Came up to pick up my Nissan Rogue first thing in the morning and to return the rental car. Was a very snow &ice weekend. I thought my car was going to be inside the bay. Instead I was told it was outside was given my keys and was on my merry way to find my car buried under 6 inches if ice and snow. I had to brush/chop off and get to work on time. I told Jen this is NOT customer service and it is not acceptable !

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the Nissan service team who went above and beyond today to get my failed ECM covered by my extended warranty. And to have the part ready for install in two days is wonderful !

I stopped in and spoke to Chad about a used vehicle I saw on the dealer website. After weighing the options of new vs used I ended up leasing a brand new vehicle and I am quite happy.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER BRING MY TRUCK BACK HERE AGAIN. WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR APPOINTMENT AT 9AM. THEY NEVER BROUGHT THE TRUCK IN UNTIL I GOT THE GM INVOLVED 3 HOURS LATER. SERVICE MANAGER IS NOT FIT FOR THE POSITION AS SHE IS RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND SLAMS DOORS AVOIDING ANSWERING YOU. WAS TOLD TRUCK WOULD BE DONE TODAY! NOPE..NOT. THEY BROKE A PART TRYING TO DO THE JOB AND SERVICE MANAGER SAID I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.

My experience at Bennington Nissan was amazing! Everybody was so nice to me and they even gave me $10 off for having to wait a few minutes. I never mind waiting a few minutes so this really impressed me and I know that their customer service skills are excellent. I will definitely return to Bennington Nissan to have, all of my services done

My husband and I were in the market for a larger SUV. John and the team at Bennington Nissan were great! They were able to find us a vehicle that met our needs, was within our budget, and the sales experience went very smoothly. John was able to meet my needs for pickup and the process was quick and easy! We will definitely be returning to Bennington Nissan!

The issue I have is not with the dealership but with Nissan the company not sticking to their delivery schedule. My delivery schedule has been move no less then 5 times in the last 3 weeks. This makes it hard on the customer and the dealership to keep customers happy. I would be very happy to change my opinion when my truck finally gets here.

Bought a used car and a new car from these folks and they really took care of me. They are very. Honest? And wanna do more than just sell You a Car. They want you to leave happy. John & Brad are great !

A coolant leak was identified by my local garage and they called for me to see if my warranty was still in effect and it was. The dealership told my garage that the garage could diagnose the leak and it should be covered. What they failed to say was that they would still want to diagnose it at the dealership after my local garage and that the part wouldn t be ordered until the leak was seen at the dealership. Which was another trip with sky high gas prices was obnoxious. Then to make matters worse they said it would take just under an hour, it took an hour and half or more then they claimed they didn t find the leak and added dye to my tank and told me to drive it for a 1/4-1/2 tank of gas and come back to check with a black light. Once I brought it back this time it only took 20 min this time (makes me wonder did they even look this time or lie and say they didn t see it in the hopes it s not a big issue until after my warranty is up) - still didn t see anything and even if they had I would still have to make a third trip to get the repair done. I m going to have the local garage show me where they saw the leak and take video of it for the dealership since they seem to have trouble seeing. Additionally I ve spent over $60k on cars at that dealership and had every intention of returning for my next vehicle purchase but I definitely won t now. And they didn t want to order a $50-80 part in case they didn t need it for my car??? They fix Nissan, if not for my car then someone else s because you re going to see that issue again. On another occasion I brought my car up to have a recall fixed and they said they would call me when it was all set. I had to call them shortly before they closed to see if it was done and was told it had been ready for hours. Saying I m not impressed is an understatement.

We went there to just look around and actually got into a car that same day. John the sales person that helped us was great. He was very personable, patient and not pushy at all. He was great to deal with.

I had my 2012 Murano computer reprogramed after replacing the mass flow sensor. I was pleasantly surprised that the labor charged was one-half the estimate I had been given! They could have charged the full one-hour and I would have had no complaint, but they were honest and did not. I was also pleased the Service Advisor, Ashley Bushee, provided me with a printout of the computer codes generated after the reprograming was complete, indicating everything was normal. A very good experience.

Incredibly nice patient and accommodating staff. Cozy dealership in Beautiful setting. They took very good care of me. I plan on returning for sales and service. I will be recommending to family and friends. Thank you Bennington Nissan.

Excellent buying experience! I worked with Paul and he was absolutely professional and transparent about everything. It was totally different from experiences I've at so many other dealerships. I got a great deal and Paul was absolutely respectful and answered every single one of my questions -- great communication from Paul and his team. Outstanding service and yes you have other options but why go anywhere else when you can be assured that you will experience that "Feel Good Feeling" from start to finish! Kudos to Jeff Cameron!!! My father had bought new vehicle from Bennington Nissan and was was extremely satisfied with them. After being extremely disappointed by 4 dealerships in MA, I want to Bennington Nissan. Within ten minutes I knew the car I wanted. John helped me get the price where I needed it and within twenty minutes I was getting that car. I walked out of there with a 2021 instead of a used vehicle and for less. They welcomed my children to play basketball inside the dealership and all. It was just a great experience.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rouge and I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The salesman answered all my questions and then took me for a test drive. He explained all the features of the car and then was able to help me set up my insurance and make the purchase. He went above and beyond and helped me with every question I had. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next purchase

Looking to buy a Nissan Pathfinder and the experience was first-class from start to end.I actually received better customer service than my local dealers in the my area.Working with Justin the General Manager was amazing 1st class all the way. I am probably like everyone and dread going to dealerships because you get mobbed by car salesman. But at bennington Nissan, I didn't have to worry about that. They let me and my friend look around and speak to them when we were ready. I originally was dead set if a hyundai, but my friend wanted me to give them a chance and I am glad I did. I gave them how much I wanted to spend per month and they worked with me to get me as close as they could to my price. Chad was very understanding and didn't try to push me into a car I wasn't 100% happy with. I found a great car and the paperwork was all set for me within 24 hours of my decision. 100% everyone go to this dealership!!

we brought our Rogue in for a new transmission and it was done. It took a little longer than we expected, but that was OK because we got a loaner car in the meanwhile. I would buy my next Nissan from them but I live out of state and due to some South Carolina regulations, I think it pays to buy our next car there.

Called service department after hearing a noise in my front driver side wheel (6 weeks ago front struts were put in) I didn't know if it had to do with struts or something else. After dropping my SUV off and also requesting a tire rotation, a detail and to order and install a rear back passenger tire guard.. I had no choice to get a rental (unsure if my warranty would cover it ) I could not go without a vehicle due to my job. My truck was not looked at til the next day, when I was notified via phone call that it was not the struts, it was the sway links, in which my warranty would cover and my rental coverage would pay up to a certain amount and I was responsible for the rest of payment.All my request were not meant, the tire rotation was not done, but changed for it. Indicator light is still on reading TIRE. Car detail was not done, and I'm still hearing the same noise in front driver side?
