of mind. This is the only place I have gone in town where I haven t felt uncomfortable. They are very nice and welcoming.

Gardner Motors is great! I bought my first car there a couple weeks ago, so far nothings wrong, its got a warranty on it and everything. The car was sold clean and drives great. Thank you Gary!

Amazing place to get a used vehicle! The customer service is amazing and quick. The mechanics are honest and the prices are good. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to get a used car.

If i could give negitive stars I would. My daughter and I bought a 2007 Toyota Rav 4 off Gary a two years ago. At the time Gary said he needed to have the rocker panals replaced before we picked up the car.Here we are less then 2 years later. Went there to get the car inspected and Gary says the Rocker panals need to be replaced. He admitted that he just filled them and painted them. Said he never did replace them. Now we are trying to get the car inspected by his shop and they wont inspect it.Gary is a complete lier and does not care about anything other then the money he gets for his questionable cars. Beware on what you purchase from him and always get a mechanic to inspect. He is selling everyones old junk.Honestly we will never recommend or do business with him again.

Oh boy I would not go here at all I payed 10,000 for a car here had the engine light on, had to bring back 3 times before they sent me to Pittsfield because they could not fix, long story short motor sports gave me 3 gas caps because of a large e vap leak, and here it is 5 months later still can t get my car inspected and already had to pay for a 400$ loaner, motor sports tells me it s the Fn gas cap you idiot so now I have to pay for a lawyer and waste my time over this, don t be tempted by there nice cars, the mechanic that works there lies 100% and dosnt know a thing. Don t waste your money.

Stopped by today to look at advertised vehicle. When I inquired about the car he asked which one. I responded I did not know you had a second one can I see it? No we just sold it. Everything else was downhill from there. He quoted me a price which was 6k higher than their advertised price and the milage was 44k over what the info said online. I showed him the ad and said you just told me 2 different things, he got very angry and said I was in a hurry and did not listen. After my initial inquiry about the car he went on a ramble about Jeeps and their VIN number are wrong. After 3 minutes I asked if we could speak about the car I was looking at.That's when he got mad and raised his voice to tell me I was not listening. Classic bait and switch - do not go there. Walked out the door with no apology or explanation of any kind.

Five Glorious Stars.This is my third vehicle from Gardner and it is always a pleasure. They make it easy. The vehicles are well serviced before going on the lot and they help the customer get the car they need. No high pressure sales tales; just the vehicle and you. I will always look here first when I am ready for a new (to me) car.

Vary shady cars are not up to par bring a code reader if u have one and test the car or truck be for you buy. would not recommend this place to anyone

Have had multiple family members buy from here and every vehicle breaks down or is a money pit. Don t do business with these shady guys.

They never call you back, I totalled a veichle back in February I bought from them. I've been playing phone tag the whole time. Customer service is very mediocre.
