The crew here is just wonderful, they do their absolute best to keep your waiting time down to a minimum, and then you're on your way! Don't forget though, they are full service here, and if you need it done, they could do it here. And they're never grumpy, like some places can be! Do yourself a favor, check them out!

My son took his truck to this clown fest1 month ago for an oil change . Today my son's motor started knocking checked the oil it was EMPTY. Took it to a mechanic ASAP. The genius who did the oil change never put the washer back on when putting the bolt back on the oil pan !!!!!I call and the SCUMBAG MANAGER ACCUSES US OF REMOVING IT FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE.Who TF deliberately tries to damage there engine for a damn oil change !?!?!????Easy unprofessional way is to blame the customer !!!!Don't go here they don't have any attention to detail , safety or personal property.

Just got great costumer service for a oil pressure sensor replacement, and paid a great price, got it done quickly. everybody was very nice, and I m impressed.

Great service. Drove in and it was done in 10 minutes. It was a little pricey but worth it. No hassles making appointments and they were super nice.

People were super nice but after oil change my car over heated nothing was wrong with my car till I got an oil change here. And the oilchange was very expensive. Now I need a new hose for my radiator after they tested the antifreeze.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Moved back to Bennington last June and needed a place to get service done . Got VT inspection done here , was very impressed with the service , everyone is so polite . Got my oil changed there this morning and again we re so polite and friendly not to mention I was in at 8:05 and out by 8:25 ! Very happy !!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The guys at this place are incredibly fast, which is amazing. I went the first time for an inspection, and I was blown away by how quickly I got in and out. Went back for oil change and tire rotation, was out of there in 15 minutes. The prices are fair, and they do good work. I am so thankful for this place and the guys who work here. Can't recommend them enough.

Real professionals working here! I've had an oil and filter change and inspection done here a handful of times, as well as using their wash services. The one time they made a mistake, I brought the car back and they made it right at no charge and threw some freebies in too. :) No appointment is necessary, which is great at times when other local shops can be booked out.

All of the guys on staff have been excellent to me and as a single woman, I appreciate that. I feel I can trust them to take care of my vehicle without trying to take advantage of my inexperience doing their job.

Lugnuts on my car were badly designed and rusted/swelled to becoming stuck in wheels. Technicians discovered the problem during tire rotation but tried to get me situated temporarily with the lugnuts that did work. Problem later worsened after I drove away, and tech (Cortland) came to me from miles off with wrenches to make sure I could drive back to Bennington. Helped me order (better) lugnuts and replaced them for free and with so much kindness and respect. Set me up appt. w/Tommy to get a few old lugnuts that had gotten stuck in the wheels removed, and I wasn't charged for that either. Every detail was explained to me. Just a lot of good will, good advice, and incredible service here. Grateful to know them and to trust my car to them.Services: Tires, Oil change

Lightning fast state inspection! Nice guys, and they've got a little waiting room with AC and a bathroom. Didn't try and force me to replace wipers or my air filter. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Save $$ and GO TO MIDAS!! I came to Bennington oil during COVID-19. I had an N 95 mask a big box of Lysol wipes and blue gloves(telling you this in case you think they were worried I was contagious or something ). There were about six workers and an empty bay at the provider. I needed an oil change and a man met me outside to let me know that it would probably be about $90 for my car and that I could get it cheaper across the street at Midas. I thanked him and went across the street. Midas was completely packed and I needed an appointment so I decided I would pay the extra money and go back To Bennington express lube. I told them I did not want anyone in the car so I did not need the vacuuming done. I asked if I could get a discount on the $90 or if I could exchange the inside vacuum for a car wash. They told me car wash would be an extra five dollars and that it would cost me about $105 total for my oil change without anything else. I left and made an appointment at Midas for the following day. Which was actually fantastic because I got it done at Midas a very friendly family run business for $66. That s almost $40 cheaper plus the satisfaction of going with a local family business. I m not quite sure what is going on over at Bennington express oil, I m not sure how they are paying a bunch of people to stand around because today when I went to Midas for my oil change I went for a walk which led me past Bennington oil which was still empty while Midas was packed.

This was the second time I have been here to get an oil change. Process is very smooth and the workers are very professional and nice people. I love not making appointments so this place suits me well. Fast service, both times I was in and out. Job well done. Highly recommend!

Great service, thorough, competent, and gave me a free diagnosis for an issue I was having un-related to my state inspection. Haven t had a bad experience here to date. Highly recommend. They often have coupons available, so check online before going!

As a frequent and loyal fan & customer of this business since 1986, I've always been treated fairly and received terrific service at each visit. The tech s there have saved my butt many times over the years by informing me that my car was out of inspection. I have also had them perform service repairs as I just feel confident that I am not paying excessive fees.Well today, I stopped in on my lunch hour to get an inspection (last day before it expires) and an oil change. When the tech Pete pulled my car in to service, I realized I didn t have cash or a credit card on me. Immediately brought this to his attention and told him I d come back tomorrow. His response made my day. He said, You re a regular, just stop back later today before 5:00 and settle your bill !Now that is good old fashion customer service in my book and prompted me to pen this review.Bravo Bennington Express Lube!

This is a review about the self-serve car wash station. The machine won t start until you put in five dollars, and there is no coin return if you don t have enough. The price of $1/min seems unreasonable. I will find another self serve carwash for my future needs unless I have reason to believe the station is improved. The pressure was good, though. Other than the foam brush being flattened, the product was standard.I also will just mention the sign that said an oil change gift certificate would make a good Fathers day present. I am sure you were just implying that mothers change their own oil.

Had an appointment for brakes. Tommy installed front brakes and rotors. Brakes are all set. He explained what he did and test drove it. All staff there are pleasant and cheerful.

These guys are fast, professional, and courteous. I left my debit card there and when I realized it I called the shop. They protected my privacy by asking security questions to ensure that it was mine. They also locked the card in their safe until I could get it. Thanks guys!

I like getting my inspection done without an appointment. Plus they gave me a coupon for a free car wash. The service techs are always polite and pleasant.

I have no experience with the auto service end of it, but the self service car wash is ridiculously expensive. It was $5 to start the system for 4 minutes and 30 seconds worth of time. Even at 5 minutes, a dollar a minute is too much. I gave 2 stars instead of one, simply because the instruments worked as they should and there are rinsing wands on both sides of your vehicle. I usually don't gripe about price points, especially for a car wash, but this was excessive. I won't be using this wash again.

I like this place. I have had great results with this place everytime I go there. They are polite and do a fast but good job. This is where I get my oil changed and my car Inspected.

Extremely disappointed with the oil change I got here several weeks ago. A TPMS sensor appears to have been damaged when they adjusted the air pressure, and several days later I found that the oil drain plug had not been fully tightened leading to a small leak.

Always quick for a oil change and staff is friendly. Love the car wash, so much better than the ones you just park in and the price can't be beat.
